格尔木西大滩给部队有可能造成危害的主要媒介生物有喜马拉雅旱獭、高原鼠兔、藏系绵羊、蚤、蜱和蝇.喜马拉雅旱獭对驻训部队的威胁最大,高原鼠兔、蚤类、蜱、蝇类也给部队造成一定的威胁.藏系绵羊对驻训部队有潜在威胁.应该采取宣传教育、有限地灭獭和灭鼠、及时灭蝇等应对策略.
目的 掌握陕西省铗蠓属的物种.方法 人帐诱法、灯诱法和网捕法.结果 陕西省铗蠓属10种,其中灌丛铗蠓、亚寒铗蠓、粗野铗蠓、温和铗蠓、成熟铗蠓、拜氏铗蠓、摇动铗蠓、附突铗蠓和美妙铗蠓等9种为陕西省新纪录.灌丛铗蠓数量最大,占捕获数量总数的37.15%;拜氏铗蠓次之,占28.57%;附突铗蠓居第三位,占8.57%;其余7种数量最小,共占捕获数量总数的25.72%.结论 发现铗蠓10种,有9种铗蠓为陕西省新纪录.
目的 观察10%高效氯氰菊酯悬浮剂常量喷雾施药对灾区积水蚊幼虫的杀灭效果,为震后蚊虫防治提供依据.方法 选择灾区永星村两处蚊幼虫密度较高的积水,分别用10%氯氰菊酯悬浮剂500倍稀释水溶液进行施药处理与对照观察评价杀灭蚊幼效果.结果 施药后10 min杀幼率达到99.04%,60 min杀幼率达到100%,在施药后6 h(360 min)杀幼率仍为100%.结论 10%氯氰菊酯悬浮剂500倍稀释水溶液对积水蚊幼虫有非常显著的杀灭效果.
为了解甘肃南部部分地区人群、媒介及宿主动物中Q热贝氏柯克斯体感染情况,采用布旗法和夹夜法分别采集蜱、野栖鼠标本,并收集当地居民及家畜血液标本.应用巢式PCR方法扩增蜱及野栖鼠标本中Q热立克次体,共检测6种蜱1 273只,其中若蜱1 126只,成蜱147只蜱标本,若蜱67组中有5组检测到Q热病原体DNA片段.成蜱中17只检测阳性;42只野栖鼠中2个鼠种3只检测阳性;采用间接免疫荧光法进行血清Q热抗体检测.共检测当地居民血清446份,抗体阳性29份;不同职业阳性率存在差异,以牧民的阳性率为最高.共检测家畜血液标本326份,其中牛56份,阳性5份;羊270份,阳性29份,无显著差别.饲养牛羊、牛羊不明原因流产、接生时保护措施3个因素与血清阳率有关,其中前两个因素为危险因素,后者为保护因素.
[目的]总结舟曲抗洪救灾食品卫生监督经验。[方法]调查舟曲灾区食品卫生现状,针对性提出灾区食品卫生安全保障对策。[结果]基于以上综合保障措施,灾区未发生任何食品卫生安全相关事件。[结论]结合灾区食品供应和食品卫生特点,采取针对性预防措施可确保灾区食品卫生安全。
目的总结非战争军事行动防疫技术骨干队伍建设的做法与启示,为相关工作提供借鉴。方法梳理归纳玉树、舟曲等应急防疫救援实践中技术骨干队伍建设的措施。结果针对非战争军事行动不同特点,采取相应的措施:(1)突发性强、行动突然,重点做好技术骨干预编预任工作;(2)参与力量多元、指挥关系复杂、政治因素多,注重提高技术骨干队伍的综合素质;(3)任务艰巨、保障周期长,注重对技术骨干进行全面考察培养;(4)技术骨干承担任务重、参战率高,注重完善激励机制,不断激发参战技术骨干的斗志。结论做好非战争军事行动中防疫技术骨干的配备使用、锻炼培养、考察识别、奖惩激励等工作,对提高应急防疫救援能力具有积极意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the HSP70 over-expression on the p53and p-p38 of the neurocyte in the area of dentate gyrus(DG)of rat's hippocampus under hypoxia.Methods: Neurocyte in the area of dentate gyrus(DG)of rat's hippocampus was treated in 41℃ for 1h to induced the over-expression of HSP70.Culturing in hypoxiathe.The level of p53 and p-p38 was detected by Western-blot.Results: Warm bath could induced the over-expression of HSP70;The overexpression of HSP70 down-regulated p53 and p-p38.Conclusions: The over-expression of HSP70 inhibited cell apoptosis from hypoxia maybe related to the downregulating of p53 and of p-p38.
目的探讨多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)对大鼠间充质干细胞((mesenchy-mal cells,MSCs)功能的影响,为深入研究环境激素对MSCs功能的影响提供依据。方法实验分为对照组、低剂量组(10-7mol/L PCB126)和高剂量组(10-6mol/L PCB126)共3个组。PCB126作用MSCs不同时间后,采用MTT方法检测细胞增殖率,免疫荧光化学方法评价细胞c-myc和-βcatenin的表达,RT-PCR分析c-myc和-βcatenin mRNA的表达,Western blot分析细胞c-myc和-βcatenin蛋白的表达。结果随着PCB126作用时间的延长,细胞增殖率显著增加(P<0.01)。低剂量组12 h时,c-myc和-βcatenin的阳性率分别为50.0%、51.3%,24 h的阳性率分别为67.8%、73.3%;高剂量组12 h时,c-myc和-βcatenin的阳性率分别为54.6%5、1.8%,24 h的阳性率分别为73.0%、74.9%,与对照组(10.0%、16.7%)相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);2个剂量组c-myc和-βcateninmRNA表达丰度在多数时间明显高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组24 h时,-βcatenin蛋白表达显著上调(P<0.01);在相同时间,高剂量组-βcatenin蛋白表达水平高于低剂量组(P<0.01)。结论 PCB126影响MSCs生物学功能。
Objective: To establish plasmids and recombinant adenovirus vectors harbouring the human SPRED2 gene,investigate the effects of Spred2 over-expression on ERK signalling pathway in K562 cells,and provide basis for future researches on the effects of Spred2 in hematopoietic cells.Methods: cDNA from HepG2 cells were used as templates for Spred2 full-length CDS cloning by RT-PCR,the Spred2 full-length CDS were subcloned to pCDNA3.0 and pshuttle-CMV vectors to establish pCDNA3.0-Spred2 and pshuttle-CMV-Spred2 recombinant plasmids,linearized pshuttle-CMV-Spred2 and adenovirus backbone plasmids Adf11p were trans-ferred to BJ5183 competent cells for homologous recombination and produced recombinant plasmids Adf11p-Spred2.Adf11p-Spred2 plasmids were linearized and transferred to HEK293 cells for virus packaging.Virus particles were amplified in HEK293 cells and puri-fied by CsCl density gradient centrifugation.TCID50 methods were used for virus titer detection.K562 cells were infected with Adf11p-Spred2 and control virus at 100 MOI(multiplicity of infection).Spred2 expression and ERK activity were determined by West-ern blot assays.Results: The results of enzymatic digestion,DNA sequencing and Western blot assays showed that,the vectors were suc-cessfully established and over-expressed in K562 cells;Spred2 over-expression intensively inhibited the ERK activity.Conclusion: Recombinant adenovirus harbouring human SPRED2 gene with high infection efficiency in K562 cells were successfully established,adenovirus mediated Spred2 over-expression significantly inhibited the ERK signaling pathway.
Objective To study the effects of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) on the function of rat mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),so as to provide the theoretical basis for further studying the effect of environmental hormone on MSCs.Methods The experimental animals were divided into control group,low-dose group(10-7mol/L PCB126),and high dose group(10-6mol/L PCB126).The methods,such as MTT methods,immunofluorescence chemical assay,RTPCR and Western blot were used to analyze the cellular growth rate,expression of c-myc and β-catenin,as well as their mRNA and protein expression respectively at different exposure times.Results The cellular growth rate was increased as the time exposed to PCBs prolonged.In low dose group,the positive rate of c-myc and β-catenin were 50.0%,51.3% respectively for 12 h exposure time,and 67.8%,73.3% for 24 h.In high dose group,the positive rate of c-myc and β-catenin were 54.6%,51.8% for 12 h,and 73.0%,74.9% for 24 h,all of which were higher than those in control group(10.0%,16.7% respectively) (P<0.01).The expression of c-myc and β-catenin mRNA were higher in both low and high groups than in control group(P<0.01) at most of the exposure time.In high dose group,β-catenin protein expression were significantly upregulated for 24 h(P<0.01) The expression of c-myc and β-catenin protein were higher in high dose group than in low dose group(P<0.01).Conclusion PCB126 could affect MSCs biological function.
目的 以日本大地震核泄漏事故为警示,探索进一步加强战区“三防”医学建设的思路.方法 对日本核事故中的卫生应急措施进行文献调研,深刻反思西北地区核生化安全现状与战区“三防”医学建设现状,为进一步加强战区“三防”医学建设提出初步设想.结果 西北地区存在核生化安全隐患,战区“三防”医学硬件软件建设虽已取得全面发展,但距离形成实战保障力还存在较大差距.结论 全面推进战区“三防”医学建设,应着力做好以下工作:坚持不懈抓人才队伍建设;自主创新抓专业装备建设;紧贴实战背景抓人-装结合训练;深入开展战区核生化事故源本底调查研究;建立健全切合实战的“三防”医学救援方案;建立军地各部门通力协作的联动机制;积极做好核生化安全的宣传储备.
Objective: To investigate the effect of the over expression of HSP70 on neurocyte in the area of dentate gyrus(DG)of rat's hippocampus in hypoxia-induced apoptosis.Methods: Cells were either heated in 41℃ water for 2 hours or affected with 10μmol/L sodium arsenite for 18h to induced the over expression of HSP70.While the control cells are added HSP70 antisense oligomer which re-duced the HSP70 expression or not induced before the cells heated.Then the cells were incubated in hypoxia.Fragmentation of DNA was quantities,and HSP70 was analyzed at various times by the Western blot.Results: Both heat and sodium arsenite can induce the over expression of HSP70,which can significantly decreased hypoxia-induced apoptosis.Introduction of the HSP70 antisense oligomer prior to heating reserved the protective effect of HSP70.Conclusions: The over expression of HSP70 can protect the pre-blood cells from radi-ation-induced apoptosis.
Objective To study the species and geographical distribution of Dermanyssidae in Northwest China.Method Using the methods of mite inspection of host surface and nest.Results There were 6 genera and 36 species of Dermanyssidae in the Northwest China have been recorded,among them,1 species of Allodermanyssus,1 species of Dermanyssus,27 species of Hirstionyssus Fonseca,1 species of Myonyssus Tiraboschi,2 species of Ornithonyssus and 4 species of Steatonyssus.Conclusions This article initial identified the species and geographical distribution of Dermanyssidae in Northwest China and provide scientific basis for lucubrating and prevention and control the insect.
Objective To investigation the rodents and storage host of pathogen of Lyme disease in Shannxi province.Method Adopting clip night method and Lyme disease BSK-Ⅱpathogen separated and cultivated.Results This article described the already know 56 species 35 genera and 7 families rodentia,among them,Sciuridae 6 species 6 genera,Pteromyidae 4 species 2 genera,Dipididae 5 species 5 genera,Platacanthomyidae 1 species 1 genera,Spalacidae 6 species 2 genera,Cricetidae 16 species 12 genera,Muridae 18 species 7 genera.We separated and cultivated a strain of Lyme disease Borrelia burgdorferi From Niviventer confucianus Hodgson.Conclusions Preliminary mastered the rodents and potential storage host of pathogen of Lyme disease in Shannxi province.
目的总结抗洪救灾中采取的消毒与病媒生物控制措施和经验,确保部队官兵的身心健康。方法根据甘肃舟曲特大山洪泥石流灾区卫生防疫工作实践,进行回顾性总结分析。结果总结出重点落实的6项措施:(1)周密细致计划,科学制定方案;(2)培训防疫骨干,提高保障水平;(3)实施科学评估,提高决策水平;(4)进行伴随保障,落实卫生制度;(5)开展技术服务,强化保障意识;(6)做好尸体处理,保障官兵健康。结论采取的各项预防措施是行之有效的,对非常时期的卫生防病工作具有积极意义。
Objective:To observe the protective function of panaxosideon on DNA damage of hippocampus neurocyte in the den-tate gyrus(DG) of hypoxia exposed rats by the single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE).Methods:Adult SD rats were randomly divided into six groups(acute control,chronic control,acute hypoxia,chronic hypoxia,acute hypoxia with panaxoside,chronic hypoxia with panaxo-side groups).The animals were placed into a hypobaric chamber simulated 5000 m high altitude for 0d,3d and 30 d,respectively.SCGE was used to detect the DNA damage.Results:The longer the time of hypoxia exposed,the more the DNA damaged of hippocampus neu-rocyte in the dentate gyrus(DG),the more the tail length,the tail DNA content and the tail moment(P0.05).panaxosideon could signifi-cantly decrease the tail length,the tail DNA content and the tail moment of damaged cells(P0.05).Conclusions:Panaxosideon could could reduce effectively DNA damage of hippocampus neurocyte in the dentate gyrus(DG) of hypoxia exposed rats.
目的科学、高效地开展甲型H1N1流感疫情的防控工作,确保广大官兵健康安全。方法结合疫情防控实际,边实践边总结,探索军区疾病预防控制机构做好甲型H1N1流感疫情防控的有效做法。结果总结出5点做法:(1)领导高度重视,适时调整策略;(2)加强疫情监测,完善应急机制;(3)突出防控重点,把握关键环节;(4)针对疫情威胁,强化应急处置;(5)舍得经费投入,全力保障防控。结论在实践中总结出的这些做法,对下一步防控甲型H1N1流感疫情和其他突发疫情,具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of conjugated linoleic acids on hepatic oxidative stress and enzyme activities of hepatic mitochondrial respiratory chain in acute hypoxia exposed rats.Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups-control group,acute hypoxia exposed group and acute hypoxia exposed with CLA treatment group.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced glutathione(GSH)and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) in hepatic tissues were detected by biochemical methods.Enzyme activities of hepatic mitochondrial respiratory chain were measured by Clark oxygen electrode.Results: Compared with control group,MDA in liver increased significantly(p0.05),and GSH,activities of SOD,CAT and mitochondrial respiratory chain enzymes in the hepatic tissue decreased remarkably(p 0.05) in the acute hypoxia exposed group.In CLA treatment group,every index above had an amelioration in different degree,and these changes were in dose-dependent manner.Conclusions: CLA can enhance the en-zyme activities in the mitochondrial respiratory chain in the liver by suppressing oxidative stress and improve the energy metabolism in the liver of acute hypoxia exposed rats,which has an effective protection on oxidative injury induced by acute hypoxia exposed rats.
