以往认为溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病因不清,中西医均难以治愈,有的甚至认为UC是终身疾病,不能根治.笔者通过回顾性研究,发现多数UC活动期患者C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞百分比与血小板均升高,血清1,3-β-D-葡聚糖及内毒素水平均不同程度增高,且与UC病情严重程度呈正相关,因此,首先提出UC是由真菌尤其是白念珠菌感染引起的侵袭性真菌病,同时伴有不同程度内毒素血症,UC诱因或影响因素包括不良饮食及情绪、劳累、手术、环境因素及使用某种药物等.
在日常细胞学诊断工作中,胸腔积液中腺癌常见,大细胞性神经内分泌癌(large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,LCNEC)少见[1],尤其是胃来源者,国内外文献未见报道[1-6].因细胞学涂片很少能看到巢状、栅栏状、梁状或者菊形团样结构及大片融合性地图样坏死等,活检组织较小,故有学者认为单纯根据细胞学或活检组织不能诊断LCNEC,必须经手术切除标本才能确诊.但在实际临床工作中,由于LCNEC恶性程度较高,侵袭性强,取活检时尤其是出现浆膜腔积液时已发生转移,单纯依靠手术很难治愈,细胞学准确报告癌及其分型同样是临床化疗方案选择和预后评估的重要依据.本文结合我院1例来源于食管胃交界处的右侧胸腔积液中LCNEC的细胞学特征及其鉴别诊断,初步探讨胸腔积液中胃LCNEC的细胞学诊断标准,以提高大家对该病的认识.
1 病例资料 患者男性,69岁,因"右上腹疼痛反复发作伴腹胀"于2015年11月18日入本院,既往史:20年前因外伤脾破裂行脾切除术;否认肝炎、结核等传染病史,无吸烟饮酒嗜好,无家族遗传病史;患者又诉右侧阴囊部坠胀疼痛,体质量减轻1 个月,查体:右上腹轻压痛,无反跳痛,胆囊未触及,Murphy征阳性;腹部未触及肿块,左上腹可见一长约7 cm手术瘢痕;右侧阴囊触痛明显,睾丸体积明显增大,质硬,边缘尚光滑,睾丸与附睾界限不清,无压痛;B超示胆囊炎、胆石症;中下腹CT示:升结肠的平脐部可见环形增厚,考虑升结肠癌;结肠镜示:升结肠中段环形肿物,表面呈菜花样,质脆易出血;血清 CA19 -9、CEA 及CA72-4升高,前列腺特异抗原( PSA )正常;彩超示:右侧睾丸内实性结节,结构不清晰,右侧阴囊内实性肿物,血流信号丰富;肝肺未发现异常,分别行胆囊、右半结肠、右侧睾丸及附睾、左侧睾丸及睾丸旁硬结切除术送病理,术后病理,(1)大体观:胆囊一条,长约6 cm,周径约6.2 cm,胆囊腔内可见直径0.7 cm灰褐色结石一枚,胆囊体部外膜可见灰黄色肿物突起,大小约1.6 cm ×0.7 cm ×0.4 cm,切面灰黄,质硬脆:升结肠癌切除标本,长约30 cm,距肛侧端约14 cm处可见一隆起溃疡型肿物,大小约5.0 cm ×4.5 cm ×4.0 cm,底深约1.0 cm,切面灰白,质韧脆,局部呈胶冻状,肠系膜可触及肿大淋巴结,最大者直径约1 .8 cm;右侧睾丸、附睾及肿物组织,总体积约3.0 cm ×2.5 cm × 1.4 cm,切面灰白质硬,边缘睾丸组织萎缩,与附睾分界不清;左侧睾丸及结节状肿物一块,大小约2.2 cm ×1.5 cm ×1.2 cm,肿物切面灰白质硬,周围睾丸组织萎缩.
目的 对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)复制大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)与人UC大肠黏膜组织病理学变化进行比较,并探讨其机制.方法 SPF级SD雄性大鼠20只,分为正常组和模型组(自由饮用5%DSS)各10只,观察大鼠一般情况、大肠外观及黏膜组织病理学变化;选取我院9例人UC做对照.结果 DSS模型与人UC共同病变为大肠黏膜隐窝炎、隐窝脓肿、结构紊乱及萎缩、糜烂及溃疡等;不同之处为:DSS模型早期病变始于固有膜下1/3隐窝萎缩消失,逐渐发展至全层隐窝消失,间质以巨噬细胞为主,未见浆细胞,然后表面上皮变性坏死脱落、糜烂溃疡形成,多个血管腔内可见血栓,偶见机化,腺体不典型增生发生率低;而人UC早期病变始于表面上皮及上1/3隐窝急性炎,隐窝破坏萎缩与隐窝脓肿明显相关,均伴慢性肠炎基础病变及腺体不典型增生,偶见血栓伴/不伴机化.结论 二者的共同点为大肠黏膜隐窝干细胞损伤,不同点为DSS首先损伤隐窝干细胞,炎症是继发,而人UC则相反,如采用该模型研究药物疗效及其机制需辨证分析其结果.
Objective:To study the clinicopathological features of small cell invasive urothelial carcinoma and the differential diagnosis of the other small cell lesions of bladder biopsy.Methods: Pathological and clinical data of 1 case of small cell invasive urothelial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literatures from China and abroad were reviewed.Results: Male, 82 years old, cystoscope: in the neck of the bladder 10~12 mucosal protrusions such as mushroom, pedicle was not obvious. Morphological features of bladder biopsy tissue under light microscope were: 1) diffuse and nested distribution of subcutaneous small cell tumor cells in the urinary tract, interstitial proliferation; 2) the cells were small, with short fusiform or lymphoid, very little cytoplasm, the local tumor cell cytoplasm was broad and transparent; 3) the nuclei were round, oval or fusiform, nuclear hyperchromatism and structure were not clear, dual core, nuclear overlap and multinucleated giant tumor cell, prominent nucleoli were not seen; 4) no mitotic figures; 5) local tissue extrusion phenomenon and focal coagulation necrosis; 6) vascular invasion; 7) local dysplasia in urinary tract epithelial basal layer and components of small cell tumor in intrinsic membrane were transitional. Immunohistochemistry, a few cells CK weak (+), the remaining markers were (?); pathological diagnosis: small cell undifferentiated carcinoma. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor, no pathology, mesenteric multiple metastatic tumor nodules were found several months later, the morphology of the tumor cells was similar to that of bladder biopsy, the local tumor cell nuclei deviation, visible nucleoli and pathological mitotic figures. Immunohistochemistry, epithelial markers, p63 and CD44V6 were positive, neuroendocrine markers still were negative. Comprehensive consideration of final pathological diagnosis was bladder small cell invasive urothelial carcinoma with intestinal wall metastasis.Conclusion:hTe diagnosis of small cell malignant tumor in bladder biopsy specimen was diffcult. We should pay more attention to its pathological features. Differential diagnosis should be combined with clinical and immunohistochemical characteristics. When the two can’t provide valuable help, the diagnosis should be based on the morphology of HE slices, and it was also indicated in the report. Nuclear mitotic ifgures should be with or without in the pathologic diagnosis of urinary tract epithelial carcinoma of the bladder biopsy specimen.
目的:从胃黏膜上皮细胞超微结构变化角度研究慢性胃炎(CG)肝胃不和、脾胃气虚及脾胃湿热3种证型胃黏膜上皮细胞病理微观结构特征并探讨其演变规律.方法:32例CG 3种证型患者胃镜下分别在胃窦及胃体部取黏膜活检组织,快速尿素酶试验(RUT)检测幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp),光镜下观察胃黏膜组织病理学变化;透射电镜下观察胃黏膜上皮细胞超微结构变化.结果:胃镜下3种证型伴Hp感染、胆汁返流及黏膜糜烂例数未见统计学差异,脾胃气虚证未见胆汁返流病例.光镜下3种证型胃黏膜均伴Hp感染、黏膜糜烂、腺体萎缩、肠化(IM)和/或不典型增生(ATP),例数未见统计学差异.透射电镜下发现:①CG 3种证型之间、同一证型不同个体之间、同一个体不同胃黏膜上皮细胞之间,细胞微绒毛形态数量、细胞连接、胞浆基质、核及核仁形状大小或/和数量、核膜厚薄、异染色质与常染色质的分布及比例等均不完全相同.②均可见亮暗细胞现象、细胞凋亡、空泡变性、线粒体肿胀、主细胞粗面内质网扩张及溶酶体形成等,但严重程度及/或数量有所差异.肝胃不和证线粒体肿胀相对明显;脾胃气虚证线粒体数量及/或面积减少上皮细胞数量较多;脾胃湿热证凋亡细胞数量较多.③脾胃气虚证和脾胃湿热证局部上皮细胞增宽的间隙内均可见渗出物,前者渗出物较稀薄,后者渗出物浓缩呈团块状.结论:胃黏膜上皮细胞超微结构变化是CG证型及症状不同的病理微观结构基础.
Objective: To explore the material basis and evolvement rule of three types of chronic gastritis(CG) such as syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi, syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi and syndrome of dampnessheat of spleen and stomach. Methods: Gastric mucosa tissues of 60 CG patients with three syndromes were collected, and the p H value of gastric mucosa surface was tested by using precision test paper. Enzyme immunohistochemical method and frozen section were used to test the enzymatic activity of SDH, LDH and ALP. Paraffin section, HE and AB-PAS staining were used to observe the gastric mucosal tissue pathological changes and mucus secretion state. Results: Distal gastric mucosal surface p H values of three syndromes were as follows: syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi(5.65±0.24), syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach(5.43±0.05) and syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi(5.49±0.06), and the differences in p H value among the three syndromes were not significant. The proportion of SDH(-) and weak(+) of gastric antrum were syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi, syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi in order. The enzymatic activity of SDH was relatively strong in intestinal metaplasia(IM) parts, and it was weaker in atrophy parts. There was no LDH completely negative patient of the three syndromes, and no LDH weak positive patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi and syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach. There were only 2 patients with weak positive of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi. The LDH activity in IM parts was stronger or similar to non-IM area. The ALP negative and positive area with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi was more than that of syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi, and the stronger intensity staining area with syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi and stomach qi was less than that of syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach and syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and stomach qi. Conclusion: The distribution of the gastric mucosal enzymes and its active change are the material basis of the syndromes of chronic gastritis and the evolvement of syndrome types.
Objective To investigate the effect of Dachengqi Decoction injected into the jejunum on cytokines and pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis in rats with acute pancreatitis.Methods 90 rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operated group,untreated group and treated group.The concentration of IL-1β,IL-18 and TNF-αwere detected 24 hours after established acute pancreatitis modal.Both the pathological scores of pancreatic tissues and the pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis indexes were determined.Results Both the concentration of IL-1β,IL-18,TNF-α and the pathological scores of pancreatic tissues were lower in treated group rats.The pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis indexes were higher in treated group rats.Conclusion Dachengqi Decoction injected into the jejunum can decrease the inflammatory reaction and promote pancreatic acinar cell apoptosis in rats with acute pancreatitis.
Objective To observe the effect of Anfei Yishen Formula Lung-Quieting Kidney-Boosting Formula on pulmonary function and tissue injury in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) rats.Methods Seventy-two healthy Wistar rats were randomized into Formula large,medium and small-dose groups,aminophylline group,model group and normal control group,with 12 in each.The COPD models were induced by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide and passive smoking.The rats in Formula large,medium and small-dose groups were intragastrically administered with Anfei Yishen Formula(crude drug 2.4g/kg,1.2g/kg and 0.6g/kg respectively).The rats in aminophylline group were administered with 15mg/kg of aminophylline.The rats in model group and normal control group were administered with 0.5% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.The intragastric administration lasted for four weeks.Eight rats in each group were randomly selected to detect the pulmonary function such as forced expiratory volume in 0.2s(FEV0.2),FEV0.2-to-forced vital capacity(FVC) ratio(FEV0.2/FVC,%),expiratory resistance(Re) and inspiratory resistance(Ri).The pathological changes in lung tissue of the rats were observed under HE staining.Results Comparing with the normal control group,FEV0.2 and FEV0.2/FVC significantly decreased and Re and Ri significantly increased in the model group(P0.01).Comparing with the model group,FEV0.2/FVC significantly increased and Re significantly decreased in Formula large,medium and small-dose groups(P0.01).FEV0.2 significantly increased in Formula large group(P0.05).FEV0.2 significantly increased and Re significantly decreased in Formula medium group(P0.05 or P0.01).FEV0.2/FVC was higher and Re and Ri were lower in the Formula middle-dose group than in large and small dose group and the level of FEV0.2 was higher than that of the small-dose group.Anfei Yishen Formula could relieve the pathological inflammatory infiltration and reduce the formation of bullae in COPD rat lung tissue.Conclusion Anfei Yishen Formula could improve the pulmonary function and relieve the pathological changes of lung tissue in COPD rats.
Objective To observe the effects of Feixian Formula used for anti-oxdative damage in rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin and compare Feixian Formula with prednisone. Method The rat model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin (BLM). The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in lung homogenate were detected in the model group, sham-operation group, Feixian Formula group and prednisone group respectively after the model establishment for 14, 28 and 45 days. Result At the time point of 14-day, 28-day or 45-day MDA level was higher, and GSH level was lower significantly in the model group, prednisone group and Feixian Formula group than those in the sham-operation group. At the time point of 45-day MDA level decreased, and GSH level increased in Feixian Formula group than those in prednisone group. Conclusion Feixian Formula has the effect of anti-oxdative damage.
Objective To study the detoxication of Ganlvjiedu Decoction in poisoning rats induced by endotoxin.Method All 40 rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,Ganlvjiedu Decoction group and dexamethasone(DXM) group.The histopathological changes of the heart,lung,liver and kidney in rats of different groups were observed.Result The pathological changes of the heart and kidney were alleviated significantly or disappeared in the Ganlvjiedu Decoction group compared with those in the model group.In the DXM group the pathological changes of the kidney was aggravated compared with those in the model group,and denaturation and necrosis were observed in part renal tubules and collecting ducts.The pathological changes of the cardiac muscle were as the same as those in the Ganlvjiedu Decoction group,and those of the liver was not serious.There was no difference in pathological changes of the lung among 4 groups.Conclusion Ganlvjiedu Decoction has the protective effects on the heart and liver,especially on the kidney in poisoning rats,while its protective effect on the liver is not as good as that of DXM.
Objective To investigate the effect of Feixian Formula(with effects of activating blood circulation and resolving stasis),and mechanism of inhibiting lung vascular genesis and remodeling in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Method The rat model of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was established with intratracheal injection of bleomycin.On the 14th,28th and 45th day after the establishment of the model the serum levels of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),endothelin(ET) and thromboxane(TXB-2) were detected in the model group,sham-operation group,Feixian Formula group and prednisone group respectively.Result Feixian Formula decreased significantly the serum levels of PDGF,ET and TXB-2.Conclusion The mechanism of antifibrosis of Feixian Formula may be related to that it can inhibit the lung vascular genesis and remodeling in rats with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
Objective: To study the feature of the pathologic picture and early apoptosis of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) rats replicated by methods of phlorus spring insertion and hot paste. Methods: Rats models were established by methods of phlorus spring insertion and hot paste, quantify the feature of the early apoptosis of precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis rats with annexin V FITC/PI double labeled flow cytometry. Results: Pathologic picture show the rats model of precancerous lesion of CAG is convincing .The ratio of the early apoptosis of the model control group increased moresignificantly than that of normal group (P0.01). Conclusions: It is convincing to replicate the rat model of precancerous lesion of CAG by methods of phlorus spring insertion and hot paste. Increase in the apoptosis may be one of the etiopathogenesis of precancerous lesion of CAG.
Objective: To observe the effect of FeixianFang on matrix rebuilding of pulmonary fibrosis in rats.Methods: Rats were randomly divided into the model group,the sham operation group,the FeixianFang group and the prednisone group.Pulmonary fibrosis model was set up by intratracheal injection of bleocin.On the 14th,28th and 45th day,MMP-1,MMP-2 and TIMP-1,TIMP-2 in the serum were detected.Results: FeixianFang can significantly reduce the level of MMP-1,MMP-2 and TIMP-1,TIMP-2 in the serum of rats with pulmonary fibrosis.Conculusion: FeixianFang can inhibit matrix rebuilding in pulmonary fibrosis rats.
The aim of this paper is to observe the effect of the Feixian Recipe on pulmonary fibrosis in rats. A rat model with pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin. On days 14, 28 and 45, the contents of laminin, collagen I and collagen III in lung tissue homogenate in the model group, the sham operated group, the Feixian group and the prednisone group were measured. The contents of laminin and collagen I and III were decreased significantly by the Feixian Recipe. Feixian Recipe has a significant therapeutic effect on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats.
目的研究幽门弹簧插入配合高盐热糊灌胃法复制慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变大鼠形态学及早期细胞凋亡特征。方法采用幽门弹簧插入配合高盐热糊灌胃法复制CAG癌前病变模型,用双标记流式细胞术分析CAG癌前病变大鼠细胞凋亡的特征。结果光镜观察表明,CAG癌前病变模型复制成功,CAG癌前病变模型组大鼠早期凋亡率明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论幽门弹簧插入配合高盐热糊灌胃法成功复制CAG癌前病变大鼠模型,细胞凋亡增强可能是CAG癌前病变的发病机理之一。
Objective To observe the influence of Feixian Formula on lung quotiety and pulmonary pathological changes in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis,and study its therapeutic effect on pulmonary fibrosis.Methods The model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by perfusion of bleomycin(1 mg/kg) through tracheal intubation in male Wistar rats.All rats then were divided into the sham-operated group,model group,prednisone group and Feixian Formula group.After 24 hours the rats were given drugs respectively by intragastric administration once a day.On the 14th,28th and 45th day after the establishment of the model the lung quotiety was computered,the pulmonary pathological changes were detected,the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis were classified,and the area density and number density of collagen fibers were analyzed by using Masson section staining.Results In the Feixian Formula group the lung quotiety was lower significantly on the 28th and 45th day than that on the 14th day(P0.05).There was no statistical significance of other groups between different time points.In the model group,prednisone group and Feixian Formula group there were pathological changes of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.On the 45th day the pulmonary fibrosis was slighter in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group or prednisone group.On the 28th day the alveolitis was slighter in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group significantly(P0.05).On the 45th day the degree of pulmonary fibrosis was decreased significantly in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group(P0.05).The quantitative analysis showed that the area density and number density of collagen fibers were decreased significantly in the Feixian Formula group than that in the model group or prednisone group(P0.05) on the 45th day.Conclusion Feixian Formula has some effects of relieving pulmonary fibrosis,and reducing the lung quotiety in rats with bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in a short time.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Feixian Formula, a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine for treating pulmonary fibrosis, on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and its influence on serum transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF). METHODS:Seventy-two male Wistar rats were infused with bleomycin (1 mg/kg) through tracheal intubation to induce pulmonary fibrosis, and they were randomly divided into untreated group (n=24), prednisone-treated group (n=24) and Feixian Formula-treated group (n=24). Fifteen male Wistar rats of the sham-operated group were infused with equivalent normal saline. Twenty-four hours after operation, prednisone (5 mg/kg) and Feixian Formula (1.25 g/kg) were given to the prednisone-treated group and Feixian Formula-treated group respectively by intragastric administration once a day. Equivalent saline was administered to rats of the untreated group and sham-operated group. On the 14th, 28th and 45th day, 5 rats in the sham-operated group and 8 rats in each of the other three groups were dissected to observe pathologic changes of the lung tissues, and the levels of serum TGF-beta1 and PDGF were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS:At the 45th day, the degree of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was lesser in rats of the Feixian Formula-treated group as compared with those of the untreated group and prednisone-treated group. The levels of serum TGF-beta1 and PDGF were increased, and were significantly higher than those of the sham-operated group, especially on the 45th day (P<0.05). Changes of TGF-beta1 level in the prednisone-treated group and the Feixian Formula-treated group were similar to untreated group (P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between the prednisone-treated group and the Feixian Formula-treated group (P>0.05). PDGF in the Feixian Formula-treated group reached the highest level on the 14th day, significantly higher than those of the other three groups (P<0.01). Then it decreased, and was close to that of the sham-operated group on the 45th day (P=0.792). The levels of PDGF in untreated group and prednisone-treated group were increased depending on time, and were obviously higher than that of the sham-operated group on the 45th day (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Feixian Formula can relieve bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, and the mechanism of its action may be related to down-regulating serum PDGF.
OBJECTIVE To study the approach for developing a rat model of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin (BLM). METHOD Different doses (7, 6, 5, 3.4, 2, 1 mg/kg) of bleomycin A5-saline were infused into the rats' lung in bleomycin-treated group through tracheal intubation, and rats in sham-operated group were infused with same volume of saline. The living state and lung pathology of the rats were observed. The author deeply studied the condition of the rats in 1 mg/kg bleomycin-treated group, and the changes of body weight and lung pathology were observed. Lung quotient, the content of transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-beta1) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in serum were measured on the 14th, 28th and 45th day of the experiment. RESULTS The study demonstrated that infusing large doses of bleomycin A5 quickly through tracheal intubation had a high mortality, and infusing 1 mg/kg quickly could successfully develop an animal model of pulmonary fibrosis. Compared with the sham-operated group, fibrosis was appeared obviously in the rats' lung in 1 mg/kg bleomycin A5-treated group after 14 days of experiment, diffuse fibrosis was appeared after 28 days of experiment, and the fibrosis became more severe after 45 days of experiment. The body weight of the rats in bleomycin-treated group was declined after 3, 7 and 14 days of experiment as compared with the sham-operated group (P<0.01). Twenty-one days after the experiment, the body weight was declined too, but there was no significant difference between the bleomycin-treated group and the sham-operated group (P>0.05). Lung quotient was increased 14, 28 and 45 days after the experiment (P<0.01), the level of serum TGF-beta1 began to increase since 28 days after the experiment (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the level of serum PDGF also increased gradually 45 days after the experiment (P<0.05). And the mortality rate of 1 mg/kg bleomycin A5-treated group was lower than those of the other doses of bleomycin A5-treated groups. CONCLUSION A rat model of pulmonary fibrosis can be duplicated successfully by infusing 1 mg/kg bleomycin A5 quickly through tracheal intubation.
Objective: To research the lung pathological changes of rats suffered from pulmonary fibrosis treated with FeixianFang compare with prednisone.Methods: After setting up the rat pulmonary fibrosis model by intratracheal injection of BLM for 14,28,45 days,the lung pathology was observed.HE staining was used for observation of airsacculitis,trichrome staining was used for observation of lung collogen under light microscope in the model group,the sham operation group,the FeixianFang group and the prednisone group.Results: The best effect of treating pulmonary fibrosis is on the 45th day with FeixianFang administrated in rats.Conclusions: FeixiaFang has the significant effects on the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis of rats.
