OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents isolated from the leaves of Leucaena leucocephala.METHODS The leaves were extracted with ethyl acetate.The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods.The chemical and spectral methods(TLC,IR,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS) were used to determine the structures of the purified compounds.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as hentriacontanol(Ⅰ),octadecylic acid(Ⅱ),β-sitosterol(Ⅲ),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose(Ⅳ) and daucosterol(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION The compoundsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ are isolated and identified from this plant for the first time.
目的:建立鸡骨草肝炎颗粒的高效液相色谱定量方法,为鸡骨草肝炎颗粒的质量控制提供可靠、可行的分析方法。方法:采用高效液相法对制剂中的没食子酸、原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛进行含量测定。结果:没食子酸、原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛分别在进样量为0.133~0.886μg(r=1.000 0),0.078~0.519μg(r=1.000 0)和0.072~0.484μg(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为104.7%,105.8%,104.3%。结论:建立的质控方法简便、快捷,为鸡骨草肝炎颗粒的质量控制提供了依据。

目的:研究银合欢种子乙酸乙酯提取物中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采取一定的提取工艺分离得到银合欢种子中的乙酸乙酯提取物,以芦丁为对照品,利用AlCl3显色后用紫外-可见分光光度法测定其中总黄酮的含量。结果:芦丁的线性范围为0.00384~0.02304mg/ml,回归方程为A=21.8274C-0.0099,r=0.9999。银合欢种子乙酸乙酯提取物中的总黄酮的含量平均为39.77%。结论:本方法简便、快捷,可作为银合欢种子乙酸乙酯提取物中总黄酮含量的测定方法。
[目的]研究甘蔗叶水提物的降血糖、抑菌作用。[方法]采用连续稀释法对甘蔗叶水提物进行体外抗菌实验;降血糖试验采用四氧嘧啶诱导的化学性糖尿病模型,观察甘蔗叶水提物对小鼠血糖的影响。[结果]甘蔗叶水提物在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌均有作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的作用比较明显,但对白假丝酵母菌基本没有作用;药后1周甘蔗叶水提物高、中剂量组(与模型组比较)有延缓小鼠血糖的升高趋势。[结论]甘蔗叶水提物具有明显的抗菌作用;对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠无明显的降糖作用,但对小鼠血糖有一定抑制作用。
