2,3,5-triacetoxymethyl-6-methylpyrazine and 2,3,5,6-tetracetoxymethylpyrazine were synthesized from tetramethylpyrazine by bromination and esterification,then were hydrolyzed into 2,3,5-trihydroxymethyl-6-methylpyrazine and 2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxymethylpyrazine.The structures were confirmed by UV,1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and MS.

将水飞蓟宾进行衍生化,制备水溶性衍生物。水飞蓟宾与丁二酸酐在碱性条件下反应,生成水飞蓟宾-3,23-二琥珀酸单酯和水飞蓟宾-3-琥珀酸单酯,其结构经UV、IR、1H-NMR和MS波谱确证。在本反应条件下,可以选择性地对水飞蓟宾分子中的醇羟基进行酯化,制得水溶性好的衍生物。对产物进行抗急性干损伤的研究,产物可降低ALT活性,对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
