企业党建品牌建设具有积极的现实意义.它可以创新企业党建工作新思路,提高企业党组织的工作动力,并且加强企业生产经营与党建工作的双向促进作用.但是当前企业党建品牌建设工作中存在一些问题.首先品牌建设理念不够深入人心,其次品牌建设工作监督反馈机制不健全,最后缺乏专业的党建品牌建设人员.针对以上问题,本文提出三个工作建议.一是加强党建品牌建设意识,二是加强品牌建设的监督考核,三是提高品牌建设工作人员的知识技能.
This paper presents a brief introduction of the structural properties and basic functions of training of the THPWJB-1 type transformer microcomputer protection examination device and gives an application analysis in actual teaching process. Measures as strengthening practice training and safety awareness training, designing device operation link fault simulation, optimization measures for the improvement of specific training items are proposed so as to overall promote the use of training equipment efficiency and quality of personnel training.
The paper puts forward the simultaneous use of Matlab and Origin software to deal with the difficulties of sinusoidal alternating current waveform figure drawing in the teaching of Circuit and Magnetic Circuit. With the analysis of actual teaching cases, this paper describes the steps of such method. The method is simple, convenient and easy to operate and can enhance students’ interest.
Aiming at the event that after grade C overhaul of unit 2, the units was unable to connect to the grid because of the open phase protection misoperation, this paper introduced the taking place process and trouble shooting process of the event, analyzed the possible cause of the event and raised the making control circuit design of improving the grid connection switches, strengthening the corresponding period checking of the grid connection switches making and breaking and the unblocked examination of hydraulic operating mechanism oil circuits and supplying the regulation of the grid connection switches transmission test management details etc measures to prevent similar accident from taking place.

Unit power factor control is a common kind of control strategies in single-phase active power filter. The strategy was presented in detail and an improved control strategy, namely broad unit power factor control, was proposed according to the shortcoming of unit power factor control which could not ensure sinusoidal source current when the source voltage distorted. Simulation of active power filters based on these two control strategies was completed in Pspice software. Simulation results demonstrate that active power filter based on the improved control strategy can ensure sinusoidal source current no matter whether the source voltage is distorted or not.

Calculation was carried out for main transformer tap terminal selection. Introduction was made to automatic voltage control (AVC) parameters optimization setting. Analysis was made to the impacts on main transformer voltage at each side and generators operation parameters brought by the selection and the setting. Description was made to impacts of such changes on the safety and economical efficiency of generator sets. Site test verifies the correctness of calculation and analysis.

Aiming at a case that differential protection of main transformer microcomputer falsely operated because of current transformer's line breaking off,this paper analyzed second current changes after current transformer's line breaking off according to fault site surveillance,fault wave recording diagram and second current calculation after fault etc aspects and summarized the causes of current transformer's line breaking off locking failure.Combining with actual operation experience,this paper raised that it is better to adopt non-locking differential protection plan when the judgment is not clear.
