目的 探讨总结改良静脉腔内激光闭锁术治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理方法.方法 分析2007～2009年笔者所在医院应用改良静脉腔内激光闭锁术治疗下肢静脉曲张3210例患者的资料,总结术前、术中、术后的护理措施.结果 3210例患者全部康复出院,无一例发生深静脉栓塞.结论 积极有效的围手术期护理,对预防手术并发症、促进康复、保持手术的治疗效果具有极其重要的作用.

Objective To summarize and discuss perioperation nursing about tongue reconstruction by transplantation of forearm dissociate pedicle scalp.Methods Summarizing 46 cases' perioperation nursing experience and lesson between 1998 to 2004.Results 42 cases success ,4 cases false.Conclusion The success of surgery bases on observing the state of illness closely and preventing complication. Another key factor is to enhance psychosomatic nursing and healthy education.
