目的:基于小鼠耳肿胀模型与家兔发热模型研究蒲丁颗粒解热抗炎的药效作用.方法:建立二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型与脂多糖致家兔发热模型,通过对小鼠肿胀率以及家兔体温变化的检测,观察蒲丁颗粒剂的抗炎与解热作用.结果:蒲丁颗粒剂中、高剂量给药组较模型组肿胀率显著下降(P<0.05);蒲丁颗粒高剂量组在1.5~5.0h时,体温下降明显(P<0.01),中剂量组在2.5~5.0h时较模型组体温降低,低剂量组在2.5h时较模型组体温有显著性降低(P<0.05).结论:蒲丁颗粒具有一定的解热抗炎的药效作用.
目的 系统评价阿戈美拉汀治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效和安全性.方法 计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Librar-y、VIP、万方和中国知网数据库,搜集有关阿戈美拉汀联合常规方法治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床研究,检索时限为建库至2021年1月.提取治疗前后各项研究中的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(Na-tional Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、Barthel指数、睡眠障碍量表(SDRS)等评分,以及生物因子(BDNF、NGF、NE、5-HT)水平,采用Revman5.3软件进行文献质量评价及Meta分析.结果 共纳入9篇文献,合计324例患者.Meta分析结果显示,脑卒中后抑郁患者采用阿戈美拉汀联合常规方法治疗,其HAMD评分较治疗前明显降低(MD=-13.79,95%CI:-18.18~-9.41,P<0.001),且有效率为83%(95%CI:0.52~1.15,P<0.001);NIHSS评分明显降低(MD=-6.35,95%CI:-7.50~-5.20,P<0.001),BI指数明显升高(MD=17.73,95%CI:5.52~29.94,P<0.001),SDRS评分明显降低(MD=-19.71,95%CI:-23.86~-15.57,P<0.001);BDNF水平明显升高(MD=2.95,95%CI:0.90~4.99,P<0.001).结论 当前证据显示,阿戈美拉汀联合常规治疗可有效改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状、神经功能、日常生活能力和失眠症状,且一定程度提升BDNF水平,但受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,所得结果仍需进一步研究证实.
目的:研究茵柏益肝汤不同配伍对急性肝损伤大鼠的肝脏保护作用.方法:用四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤,以生化指标和病理变化评价茵柏益肝汤的肝脏保护作用,观察茵柏益肝汤不同配伍对急性肝损伤大鼠的肝脏保护作用.结果:全方组保肝作用最强,含茵陈的各配伍组其保肝作用均强于不含茵陈的配伍组;配伍岩柏草-凤尾草-六月雪后保肝作用增强;配伍金钱草、矮地茶后各配伍组的保肝作用没有明显变化.结论:茵陈、岩柏草-凤尾草-六月雪、金钱草、矮地茶在茵柏益肝汤中分别起到君臣佐使的作用,深刻体现了组方规律.
240 14-day-old healthy and non-immune Roman chicken were randomly divided into 8 groups, including blank control group (BC group), immune control group (IC group), and immunity groups of each Chinese medicine. On the day of the first immunity, 3 d before the second immunity, the day of the second immunity and 3 d after the second immunity, high-dose concentration and low-dose concen-tration of Astragalus polysaccharide (ASP), Epimedium polysaccharide (EPP) and Isatis roots polysaccharide (IRPS) were used for the immunity groups of each Chi-nese medicine using the gavage, and 0.5 ml for each chick, and the equivalent normal saline was used for the blank control group and vaccine control group. On the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day after the first immunity, 10 chicken of each group were randomly got and weighed, and the antibody titer and the changes of the pro-liferation of T lymphocyte were measured. The results showed that 3 kinds of Chi-nese medicine polysaccharides al can increase the weight of chicken, improve HI antibody titer of Newcastle disease, and promote the proliferation of peripheral T lymphocyte, in which the effect of IRPS at low dosage is the best.
目的:探讨复方茵柏颗粒对四氯化碳(CCl4)致肝损伤大鼠TNF-α及细胞凋亡的影响.方法:大鼠腹腔单次注射40% CCl4玉米油制备急性肝损伤模型,将大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、模型组、复方茵柏颗粒低、中、高剂量组(2.16 g·kg-1、4.32 g·kg-1、8.64 g·kg-1)、阳性对照组(复方茵柏合剂8.64 g·kg-1),用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清TNF-α水平,用TUNEL法检测组织凋亡细胞,用酶联免疫吸附法检测肝匀浆Caspase-3的活性.结果:复方茵柏方能明显降低肝损伤组大鼠血清TNF-α水平,抑制细胞凋亡,并明显降低肝匀浆Caspase-3的蛋白表达量,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:复方茵柏颗粒抗CCl4所致肝损伤的作用与抑制TNF-α分泌、抑制细胞凋亡有关.
目的 建立并评价18α-甘草酸固体脂质纳米粒冻干粉的制备工艺.方法 采用单因素试验对冻干工艺支架剂、质量浓度、冻干时间及预冻温度进行优化,确定最佳工艺.结果 最佳冻干工艺为:8%的海藻糖为支架剂,冷阱(约-50℃)中预冻12 h、冻干48 h.结论 在所确定的冻干工艺条件下,能得到复溶性好、稳定性高的18α-甘草酸固体脂质纳米粒冻干制剂.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of Compound yinbai granules on oxidative stress in rats with liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). METHODS:48 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(constant volume of normal saline),model group(constant volume of normal saline),Compound yinbai mixture group(8.65 g/kg)and Compound yinbai granules high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups(8.64 g/kg,4.32 g/kg,2.16 g/kg). They were given medicines intragastrically once a day for consecutive 3 weeks. Acute liver injury model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of maize oil containing 40%CCl4 2h after last administration. The activity of ALT,AST and LDH and the contents of TBIL and DBIL in serum were determined. ELISA was used to detect the contents of MDA and GSH;pathological test of liver was conducted. RESULTS: Compared with normal control group,the activities of ALT,AST and LDH,the contents of TBIL,DBIL and MDA were increased significantly in model group,while the activity of GSH was decreased significantly(P<0.01). Compared with model group,the activities of ALT,AST and LDH,the contents of TBIL,DBIL and MDA were decreased significantly in Compound yinbai granules high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups,while the activity of GSH was increased significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Clear structure of hepatic lobule,regular arranged hepatic cell cords,normal structure and morphology of hepatic cell,great round liver nuclei,centrally located and clear caryotheca were observed in normal group;obvious swelling and ballooning degeneration of liver cell,disordered hepatic cell cords and diffuse inflammatory cell infiltration were observed in model group. The liver cells of rats were complete in structure and arranged,and edema,ballooning degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration were relieved significantly in Compound yinbai granules high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups. CONCLUSIONS:Compound yinbai granules have protection effect on acute hepatic injury in rats induced by carbon tetrachloride,and the mechanism is probably related to the scavenging of free radical and inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
