目的 评估不合理处方情况,促进临床合理用药.方法 收集2017年1~12月门诊西成药房调剂的处方及不合理处方.对处方进行分类统计,采用帕累托图分析主要原因.结果 全年处方共520950例,其中不合理处方1572例,占0.30%,成功干预1421例次,成功率90.39%.经帕累托图分析,不合理处方主要原因为开具处方未填写临床诊断或临床诊断书写不全,用法、用量不适宜,无特殊情况门诊、急诊处方药量超过7d和3d.干预失败的主要类型为对无特殊情况门诊和急诊处方药量超过7 d和3 d,用法、用量不适宜的处方.每月不合理处方百分比与干预月份呈负相关(r=-0.604,P=0.038),成功干预处方百分比与干预月份呈正相关(r=0.588,P=0.044).结论 调剂前处方干预提高了合理用药水平,保障患者的用药安全.
目的:探索活血化瘀法在眼底出血治疗过程中重要性,以拓宽眼底出血的治疗思路。方法:从中医角度去认识其病因病机,掌握其发生、发展规律,运用中医的理论从活血化瘀角度对眼底出血进行系统辨证论治。结论:活血化瘀法治疗眼底出血,体现中医诊疗特色,发挥了辨证论治的优势。
Objective] To investigate the influence of acupuncture method of triple energizer on ultrastructure of the cortex and hippocampus CA1 region of 8-month-old swift aging mice (SAMP8). [Methods] The dementia mice were randomly divided into 3 groups:model group, acupuncture group and non-acupoint acupuncture group, and a normal group (SAMR1) group were set up. The mouse cerebral cortex and hippocampus CA1 region were observed by electron microscopy. [Results] Ultrastructure of the cortex and hippocampus CA1 region of the SAMR1 mice were almost normal. Acupuncture group had better expression on ultrastructure of the cortex and hippocampus CA1 region of SAMP8 mice than that in other two groups. [Conclusion] The acupuncture method of triple energizer has protective effects on ultrastructure of the cortex and hippocampus CA1 region of SAMP8 mice.
[Objective] To observe the effect of SanJiao acupuncture in regulating the associated protein CypD and Aβ about mitochondria permeability transition pore opening in Alzheimer disease mice. [Methods] Using SAMP8 mouse and normal control SAMR1 as model, applying the Western blot techniques, monitoring the expression difference of CypD and Aβ in procerebrum,neocortex and hippocampus and the effect of acupuncture. [Results] The expression of Aβ42 and CypD in cortex and hippocampus decline in SAMR1, obviously increased in SAMP8, downregulated or had the tendency of downregulation after acupuncture. [Conclusion] The result confirms that SanJiao acupuncture treatment can regulate the expression of Aβ42 and CypD in cortex and hippocampus in SAMP8 rats.
[Objective] To discuss the acupuncture adjusting function to mitochondria calcium ions' concentration and reactive oxygen species of SAMP8 mouse. [Methods] Chose SAMP8 mouse and normal control SAMR1 as experimental subjects,with "tri-jiao acupuncture method"(the old name were nourishing-regulating qi acupuncture method) and marking method of fluorescent indicator and fluorescence probe, to observe the acupuncture influence to mitochondria calcium ions' concentrations of mouse' cortex hippocampus and reactive oxygen species. [Results] Combined with control group, mitochondria calcium ions' concentration of mouse' cortex and hippocampus in SAMP8 group was up-regulated, of which the acupuncture group was down-regulated to the control group and the non-acupoints group was up-regulated with significant difference. [Conclusion] It could obviously restrain the accumulation of mitochondria calcium ions and reduce the generation of oxygen radical by acupuncture. Meanwhile, acupuncturing at non-acupoints could produce harmful stimulation and accelerate oxidative damage.
The Twelve Cutaneous Regions refer to the body superficies on which the functions of the Twelve Regular Meridians are reflected.Since the Cutaneous Regions are the most superficial part of the body tissues,they render protection to the organism.The shallow thorn therapy is on the basis of the meridian theory,which is mainly by stimulating the Twelve Cutaneous Regions.In this essay,the curative effects and the developing situation of shallow thorn therapy are discussed,and some useful literatures are collected.Literature suggests:with the development of Chinese medicine,growing number of scholars began to pay attention to the study of the theory of the Twelve Cutaneous Regions in the clinical application,including the study of stitches,the experimental study on the relationship between the acupuncture depth and the curative effect,and the experimental summary on the shallow thorn from different scholars.But it is noticed that at present the theory about the Twelve Cutaneous Regions of the research is still obviously deficient,the research on its depth is limited.In the acupuncture treatment process,more patients tend to use the skin shallow thorn treatment which is less painful,more safe and more effective.
This article collected a number of documents about the meridian essence in recent years and put forward a variety of theories: the meridian legend,the life field,the pipeline system,the fascial system and so on.The essence of meridian research of modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory is one of the core issues.We should apply the Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine to their mutual advantage.Focusing on multidisciplinary cooperation,adjust the train of thought and method,and applying the achievements of this research in the service of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.
老年性痴呆(Alzheimer's disease, AD)的特征之一是大脑线粒体功能障碍,其主要症状认知障碍反应在大脑的海马部和皮层部的CA1区。临床研究已证实三焦针法对阿尔兹海默症患者确有疗效。目的:研究三焦针法对痴呆小鼠皮质和海马CA1区超微结构的影响。方法:选取雄性SAMP8小鼠30只(随机分成三焦针刺组、非经穴针刺组、空白对照组)和10只SAMR1小鼠(正常对照组)。采用电子显微镜对小鼠大脑皮质和海马CA1区进行观察。结果:皮质和海马CA1区超微结构R1组正常,其余三组针刺组优于非穴组和对照组。结论:三焦针法对于改善阿尔兹海默症小鼠大脑超微结构确有疗效。
