There is a trend of rapid development of FTA in the world.Its potential risks have emerged.To guard against these risks,we should advocate the concept of mutual beneficial and win-win economic and trade cooperation on a global scale,reinforce the economic functions of FTA,reduce the political and security demands,enhance the level and efficiency of the implementation of FTA,establish the industrial policy support system of FTA strategy,eliminate the barriers to enterprises to make use of FTA and transform the opportunities which the FTA platform provides into real corporate profits.
The huge external debt has become a major threat to the development of the U.S.economy.The U.S.government hopes to find a new growth point for its domestic economy,while seeking to take the initiative in global climate change,energy conservation and other issues by advocating the green economy.The advocate implies a strong strategic trade protection motivation and may seriously affect China's international competitiveness of manufacturing industry,being new risk of Sino-U.S.trade friction.So we should take early steps to deal with it,from public opinion guidance,theoretical research,and policy design to strategic talent pool,in order to seize the initiative in the future strategic layout and tactical duel of Sino-U.S.trade.
This paper divides economic security into 8 parts,such as food,employment,finance,market,resource & environment,culture,information,human capital & technology.We collect the authoritative firts-hand data from international research institutions,and set the international measurement index of economic security in China as the ninth content of the measurement system of China′s economic scurity.Then,we set up an economic security measurement system for China,which is comprehensive,quantifiable,and precautionary.Each part of this system is both integrated and separated.It can both reflect and estimate the whole state and the issues of economic security in China.Moreover,the paper provides some quantifiable indexes for China′s economic security.

The service sector remains the main concern of M & A. More Chinese enterprises have been merged and acquired by foreign companies than vice-versa. Based upon detailed analysis, the paper explores both conventional and unconventional obstacles the Chinese enterprises need to eliminate to initiate successful cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Firstly,the paper reviewed the IMF's prediction data of the world economy and China's economy in the period of 1999~2007.It turned out that IMF's prediction of the world economy tended to be lower than normal level and IMF was obviously pessimistic about China economy prediction.Secondly,the paper went on with the review of the prediction by World Bank about the world economy and China's economy.It found that World Bank's prediction also tended to be lower than the normal level in terms of the world economy and it was excessively pessimistic about China's economy.Finally,it compared the prediction of the above two institutes and found that there was no big difference in accuracy,but IMF is a little more accurate.Both of their prediction tended to be lower than the normal level but World Bank was more pessimistic about China's economy.
This paper analyzes and evaluates China’ s economic security situation in the financial crisis based on the calculation results of the Measurement System for China’ s Economic Security after its WTO Accession and the latest evaluation reports made by international institutions. It finds that the financial crisis has brought influence and impact on China’ s economic security. The most obviously impacted area is on the market security while the most seriously influenced area is on the employment and industrial security. Although its influence on the financial security has not shown up completely, it can not be underestimated in the long run.
