Objective To investigate the clinical value of Valsartan on improving heart and kidney function in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Selected 106 elderly hypertensive patients with heart and kidney dysfunction in our hospital,take valsartan for 24 weeks.Its effects on blood pressure and heart and kidney function were observed.Results After treatment,24h SBP and 24h DBP were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the difference was significant(P0.05);After treatment,the IVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVMI decreased significantly,the differences were significant(P0.05);UAE decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was significant(P0.05);BUN、SCr levels changes were not significant,the difference was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion Valsartan is effective on antihypertensive,and at the same time it can improve heart and kidney function in elderly hypertensive patients,it has an important clinical value.

为了有效遏止高血压不断上升的趋势,减少心脑血管病的发病率、致残率和死亡率,绍兴市马山镇2005年列入<浙江省高血压社区综合干预信息化管理>试点以来,按照<浙江省高血压社区综合干预信息化管理规范>(以下简称<规范>)的实施要求,积极开展高血压社区综合干预工作,取得了显著成绩,现报告如下.

2005年绍兴市马山社区卫生服务中心全面推行了社区责任医生制。三年来,通过开展健康教育、老年困难及残疾人的管理、妇儿保健管理、高血压等慢性病管理、开突发性公共卫生管理等工作,社区责任医生得到了广大社区居民的认可,医患关系明显改善。社区居民对中心的满意率98.5%,对责任医生的知晓率99.5%,各类慢性病患者管理率100%。
