Based on a sample survey of university teachers,this article analyzed some factors affecting health management. The results showed that:teachers generally have a better understanding of the concept of health,but for the concept of health management is still relatively unknown;They have the awareness of receiving health management services,but in their own health management,there are lack of scientific means,reflected in their treatment of health diagnosis,insufficient attention to diet,and no health management scientific guidance,etc. Health management is an important means to prevent and reduce chronic disease.As a relatively closed group,University has conditions to carry out health management,can rely on the hospital to establish a health management system,and provide health management services.

无论教学型还是科研型的教师,都在自己的工作中寻求成就感、价值感以及自我实现.一个人最大的价值,来源于他在某一方面收获的存在感、他对别人的影响力,以及他对自己人生的掌控力,并在此中体现出来的让人无法抵挡的魅力.在起到激励作用的同时,也引发了一些心理问题.就高等教育的长足发展来讲,迫切需要设置教学型教授与科研型教授平行的考评体系.高校教师除了主动地了解自己的气质类型和性格特点之外,更不能让气质类型成为自己发展的桎梏和借口.要充分发挥自己气质类型中积极的一面,以带动克服消极的一面.除了教师在正确认知自我特征的前提下进行职业发展的调整完善之外,高校教师评价体系与考核体系也要逐步完善,摒弃传统的一刀切评价标准,设置更多的职业发展路径.

The collaborative development of teachers has already become the new trend in the studies of teacher education in the world. Compared with male faculties, it is more important and necessary for female professors in universities to establish good teamwork and collaboration so as to break their development bottleneck. Ecofeminism is a postmodern theory focusing on collaborative development and sustainable development. Based on the idea of equality from ecological ethics, ecofeminism emphasizes the adoption of a multicultural perspective and respect of differences, as well as the organic connection and cooperation in development. It also believes that sharing and collaboration are effective ways of achieving self-actualization. Thus, ecofeminism provides a strong theoretical support for the collaborative development of professors in universities, especially female professors. In order to establish such an open and multi-disciplinary collaborative academic team, it is necessary to break the walls between different disciplines to increase their interactions and build a diversified communication platform;whilst on the other hand, ensuring a more rational and scientific model for the collaboration, to guarantee the sustainability and creativity of the team.

As a main cultural phenomenon in contemporary society,popular culture has great impacts on college students.This paper firstly analyzes the connotation and features of campus popular culture from the perspective of its uniqueness.Then it continues to illustrate the trend of popular culture from the as-pects of its cultural pattern,creative subj ects,transmitting characteristics and developing features.Final-ly,it puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the overall mechanism which includes the guiding ideology,the implementing subj ects and some specific methods.

Classic novels have repeatedly stressed the charm, to which every reading is full of aesthetic pleasure of discovery. Taking Faulkner's short story masterpiece "A Rose for Emily" as an example, this paper discusses the source for "pleasure of reading" for novels from the narrative, ingenuity and character, atmosphere and so on, in order to explore the artistic charm of the classic novels.
