互联网消费金融以其普适性的特征,为缓解居民流动性约束,促进居民消费升级提供了外部条件.2020年新冠肺炎疫情的出现加速了互联网消费金融行业风险的爆发,整个行业在疫情后也面临着重新洗牌.本文认为,由于我国互联网消费金融制度尚不规范,个人征信体系还未形成,加上居民不健康的消费理念,导致了互联网消费金融行业信用风险、流动性风险和市场透支风险的出现.面对疫情后消费需求的增长以及风险管控的需要,应该在完善社会征信体系发展的基础上,强化行业内部规范,以金融科技赋能互联网消费金融的可持续发展.

随着我国对外开放程度加大,区域合作逐步加强,国内企事业单位对外贸人才的需求越来越多。在外贸各项业务中,单证操作业务最为基础,如何培养适应社会需求的熟练的单证人才成为高校的重要任务。文章首先分析《外贸单证实务》课程的课程定位,明确指出该课程是国际商务方向的基础技能课程。其次,文章阐述了该课程的教学现状。文章通过剖析《外贸单证实务》课程的教材、教学模式及考核形式等方面存在的问题,对该课程的教学改革提出几点建议。
从课程设置情况、就业目标比较、行健文理学院国贸专业就业情况三方面讨论目前独立院校国贸课程设置现状。提出独立学院国贸专业课程设置存在课程设置符合国家"厚基础",但达不到"宽口径"的要求;课程设置改革出现两种极端,无法满足就业需求;没有根据独立学院学生的特点进行课程设置等问题。最后建议从教学科目设置、学生就业层面及促进校企业合作三方面对国贸专业课程进行改革。
A digital elevation model(DEM) for the Experimental Center of Tropical Forestry,Chinese Academy of Forestry was established based on ArcGIS 9.2 geographical information system software.The topographic factor information such as elevation,slope gradient,slope aspect and etc.were extracted.Then an overlay analysis of the extracted factors and the data of forest resource investigated in 2009 was carried out,which is aimed to discuss the correlation between topography and the spatial distribution of forest resources in the study area.Result show that the vegetation type of the Experimental Center of Tropical Forestry is affected greatly by its topography.Eucalyptus trees,a fast-growing species,have higher requirements for site conditions,which tend to distribute on gentle(semi) sunny slopes below an altitude of 250m.Fir trees tend to distribute on shady slopes at altitudes of 250-500m.Masson pine trees tend to distribute on(semi) sunny slopes,which have a wide adaptability.
The growth regularity of Michelia macclurei plantation in southeastern of Guangxi was studied with the method of stem analysis.The results showed that the growth rate of DBH increased rapidly by the year before the age of 8 years,and during the age of 8~ 28 years,the its growth kept at a high level.The rapid growth phase of tree height focused on the first 15 years,during this period,there were two pronounced peaks.The average growth of stem volume did not reach the maximum value in 31 years,indicating that the stem volume did not reach the quantity of mature.In the first half of the period,the species was mainly for the growth of tree height,and in the latter half of the period,it was mainly for growth of DBH.The quadratic curve model was superior to the growth process of DBH and tree height in the M.macclurei plantation,and the Compertz model was superior to the growth process of stem volume,and these growth model had a good correlation,which could be applied to production.
Growth regularities of growing in Nanning were examined to find the reference for reasonable protecting and nurturing of the plant.Related data were acquired from analytical woods.Regression analysis was carried out by software to establish growth models of tree height,diameter and volume.Accuracy of the models were checked by actual measurement.Growth curves were drawn to analyze the growth regularities.The result showed that the growth models had high precision,which could be used to predict the growth regularities of Manglietia glauce in Nanning region.M.glauce grew quickly in its early stage,0-14 years were its fast growing period for tree height,and 0-8 years were its fast growing period for DBH.The mean growth of volume didn't meet the maximum value at the age of 46 years,indicating that its mature stage was after 46 years.The stand structure of M.glauce exhibited normal distribution,demonstrating its normal growth and high stability.
Based on the second class investigations of forest resources in 1999 and 2009,the geography information system ArcGIS and the landscape analysis program Fragstats 3.3 were introduced to study the dynamics of landscape patterns in Guposhan national forest park.The results showed that the main landscape type did not changed in the ten years but the proportion of the area covered by broad-leaf,shrub and Chinese fir forests rose from 80.44% to 94.51%.The landscape matrices were basically broad-leaf forest which rose from 63.63% to 75.82% in proportion.The amount of total patches has decreased from 301 to 174 and there was a downward trend when considering the mean shape index.The diversity index decreased from 1.233 to 0 .862 while the dominant index increased from 0.846 to 1.217.The landscape tended to be sequential and stable,on the whole,with the succession from conifer forest to conifer-broadleaf forest and broad-leaf forest in turn.
Take multi-time-phase Landstat TM/ETM+ Remote Sensing images (1990, 2002, 2007) of Nanning City as data source and use RS and GIS intergration technology to extract the information of city. The paper analyses the property of Nanning City expansion change from 1990 to 2007.
Both effect of green manure on sugarcane drought resistance and the mechanism of green manure to increase drought resistance of sugarcane were studied.The results showed that green manure increased drought resistance of sugarcane by improving soil condition.Among the three types of green manure,the best one was mung bean,soybean as the second and the peanut as the last.
由美国次贷危机引起的这场金融危机,现在不仅没有停止的迹象,而且有掀起第二场金融风暴的可能。我国的房地产在这场金融危机中,也受到了严重的影响,本文将对其影响途径进行简要分析。
我国央行在2008年9月到11月三个月内连续四次降低存款准备金率、存贷款基准利率,其强度历史罕见。国内方面由于我国经济增长率的下滑、中小企业资金困难、房地产市场低迷,因此需要在信贷政策上进一步放松。国际方面由于美国次贷危机而引发的全球金融风暴已经影响到美国和全球各主要经济体的实体经济,要保证我国的经济增长,必须把由出口拉动转变到刺激消费、拉动内需上。
2007年初爆发的次贷危机在雷曼兄弟申请破产下再次推向了高潮,美国的五大投资银行中贝尔斯登和美林证券相继被银行收购,雷曼兄弟申请破产保护,而剩下的高盛、摩根斯坦利也因形势所迫转型为银行控股公司,金融市场剧烈震荡。我国受益于资本项目没有完全放开,衍生品交易市场尚未健全等因素而未受到直接冲击。我国应依据本国经济实体运行情况推进金融创新,加强金融风险管理。
对杉木二代林碳贮量和碳素年净固定量的动态特征进行了研究。结果表明,8、11和14年生杉木二代林生态系统碳贮量分别为136.24、147.59和161.83t·hm-2,其分布序列为土壤层(0~60cm)>植被层>凋落物层。随着林分林龄的增加,乔木层碳积累量明显增加,由8年生的17.09t·hm-2增加到14年生的37.29t·hm-2,分别占生态系统碳贮量的12.54%和23.04%。碳贮量在林木各器官中的分配,基本上与各自生物量成正比,其中树干碳贮量占乔木层碳贮量的46.05%以上,并随林木生长而明显增加。3种杉木林林地土壤层(0~60cm)碳贮量分别为117.60、119.26和122.06t·hm-2,占生态系统总碳贮量的75.42%以上,其中表层土壤(0~20cm)分别占土壤总碳贮量的56.45%、54.29%和57.37%。3种林分的年净生产力分别为5.49、6.18和7.62t·hm-2·a-1,碳素年净固定量分别为2.62、3.04和3.74t·hm-2·a-1。
Planting green manure crops in the field,and then plowing them in the soil,facilitated sugarcane production.As a result,both cane and sugar yields increased significantly,of which the green manure of soybean was the best.
本试验在大田生产条件下,通过选用花生、大豆、绿豆三种绿肥进行压青改土,研究改土后对秋植蔗产量和品质的效应,其结果表明:三种豆科作物压青均能起到增产增糖的效果,其中以大豆压青效果最好,其次是绿豆,花生是收获荚果后压青,效果最差,说明绿肥养地在大田生产上是有效可行的,对广西甘蔗的生长必将产生深远的影响。
本文通过田间试验,研究生物肥、复合肥和氮、磷、钾化肥配施等三个肥料配施处理对甘蔗产量和品质的效应.结果表明,氮、磷、钾化肥配施处理能促进甘蔗的萌芽和生长,产量较高,蔗糖分略低于复合肥处理,但其甘蔗生产经济效益优于另外两个处理.在本试验条件下,甘蔗生产以氮、磷、钾肥配施较为理想.
在大田生产条件下,以新台糖1号作为对照品种,对参试品种的农艺性状、生理生化特性和工艺性状等方面进行了调查、研究和综合评价,结果表明:GY5比对照增产2256.8kg,增幅28.5%,进行差异显著性比较,GY5产量达到1%的差异显著水平,YL2比对照增产428.9kg,增幅5.4%,但YL2和T26与对照T1之间差异不显著.综合评价优劣排序为GY5>YL2>T26>T1,GY5表现最优.
