This article attempts to organize the development history and course of exercise physiology. The authors take the initial enlightenment stage, the end of the 18(th) century to the middle of the 19(th) century, the end of the 19(th) century to the beginning of the 20(th) century, and the 1920s to the 1940s as the time nodes.
运用问卷调查法和统计分析法,通过对不同性别大学生参与体育俱乐部的主要动机、大学生参与体育俱乐部经历与运动参与方式关系、大学生参与运动时间及体育场馆需求进行调查研究.建议在正视和消解大学生性别差异带来的不平等体育参与情况基础之上,大学生应多以主动集体形式进行体育参与,并提出高校体育场馆使用建议以保证大学生体育参与度.研究结果可为促进高校体育俱乐部发展、提高大学生体育参与程度和明确高校体育场馆需求提供理论依据.
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,探究运动训练中教练员身体语言影响运动员情绪体验的性别差异,使教练员树立身体语言指导观,针对不同性别的运动员合理运用身体语言.结果表明:竖拇指、鼓掌、击掌、拍肩膀等身体触碰动作对女运动员情绪体验的积极影响程度显著高于男运动员;瞪眼、斜视、摇头、指人、耸肩等动作对男运动员情绪体验的消极影响程度显著高于女运动员;在正确完成训练任务情境下,交谈距离为0.6～0.9 m时男女运动员的情绪体验有显著性差异,女运动员更接受此交谈距离;在错误完成训练任务情境下,交谈距离为0.6～0.9 m、4～8 m时男女运动员的情绪体验存在显著性差异,女运动员较抵触0.6～0.9 m的交谈距离,更接受4～8 m的交谈距离.

身体语言是信息交流的一种重要表达方式,在体育教学中也具有重要价值,体育教师身体语言在体育教学实践中往往被忽视.本文试图从身体语言概念的演进辨析、身体语言在体育教学中的教学本位价值及育人本位价值三部分进行阐述.研究发现:体育课中恰当准确的身体语言是技能传递的有效构成要素、是促进学生掌握技能知识的有效手段,能为教师教学、学生学习营造轻松的氛围并对培养学生思维、激发学生兴趣、活跃课堂气氛以及形成学生社会能力起到促进作用;体育教师良好有效的身体语言是“教师美”的重要表现、是达成课程情感目标的重要途径,也是塑造教师形象的主要方式.
