The white-rot fungi WY01 as the starting bacteria,using the N+ implantation genetic traits bred a stable and high-yield of laccase with the mutant strain WY02,after 60 days of fermentation culture,the amount of laccase enzyme producted by the start of the bacteria increased from 13.75 U/g to 52.5 U/g that was,the enzyme production increased by 2.85 times.the degradation rates of the lignin,hemicellulose and cellulose were 54.1%,39.1% and 32.8%.FTIR spectrometer was used to analysis the change of lignin groups in rap straw which degraded by the mutant strain,in order to illuminate the degeneration mechanism of lignin in the straw by WY02.The result indicated that the straw was degraded by the mutant strain,lignin had been significantly destroied.Not only the C=O link between lignin and aromatic rings,CH2 structure of the side chains and the lignin monomer(juliana lilac group and guaiacyl group)were partly degraded,but also aromatic rings of lignin was also destroied.
选择21日龄约克夏仔猪24头(公母各半),采用随机配对,分为对照组(基础日粮)、在基础日粮中添加溢多酶复合制剂的试验A组(180mg·kg-1)和B组(150mg·kg-1),每组8头,经过27d饲养试验,分析溢多酶对仔猪生产性能、腹泻和经济效益的影响。结果表明,试验A组和B组仔猪日增重比对照组分别提高17.2%(P<0.01)和13.7%(P<0.01),饲料效率提高16.6%(P<0.01)和13.7%(P<0.01),饲料成本分别降低2.5%和2.2%,平均每头仔猪节约饲料费用7.45元和6.56元,经济效益显著,且仔猪腹泻率随溢多酶添加量的增加呈现下降趋势。
The basidiospores of Pleurotus ostreatus WY01 were exposed to N+ beam and the treated basidiospores were screened in RBBR-containing PDA plates.Then the laccase activities of the selected strains were determined by ABTS,and a mutant named ADW-08 with high yield of laccase was obtained.The maximum activity of laccase of ADW-08 increased up to 7.78 U/g,2.8 times of the original stain,and its laccase production ability was stable in high carbon and low nitrogen rape straw solid medium(SM).Results showed that glucose as carbon source was obviously superior to sucrose,maltose,wheat bran and soluble amylum in soild culture for ADW-08.Ammonium tartrate as nitrogen source was more suitable than other nitrogen sources for the laccase secretion.The optimal initial pH was 5.0 or 6.0.The ability of laccase production clearly increased by ABTS and veratryl alcohol induction,but was inhibited by Tween 80.When the optimum parameters for laccase production got from orthogonal design were as follows:glucose 15g/L,ammonium tartrate 0.2g/L,pH 5.2,the peak value of Lac activity was 8.33U/g.

It's usually referred to as biallelic polymorphism. This paper introduced the character, discovery, screening, databases, frequencies and their association with phenotypes, as well as the research of SNP in chicken genetic varitation.
Innate immunity recognizes invading micro-organisms and triggers a host defence response.However,the molecular mechanism for innate immune recognition was unclear.Recently,a family of Toll-like receptors(TLRs) was identified,and crucial roles of these receptors in the recognition of microbial components have been elucidated.The TLR family consists of 11 members and will be expanding.Each TLR distinguishes between specific patterns of microbial components to provoke innate immune responses.The activation of innate immunity then leads to the development of antigen-specific adaptive immunity.Thus,TLRs control both innate and adaptive immune responses.
随着养猪产业化的兴起,未来猪育种的方向将是猪生长性能、肉品质量、健康和繁殖效率的综合提高.笔者综述了猪育种在育种目标、遗传评估、性能测定、外貌评定、基因检测、选择方法与手段等方面的新进展,以及相关的新知识、新技术,为我国未来的猪育种的发展提供有利信息.
Cholesteryl ester transfer protein CETP is a key member of bactericidal gene family and plays an important role in reverse transportation of cholesterol from the peripheral tissues to the liver. CETP is generally regarded as one of coronary heart diseaseCHD susceptibility genes. The polymorphism of CETP reveals that mutations of CETP lead the change of HDL concentration in blood whereas the HDL concentration has been closely associated with occurrence of CHD. Therefore the function and genetic difference as well as the relationship with CHD become a hot research point at present. This paper reviews the recent advance in research of biological characteristics function gene polymorphism of CETP and its relationship with coronary heart disease.
