Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of CDA-Ⅱ on A549 cells and to detect the methylation pattern of E-cadherin gene inr cell line A549.Methods The growth inhibition of A549 cell induced by CDA-Ⅱ was detected by MTT.Methylation specific PCR (MSP) was utilized to examine methylation status of E-cadherin gene in lung cancer cell line A549.Results CDA-Ⅱ showed significant inhibiting effect on A549 cells,exhibiting a dose-dependent relationship.E-cadherin methylation was positive in lung cancer cell line A549.Conclusion CDA-Ⅱ can inhibit the growth of A549 cells and hypermethylation of E-cadherin gene exists in lung cancer cell line A549.
Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of allicin on human leukaemia cancer cell line K562 and Balb/c nude mice tumor xenograft.Methods Cltural cell lines of human leukaemia cancer K562 were used as the target cells to observe the effect of allicin of different concertritions on these cell lines by MTT assay.Detecting the quantitation of cells apoptosis by Annexin V-FITC marking method.The transplanted tumor model was established by injecting human leukaemia cancer cell line K562 into subcutaneous tissue of nude mice.Tumor-bearing mice were divided into 4 grougs at random:0.1 ml of normal saline solution,1.5 mg/ml allicin,3 mg/ml allicin,6 mg/ml allicin directly injected into tumor body respectively,for seven times at an interval of two days to observe the changes of tumor volume,the tumor inhibiting rate.Results Allicin showed significant inhibiting effect on the growth K562 cells,exhibiting a dose-dependent relationship,the inhibiting rates were 21.5%,55.1% and 81.6% respectively ( P<0.05 ).The apoptotic rate of cells was the best significantly when the concentration of allicin was 0.005 mg/ml in 24 hours.In the groups of allicin intervention,it showed a marked delay in the appearance and growth of tumors after injection compared with control group,the inhibiting rates were 18.5%,79.2% and 91.6% respectively.Conclusion Allicin can inhibit the growth of K562 cells and induce the apoptosis.Allicin can also inhibit the growth of transplanted K562 cells effectively in vivo by interventional method.
目的 探讨大蒜素对K562细胞株及裸鼠移植瘤的作用.方法 利用MTT法检测不同浓度大蒜素对K562细胞的增殖抑制影响;Annexin V-FITC标记法检测K562细胞凋亡;建立K562细胞Balb/c裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,荷瘤小鼠随机分成4组,分别用1.5、3、6 mg/ml大蒜素和生理盐水对瘤体进行局部注射,每次0.1 ml,隔日1次,连续7次,观察瘤体变化.结果 不同浓度大蒜素对K562细胞均有抑制作用,呈明显的剂量依赖性,抑制率分别为21.5%、55.1%、81.6%(P<0.05);0.005 mg/ml大蒜素诱导K562细胞凋亡作用最显著,0.025 mg/ml大蒜素使K562细胞呈中毒反应,凋亡作用不明显;大蒜素组瘤体生长较对照组明显受到抑制,抑瘤率分别为18.5%、79.2%、91.6%.结论 大蒜素具有显著抑制K562细胞增殖及促凋亡的作用,能有效抑制K562细胞Balb/c裸鼠移植瘤的生长.
【Objective】 To investigate the AgNORs′ correlation between peripheral T lymphocyte nucleus and chromosome.【Methods】Silver straining technique and KL image system were used to detect AgNORs of peripheral T lymphocyte nucleus and chromosome in 74 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 50 healthy controls.The re-sults were expressed in the ratio of silver staining nucleolus area to nucleus area(I.S%),and chromosome AgNORs counts(AgNORs counts/cell).【Results】The I.S% of AgNORs and chromosome AgNORs counts in patients with esophageal carcinoma[(5.28±0.86),(5.64±0.45)] were lower than healthy controls[(7.56±0.78),(7.35±0.55)](P 0.01).In patients with esophageal carcinomaand healthy controls,the I.S% of AgNORs was positively correlated with chro-mosome AgNORs counts.Correlation coefficient were 0.85 and 0.87,respectively(P 0.001).【Conclusion】The I.S% of AgNORs and chromosome AgNORs counts in peripheral T lymphocytes can be served as two useful immuno-logic diagnostic makers,but the former presents a more convenient and credible approach for clinical application than the latter.

Correlation coefficients were 0.85,0.80 and 0.87,respectively(P 0.001). [目的]通过检测肿瘤患者外周血中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平,探讨IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达与癌症疼痛的关系.[方法]选取38例癌症疼痛的肿瘤患者作为病例组,同时选取30例健康人群和30例无疼痛的肿瘤患者作为对照组,两组均采集空腹时静脉血5ml,采用ELISA法检测IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的水平.[结果]癌症疼痛患者外周血IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),30例健康人群和30例无疼痛的肿瘤患者两组之间也具有明显差异(P<0.05),轻度疼痛组表达水平显著低于中重度疼痛组(P<0.05),吗啡治疗疼痛效果差的患者外周血中细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平明显高于吗啡治疗疼痛效果好的患者(P<0.05).[结论]癌症疼痛患者IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的表达水平明显增高,与疼痛程度有着密切的关系,其高表达可能与吗啡止痛效果欠佳有关.
Objective To study the clinical value of serum tumor marker determination and whole body bone scan for diagnosis of bone metastases from breast cancer. Methods Serum tumor markers(CA15-3, CEA, TSGF)were detected with CLIA and whole body bone scan were investigated by SPECT in 124 breast cancer patients. Results In 124 patients, 38 patients were diagnosed as positive for bone metastases with whole body bone scan. The positive predicting values of CA15-3, CEA, TSGF were 76.78%, 80% and 82.14%, and the negative predicting values of CA15-3, CEA, TSGF were 82.41%, 86.74% and 84.29% respectively. The levels of CA15-3, CEA, TSGF in patients with bone metastases were significantly higher than those in patients without metastasis and the controls (P<0.01). Conclusion Determination of levels of serum tumor markers CA15-3, CEA, TSGF is helpful for diagnosis of bone metastases from breast cancer. Combined detection of CA15-3, CEA, TSGF could increase the sensitivty and accuracy of diagnosing bone metastases.
目的:探讨联检血清肿瘤标志物和放射性核素骨显像对诊断乳腺癌骨转移的临床价值.方法:应用化学发光免疫检测技术检测了 124 例乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3、CEA、TSGF三种肿瘤标志物,应用SPECT对所有患者全身进行骨扫描检查,以明确有无转移.结果:124 例患者中38 例临床诊断为乳腺癌骨转移,乳腺癌骨转移组患者血清CA15-3、CEA、TSGF显著高于未转移组和正常对照组(P<0.01),其阳性预测值分别为76.78%、80%和82.14%,阴性预测值分别为82.41%、86.74%和84.29%.结论:CA15-3、CEA、TSGF具有诊断乳腺癌骨转移的临床价值,而联检肿瘤标志物结合全身骨扫描可以提高乳腺癌骨转移诊断的准确性.
To observe the therapeutic effect on non small cell cancer (NSCLC)and untoward reactions in the elderly patients in advanced stage using docetaxel weekly and cisplatin low dose. Thirty-two elderly patients which have been proved to non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)through cytology and pathology received docetaxel weekly and cisplatin low dose,followed by three week of rest,appraisaling untoward reactions with WHO standard. Among 32 patints,completer esponse(CR)1case,partial response(PR)14cases,stable disease (SD)13 caSeS,progressive disease(PD)4cases,total response rate(RR)48.4%.The maior untoward reactions are alopecie、hematologic toxicity and light alimentary canal reactive. Docetaxel weekly and cisplatin low dose used treating NSCLC in elderly patients has obviously effect and light untoward reactions.It will be worth to extent clinica luse.
对75例恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机双盲分组(试验组40例,对照组35例),观察了普来升口服液辅助治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效.结果显示,在强烈化疗情况下,普来升口服液可防止白细胞数减少,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),并且具有调节机体免疫功能,提高患者淋巴细胞转化率,增强NK细胞活性的作用.
