Agrobacterium-mediated transformation was performed in the peanut variet‘y Silihong’using hypocotyl as explants.After co-culture,bacteria restraining and selection,sixty-seven resistant regenerated plants were obtained on the medium with 0.8mg/L Basta.Five PCR-positive plants were tested by Quick-Strip Kit and at least two of them showed positive.The results showed that this protocol was an easy and high efficient,and will provide a practical method for the further genetic improvement of peanut.
The experiment of plasma treatment on peanut was carried out in the paper.The results showed that the number of root,average length of root and falling needle rate of peanut were increased by plasma treatment.While plant heights during seedling stage,flowering stage and falling needle stage were decreased.Peanut yield increase by 166.0-608.0 kg/hm2 compared with treatment 7,which was 4.1-13.7%.Economic output increased by 832.0-3 042.0 yuan/hm2.In treatment 2,yield increased by 608.0 kg/hm2,which was 13.7%,and economic output increased by 3 042.0 yuan/hm2.The result showed that treatment 2 was optimal treatment with the most yield increase and economic output.

对吉林省东辽县施用高塔造粒复合肥的适宜用量进行了研究.结果表明:小区试验百利丰盛牌高塔造粒复合肥的适宜施肥量为500~600 kg/hm2.同时提出了高塔造粒复合肥在生产实践中的配套技术措施.
2007年在对吉林东辽县土壤养分状况进行检测分析基础上,在有代表性中等肥力地块上,对化肥用量减少20%的情况下,增施不同数量有机肥,玉米产量明显增加.建议适量增施农肥,合理施用化肥.
