目的：观察降糖护肾方治疗I I、IV期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将本院自2010年8月~2013年8月确诊为II、IV期糖尿病肾病患者86例，随机分成治疗组43例(西医常规治疗加降糖护肾方)及对照组(西医常规治疗)，4w为1个疗程，观察两组治疗前及治疗4w后的空腹血糖(FBG)、尿白蛋白排泄量(UAER)、血清肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能及血脂情况，并统计分析。结论降糖护肾方治疗I I、IV期糖尿病肾病疗效确切，在降糖的同时，还可以有效改善FBG、尿蛋白排泄量、血清肌酐清除率、尿蛋白，具有一定的肾脏保护作用和修复功能。

Objective:To Observe the clinical efficacy of Sang Ting Xiefei decoction in uremic patients with Lung infection.Methods: 40 patients met the inclusion criteria of uremic Lung infection,Were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group;The control group(n = 20) were given routine western medicine;Treatment group(20 patients) were given Sang Ting Xiefei de coction on the basis of routine western medicine,treatment last two weeks,the clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein(CRP) and markedly time were observed between the two groups.Results : the Total effective rate in treatment group was 95%,The total effective rate in the control group was 65%,The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);The average time in treatment was 5.9 ± 2.3 days,Which was Significantly shorter than the control group(P 0.01);Compared with the observation group CRP in treatment group decreased significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion : Sang Ting Xiefei decoction is effective in the treatment of uremic Lung infec tion,it shorten the healing time.

Objective To study the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of renal tubule dysfunction due to nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods Sixty subjects were divided into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with western routine medicine and Ziyin Jiedu Decoction and control group in which 30 cases were treated just with western routine medicine,with a course of four weeks.The levels of 24h urine protein,TG,A/G and Scr were measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer,and β2-MG in blood and urine were measured by isotope detection.Results There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between two groups(P0.05);the levels of 24h urine protein,TG,A/G,Scr,β2-MG in blood and urine were all improved in both groups(P0.05);the levels of 24h urine protein,β2-MG in urine and clearance rate of β2-MG were lower in treatment group than in control group(P0.01).Conclusion The integrative Chinese and western medicine can enhance clinical efficacy and relieve the impairments of renal tubule and glomerulus.
