Objective:Observe the effects of the mRNA level of the hematopoietic growth factors SCF and GM-CSF and the bone marrow CD+34on aplastic anemia(AA)mice by using kidney-invigorating,sputum-eliminating and blood-activating drugs.Methods:Aplastic anemia mice model was established.Each mouse was gastrogavaged with the normal NaCl,kidney-invigorating,sputum-eliminating,blood-activating drugs,the stanozol and the Aplastic Blood-Forming Tablet.The bone marrow mononuclear cells were collected on Day 14,and the mRNA level of the SCF and GM-CSF was determined with RT-PCR.The expression level of the bone marrow CD+34 was detected by flow cytometry.Results:①The expression level of the bone marrow CD+34 was lower in AA group than the normal control;And the level of each treated group was significantly higher than those in aplastic anemia groups.All had significant difference.②The expression level of the bone marrow hemopoietic growth factors(SCF mRNA、GM-CSF mRNA)was lower in AA group than the normal control;And the level of each treated group was significantly higher than those in aplastic anemia groups.All had significant difference.Conclusion:The results suggested that the kidney-invigorating,sputum-eliminating and blood-activating prescription can stimulate the differentiation and maturity of hematopoietic cell to achieve the purpose of controlling bone marrow haematogenesis in AA mice by increasing the expression level of hemopoietic growth factors.
