Following the strategies of strengthening education, healthy China, and inheritance and innovation development of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, the mission of TCM higher education in the new era is to cultivate talents who can both uphold fundamental principles and break new ground. In face of the challenges of education orientation, teaching process and learning effect, student cultivation mode, and teaching evaluation reform in the development of TCM higher education, the reform paths are explored such as optimizing the talent training scheme in adherence to the national strategy, strengthening the top-level design suitable for the growth law of TCM talents, and improving the learning outcome-oriented talent training capabilities, in order to cultivate talents with TCM thinking ability, clinical and scientific research and application capacibility, and multidisciplinary innovation ability, and contribute to the innovation and development of TCM higher education.

基于新时期中医药大学一流本科教育建设面临的新形势与问题,提出传承创新、追求卓越是建设新时期中医药大学一流本科教育的基本方略.其具体实现路径主要包括:基于社会需求彰显中医药特色的一流专业建设,深化课程综合改革的一流课程建设,崇尚卓越教学、提升教学学术能力的一流师资建设,协同互动、重在创新的一流实践教学体系建设,严格标准、完善机制、坚守大学精神的一流质量文化建设的五大工程.

混合学习是新兴的学习模式,但是混合学习的学业评价目前存在一些问题,针对这些问题,提出学习性投入理论,并分析此理论对中医药课程混合学习学业评价的实践意义.在此基础上,提出了建立基于学习投入度理论的混合学习学业评价策略,并确定了促进学习投入的混合学习学业评价五个基本原则,构建以活动为中心的中医药课程混合学习学业评价框架.

翻转课堂作为—种新的教学模式在高等教育教学中被广泛应用.如何评价这—教学模式改革的成效是一个有待研究的问题.构建翻转课堂评价体系具有十分重要的意义.在深层次学习理论指导下,从教学设计、在线学习、课堂教学、成绩与教学成果、教学研究五个方面构建翻转课堂的发展性评价体系,设计相关项目建设要求及具体的评价指标和权重比例,指出了该评价体系的相关推广价值,并对相关问题进行了探讨.
