2002年云南省稻田养鱼现场会在会泽举办,2012年全省渔业工作会在会泽召开,与会人员到冷流水养殖实地参观学习,至2018年会泽收集驯养土著鱼类达43种.如何使传统的稻田养鱼在千家万户中增收致富?如何让占据会泽渔业半壁江山的冷流水养殖得到拓展?如何让初露头角的土著鱼得到更进一步的保护开发利用?现将该技术总结如下:
会泽县以虹鳟、鲟鱼为主养品种,在县境内形成多种规模养殖带,及以鲟鱼人工繁育、鱼子酱加工出口为代表的集约化冷流水精养全产业链(图1). (1)养殖场选址宜选择运输方便、水源充足无污染、电力供应有保障、地势开阔有后劲的地点. (2)养殖场一般0.05, m3/s水量配套建设100, m3养殖池,养殖池采用八角型、圆形及长条型水泥池,面积100~200, m2,长条型池塘长为宽的8~10倍,苗种培育池水深保持40~80, cm,成鱼养殖池水深保持60~ 120, cm.池底坡降比为0.8%.养殖池主要采用并联方式,合理设置闸门.
2020年8月3日,会泽县水产工作站与云南省技术推广总站联合在会泽娜姑乐里华良家庭农场开展滇池金线鲃-海菜花共生生态养殖试验,共投放平均全长10.3cm、平均体重11g的滇池金线鲃苗种5448尾,合计体重64.1kg.2020年12月16日,对养殖结果抽样检查估产,经过135d养殖,收获滇池金线鲃111.9kg,成活率97.7%,平均体重达20.6g,最大体重41.6g,平均全长12.4cm,最大全长15cm,试验取得了良好的效果.
罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii,沼虾)素有淡水虾王之称,是目前世界上养殖量最高的三大虾种之一,原产东南亚地区的热带和亚热带国家,生活在各种类型的淡水或咸淡水水域中. 目前,人们对虾肉的消费需求已经从数量型转向了质量型,消费者更加关心虾肉的风味、质地、营养、安全性等问题[1].迄今,尚未见不同构型氨基酸对沼虾肌肉营养成分影响的报道.本试验旨在研究饲料中不同构型赖氨酸(Lys)对沼虾肌肉营养成分的影响.
[Purposes] This experiment was conducted to study the effects of replacement of soy oil by extruded rubber seed oil on growth performance,the blood and liver biochemical indexes in rainbow trout.[Method] Four isoproteic and isolipidic experimental diets were formulated with 0%,4%,8% and 12% rubber seed oil replacing graded levels of soy oil,respectively.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks.[Results] (1) With the rubber seed oil replacement level increasing,the final body weight,weight gain,daily gain coefficient and protein efficiency ratio among all groups showed a trend of first increase and then decrease,and the highest was 8% group (P < 0.05),while the feed conversion rate was just opposite.The lowest was found in 8% group.(2) With the rubber seed oil replacement level increasing,the serum levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterin showed an increasing trend firstly,and then decreasing trend.And the highest was found in 8% group.The LDL-C/HDL-C in serum showed a gradual increasing trend,and it is in 12% group was significantly higher than that in 0% groups.(3) With the rubber seed oil replacement level increasing,the content of plasma nitric oxide and the activity of alkaline phosphatase were significantly increased,but the activity of plasma catalase decreased significantly.(4) The amino-N of the plasma in 0% group was significantly lower than that in the other groups.There was no significant difference in total protein,total amino acid,blood urea nitrogen,calcium,phosphorus,alanine aminotransferase activity of the plasma and ALT,aspartate aminotransferase of the liver among all groups (P > 0.05).[Conclusions] In summary,4%-12% rubber seed oil supplementation can improve the growth performance and feed utilization ratio,and there is no obvious adverse effects on antioxidant capacity and lipid metabolism of the rainbow trout.The results also indicate that the suitable supplemental level is 8% in rainbow trout diets.
In order to identify the pathogens of the skin ulcer disease in hybrid catfish, several strains of dominant bac-teria (DYJ140914-DYJ140917) were isolated from the diseased fish. They were identified as Pseudomonas putida based on morphology, biochemical, physiology characteristics and sequencing of 16S rRNA and gyrase B subunit (gyrB) gene (GeneBank accession number were KP693689 and KP693690 respectively). They were also proved to be the pathogen of the disease by artificial infection experiment. Histologically, liver, skin, muscle, and renal interstitial were the target organs of the disease, which characterized by multifocal necrotic hepatitis, necrotic myositis, and nec-rotizing interstitial nephritis. Moreover, it could also lead to mild epicardial and endocardial inflammation, and mild necrotic splenitis. The result of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolates were sensitive to the Doxycycline, Nor-floxacin, and Levofloxacin, but were resistant to Ampicillin, Azithromycin, Florfenicol, Sinomin, Mefoxin, Penicillin.
为探索高海拔冷凉山区大闸蟹池塘生态养殖技术,试验选择长方形东西走向,面积1.33hm2的静水池塘,并投放长江水系扣蟹苗200 kg、混养鲢鳙鱼241 kg,精心养殖7个月后,收获大闸蟹1 830 kg,平均单产91.5 kg/667 m2,收获鲢鳙鱼605.5 kg/667 m2,实现每667 m2纯利润4 048.36兀.
曲靖市牛栏江鱼类保护区建于2006年,是以保护国家濒危物种种群及栖息生态系统为宗旨,集资源保护、科学研究、驯养、增殖于一体的水生野生动物自然保护区.牛栏江鱼类保护区有鱼类4目14科42属52种.其中土著鱼类39种,特有鱼类8种,外来鱼种14种.有云南省重点保护鱼类1种,《中国濒危动物红皮书》鱼类2种.分析介绍牛栏江保护区鱼类资源现状及其保护、利用和修复情况.
本文就会泽渔业行政执法工作现状及存在问题进行分析,提出了强化渔业行政执法,保障会泽渔业健康发展的对策及建议。
会泽县是云南省冷流水渔业重点发展县,近年来得到了较快发展。本文概述了会泽县冷水鱼的养殖现状,并结合当地实际对冷水鱼养殖进行了前景展望。
