台湾泥鳅是大鳞副泥鳅的改良品种,在人工繁殖中存在产后母鳅死亡率高和杀雄取精的现象.为了避免杀雄取精和提高产后母鳅成活率,采用产前抗应激营养强化、低创法注射催产素、低创法取卵取精以及产后护理与康复等系列措施,可提高产后亲鳅成活率.

Attractant,a non-nutritional and feed additive,could improve the palatability of the feeds,enhance the animal appetite,promote the animal intake,feeding speed and growth,promote the aquatic animals to feed digestion absorption,Moreover,attractant had the ability of not only improving the feed conversion rate,but also reducing water pollution and the cost of action.To provide a reference basis for the science applications and understand the type of attractant in aquaculture,on one hand,the author reviewed attractant amino acids and their mixture,betaine,organic sulfur,the extracts of plants and animals,Chinese herbal medicine and nucleotides in aquaculture application effect in this paper.On the other hand,the best attractant compatibility combination,the quantity and the mechanism of the compatibility of each other was proposed as the research direction of the future according to different aquatic animals from special attractant determined the appropriate adding amount and developing a suitability for different development stages of the same animal attractant.

<正>黄鳝历来是人们餐桌上受欢迎的美味,但近年来,由于过度捕捞,特别是电捕的泛滥,加上大量施用对黄鳝有害的农药和耕作制度的改变,天然水域里的黄鳝资源逐年减少,有的区域已几乎绝迹。与此同时,由于天然捕捞量逐年下降,而需求量却逐年上升,又加剧了对天然黄鳝资源的掠夺,由此形成恶性循环,对生态造成了极大的破坏。经过多年的探索、研究、实验,我们总结出了黄鳝的人工生态养殖的办法。
通过对金鱼的生活习性、繁殖习性的了解,在实际工作中得出金鱼的自然繁殖、人工繁殖、人工养殖、病害防治以及养殖场地的选择与建立的一些经验和方法,从而为本地金鱼养殖户的提供优良的养殖苗种成为可能。
In order to reduce the cost in sturgeon cultivation in mountainous area of Guizhou,an experiment of cultivating the eyed eggs of S.sturgeon was carried out in Jiangkou County in Guizhou Province after introducing the eyed eggs from sturgeon company in Dalian Yongxin Sturgeon Company in 2010.The results showed that the survival rate was higher when cultivating the eggs in the lower temperature,of which the optimum temperature was 18.9℃,the hatch rate was increased to 75.89%.After three months' feeding,the length of sturgeon was 15~20 cm,survival rate was as high as 82.46%.It was concluded that the survival rate was affected by the sturgeon fry and water quality.
