建立大孔树脂纯化蒲菜黄酮化合物的工艺条件,并讨论其对小鼠运动耐力的影响.根据单因素试验结果,确定AB-8 型大孔树脂纯化蒲菜总黄酮的最佳条件为上样浓度 3.0 mg/mL、上样液pH 4.0、上样流速与洗脱流速分别为 2.0 mL/min和 1.0 mL/min,洗脱液乙醇体积分数为 65%,上样液体积与洗脱液体积分别为70 mL与 80 mL.纯化后的产物中黄酮化合物的纯度由 18.3%提高至 64.5%,约为纯化前的 3.5 倍.与空白对照组比较,低、高剂量纯化物组小鼠的负重游泳时间均有明显延长(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),血清中乳酸与尿素氮浓度均显著下降(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),同时肝脏与骨骼肌组织中丙二醛的生成量明显减少(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),并可增强体内超氧化物歧化酶的活力(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),从而可知蒲菜黄酮化合物能够提高机体的运动耐力.

协调性是球员身体素质相互配合的基础,而球艺是足球运动的基础.该文通过文献梳理,从球艺能力培养的角度出发,结合足球运动的特点深入分析了协调性训练的内涵,指出协调性训练和球艺能力的培养有共同的本质,并能相互转化和相互促进.在此基础上,阐明了青少年协调性训练具备的低龄化、日常化和精细化的特点.在训练实践中,协调性训练要发展全面的身体运动形式;协调性训练应该重视发展神经协调能力;协调性训练应更好地融入足球训练;协调性训练应采取多元的训练方法.

阐述足球情景训练的原理和重要性,以青少年足球运动员一对一能力培养为切入点,探讨足球情景训练在发展青少年球员一对一能力中的具体运用思路和设计:个人情景的一对一训练以"保持球权"和"打破平衡"为情景主题,在中前场和边路区域形成一对一时,通过护球、摆脱、突破的方法来提高球员一对一的能力和信心;团队情景中的一对一训练以"保持球权""赢得空间"和"完成射门"为情景主题,通过攻防队员人数对比的不同,培养球员具备执行技战术的能力,建议在具体的训练操作中要有针对性地围绕主题、目标、要求和组织来进行设计.

新校园足球时代,少儿是足球事业重要的组成,需要新的理念引导少儿足球事业的发展.该文通过文献梳理对日本少儿足球训练理念进行分析.研究发现:应注重使少儿积累经验和兴趣,发展少儿神经系统,并注重用个人技术培养的三大理念来指导少儿足球的训练实践.对于我国少儿足球发展的启示:形成统一的指导大纲和专业的教练制度;少儿足球训练要保持自发性玩耍;中国足协要加强对开展少儿足球运动的指导和支持.

足球游戏是对少年儿童进行足球训练的主要方式之一.本文对情景化足球游戏的理论基础进行了阐释,分析出情景化的足球游戏是以双目标为出发点,兼顾决策和技术,从而使训练更接近于足球比赛.本文从有趣兼顾简单、明确训练目标、加强针对性、突出故事化的情景、演变为接近足球比赛的渐进过程、引入空间概念训练6个方面提出情景化足球游戏的设计原则,旨在为培养高球商的足球运动员打下基础.

By statistical analyzing the characteristics of the goal in the group matches of 2014 Asian Champions Cup, the article finds the differences of the goal characteristics between China Club and South Korea, Japan Club, and analyses the reason in order to provide some references to our team gaining perfect grade.

According to the Chinese women's soccer team in the preliminary tournament of London Olympic Game technical and tactical characteristics,and through match video observation and mathematical statistics,the Study finds: Formation of single,strict rigid substitution system;The lack of organizational core,offensive ability;Can not effectively in control of the game,the lack of threatening attack;Fouls too much,corner air defense ability are the main cause of failure.

The paper made investigation of the loyalty of the football fans in Beijing,Shanghai and Nanjing during the CSL 2010 season.With the research methods of brand loyalty theory and the complex plane concept,the loyalty of the football fans is categorized and measured,which can reflect the exact loyalty of the fans.The paper also discusses the policy trend.

By using the method of literature and logical analysis,the deviant behavior of Chinese soccer fans on the soccer field is classified.Through the analysis of the deviant behavior of Chinese soccer fans in the recent 10 years,the paper reveals the development trend of the Chinese soccer fans' deviant behavior.Combined with sociological,psychological factors,the paper analyses the causes of the deviant behavior of different fans,aimed at putting forward a useful theoretical reference for the relevant departments to prevent and control the deviant behavior of Chinese soccer fans effectively in the aspect of overall policy decision and guidance.

My paper pay more attention to 12 categories of Chinese sports magazine published by the 60 NBA thesis research during 1998-2000,the results showed that:(1)the papers published by the NBA was basically showed curve upward trend of the past tens years,the number of papers is 5.7times than five years ago,(2)journal of physical education institute is the main carrier of published papers,sports professionals is the study of the major groups,(3)It is needed that the number of core workers and the author of a number of papers will to be improved,the papers was limited by senior-author title workers,(4)it is required that research content should be diverse and distribution of literature on the subject of a certain should be some depth and breadth.

In this article,we analyzed the 81 head shots during the 16th-18th FIFA World Cup by using the methods of documents and statistics.The results show that the main goal stages are the period after starting within 16-30 minutes and 75-90 minutes,the main area is the centre of forbidden area,the main technical patterns are the hop and turn shot,and the main goals' players are the taller forwards and back.

The changes of blood lactic acid and ammonia between high-level athletes and college students after the 400 m run is studied.The results showed that the blood ammonia,blood lactic acid was significantly higher than that before exercise 400 m to go after,and high-level athletes are better than ordinary students in recovery clearance rate.
