Based on the current hospital information system design is not reasonable,the daily maintenance is not strict,not orderly information management problems,put forward a new application in the network of the hospital network security based on firewall technology.The technology was first proposed for protection of the safe operation of the network,the paper introduces the key role of the firewall in the hospital network security,and then after the suggested technology developed a network security management measures strictly,the final test of the great role of the system in the hospital network,caused the attention of medical staff to a great extent,has a strong practical value in the future.

分析国内电子病历发展与应用现状.从国内电子病历发展历程、电子病历框架组成、主要功能及目前国内应用水平着手分析,并采用电子病历与传统纸质病历相比较的研究方法.国家推动促进了电子病历的快速发展.但国内电子病历应用水平不高,原因是缺少支持临床决策的临床数据仓库.电子病历具有许多纸张病历不具备的优越性,但还存在着法律、安全、标准等问题.电子病历是医院信息系统的核心,需要加强电子病历的集成和管理,提高电子病历质量.并且建立相应的法律法规和有效的认证检查机制,切实体现电子病历的合法性.
对医院信息质量现行考核指标和实际考核情况进行探讨,分析医院信息质量管理的达标考核情况.对信息质量管理达标考核的作用进行了探讨,通过达标考核调研分析增强了医护人员的信息意识,提高了医院医疗信息的质量,但应进一步优化完善考核指标及评价标准.

目的:创新重症患者管理、查房和教学的模式,构建重症监护远程教学查房系统.方法:针对重症监护病房的特殊性及其要求,通过信息化手段,借助现代音视频传输技术和数字处理技术来构建系统.结果:由重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)重症示教系统、ICU视频示教移动手推车、数字化示教室、网络视频传输等组成的教学查房系统满足了ICU临床实践教学的要求.结论:该系统的使用,改善了教学效果,提高了教学效率,减少了ICU污染的机会,高水平发挥了重症医学临床实践教学的作用.
The aim of this study is to discuss the reason, practice pattern and risk management of outsourcing services for the operation maintenance of hospital information. Starting with the cognition of IT outsourcing managed service concept, the factors relating with outsourcing services such as human resource allocation, staffs skills and efficiency of information management will be analyzed in this article. Furthermore, the approaches and efficiency of the outsourcing services will be discussed as well. The plan brought customization in repair and maintenance services undertaken by other companies for the network equipments and systems expired for warranty period, which alleviated the current disparity on human resource management and ensured the stable operation of network systems. Meanwhile, the risks including talent team construction, cost-effectiveness, business processes and information security must have been avoided. To follow the tendency of the socialization in logistics supports for military, the outsourcing services for hospital information operation maintenance can be chosen as an effective way for improving the reliability of network security and management of human resource.
The construction of single wireless web platform is an important condition for the development of clinical informa -tion technology .The aim of this study was to explore the construction of wireless web platform in hospital and innovative applications of medical internet based on this platform .The medical internet was applied innovatively through the construction of multi -service wireless web platform .Based on the innovative application of medical networks such as cold chain system and transfusion monitoring system , special clinical requirements were fulfilled so as to improve medical safety and medical quality .The multi-service wireless web platform can realize the integration of multi-networks and multi-systems to avoid overlapping investment and redundant construction in hospital .

Grassroots healthcare institutions (GHIs) are the smallest administrative levels of medical institutions, where most patients access health services. The latest report from the National Bureau of Statistics of China showed that 96.04 % of 950,297 medical institutions in China were at the grassroots level in 2012, including county-level hospitals, township central hospitals, community health service centers, and rural clinics. In developing countries, these institutions are facing challenges involving a shortage of funds and talent, inconsistent medical standards, inefficient information sharing, and difficulties in management during the adoption of health information technologies (HIT). Because of the necessity and gravity for GHIs, our aim is to provide hospital information services for GHIs using Cloud computing technologies and service modes. In this medical scenario, the computing resources are pooled by means of a Cloud-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to serve multiple GHIs, with different hospital information systems dynamically assigned and reassigned according to demand. This paper is concerned with establishing a Cloud-based Hospital Information Service Center to provide hospital information software as a service (HI-SaaS) with the aim of providing GHIs with an attractive and high-performance medical information service. Compared with individually establishing all hospital information systems, this approach is more cost-effective and affordable for GHIs and does not compromise HIT performance.

With illustration of the basic concepts of cloud computing and active-active data centers, this paper provided a multiple-perspective research on construction of a cloud-computing-based disaster recovery system. In order to greatly weaken the influence of hazards, a variety of techniques and management approaches were deployed, involving the HA-based (High-Availability-based) local host solution, the active-active-based local and/or remote backup solution, the data-recovery-based solution for data protection and the database-replication-based solution for switchover from one system to another. In the event of a disaster, the cloud-computing-based data center disaster recovery system could guarantee the continuity of the business by migration of the system with almost no breakdown.

We use manual entry and machine to change paper medical records to electronic data, and combine existing system to realize medical records analyzed and retrieved, which is very useful to the scientific research.

The hospital resources are integrated so that the resource utilization rate is improved with the application of the new hospital information platform, with which the energy consumption of system devices is reduced. Objective To optimize the process of discharging medication by informationization methods,further realize electronic prescription.Methods The new system is composed of discharging medication prescription entry and validation procedure.The entry procedure uses independent,xtras way,and is installed in the same computer with hospital doctor workstation program.The validation procedure is amended on the basis of the original one,and has changed the medication charging mode.Medication charging and ward dispensary reduced inventory can be finished simultaneously.Results The window for medication discharging can be cancelled.The system runs efficiently,alleviating the labor of medical staffs,shortening the waiting time of patients.Conclusion This system has characteristics of automation,intelligence,and efficiency.
