甘松属药用植物中含有萜类、黄酮类、香豆素类和木脂素类等主要化学成分。该属植物及其提取物具有镇静、抗癫痫、抗惊厥、抗抑郁、抗帕金森症、抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、保护心肌细胞、降血压等药理活性。综述了甘松属3种药用植物甘松、匙叶甘松、大花甘松的生药学研究、化学成分与药理作用,并介绍了目前的资源利用与保护情况。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of supercritical CO2 extract from Valeriana jatamansi and their relative contents.Methods The distilled oil from Valeriana jatamansi were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction, and the chemical constituents and relative contents were determined by GC-MS, and identified by searching MS database and referring to related documents.Results The yield of extractive rate was 8.85%.There were 80 components separated, among which 74 were identified and analyzed.Conclusion Supercritical CO2 extraction increases the extractive rate of distilled oil from Valeriana jatamansi and reserves the original constituents. The method can be spread to the research, development and extraction of Valeriana jatamansi.
Objective To establish the purification and separation technology for total flavones from Semen Descuraniae by investigating 6 types of macroporous adsorption resin.Method The adsorption capacity,elution ratio and purify of total flavones were used as evaluating criteria.The UV-VIS spectrophotometric method was used in the determination of total flavones content.Results NKA-Ⅱresin had better property of purification and separation.The optimal technological conditions were: the concentration of the sample of Semen Descuraniae,4 g/ml(amount of crude drug); the maximum adsorption capacity for total flavones,12.92 mg/g;the optimal column ratio of diameter to height,1/12; the flow velocity of adsorption,3ml/min ; the eluting reagent, 80% ethanol(5 times of the volume of the resin);eluting velocity , 3ml/min.Conclusion The technology of separating and purifying total flavones from Semen Descuraniae with NKA-Ⅱwas stable and effective, and can be applied to manufacture.
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to measure the trace selenium of Valeriana officinalis L.var.latifolia Miq.and its growing soil in 3 regions of Enshi,Hubei.The results showed that selenium content of V.officinalis L.var.latifolia Miq.in Enshi was conspicuously higher than in other regions,and could be a effective index to appraise it as a famous-region drug in Enshi.
OBJECTIVE To identify and analyze 20 specimens of Valerians.METHODS Powder of different species was directly compressed and determined by Fourier transformation intermediate infrared spectrum.RESULTS Different species of Valerians with respective spectral characteristics and obviously be classified into three groups by their similar characteristics;Spectral characteristics between intraspecies reflect the component constancy and habitat difference.CONCLUSION Infrared spectrum is fast and effective identification method for common medicinal plants of Valerians.
败酱属药用植物中含有皂苷类、环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、香豆素类、挥发油和有机酸类等主要化学成分。该属植物及其提取物具有镇静、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、保肝利胆及调节免疫系统、调节循环系统等方面的药理作用。综述了9种、3亚种败酱属药用植物的生药资源、化学成分与药理作用,并总结了目前研究中存在的问题与发展前景。
目的:鉴别天麻钩藤颗粒中的钩藤、杜仲、益母草、桑寄生、夜交藤、山栀子六味中药.方法:薄层层析法.结果和结论:在薄层色谱上6味药材对照液均有各自的特征斑点,并与制剂中的斑点相对应,而空白对照液无此斑点.
