Total 2156 swine blood samples were collected from 30 piggeries of seven cities in Guangxi,and H1 and H3 subtypes antibody of swine influenza virus of all samples were determined by hemagglutination inhibition test.Test results showed that in 30 piggeries,the positive rate of H1 and H3 subtypes antibody was 96.67% and 86.67%,respectively;and the positive rate of H1+H3 subtypes antibody was 86.67%.For 2156 samples,the positive rate of H1 and H3 subtypes antibody was 29.04% and 31.54%,respectively;and positive rate of H1+H3 subtype antibody was 12.15%.It indicated that the infection of swine influenza virus was common in the invested piggeries in Guangxi,and most of piggeries were infected by H1 and H3 subtypes of swine influenza virus.
设计两对引物,对广西分离的猪细小病毒自然弱毒N株(PPV-N株)结构蛋白VP1基因进行分段PCR扩增与测序,并与中国湖北、四川及加拿大、西班牙等地PPV毒株的VP1基因进行对比分析。结果表明这些毒株的VP1基因变异很小,发现存在有6个核苷酸高变位点。PPV-N株与加拿大NADL-2株的VP1基因的同源性最高,它们的核苷酸序列、推导的氨基酸序列的同源性分别为99.9%、99.6%,这为判断PPV-N株和NADL-2株均同属PPV弱毒株提供了分子生物学依据。
我国的羊布鲁氏菌病主要流行于东北、西北及内蒙古牧区.近年来,广西大力发展山羊养殖,各地引种频繁,在引种中疏忽了对该病的检疫,造成了一定的隐患.为摸清疫情,消除隐患,从2003年8月到2005年10月对全区山羊传统主产区和新养殖区的11市28县(区)进行山羊布鲁氏菌病血清学调查, 结果报告如下.
