Objective:To observe the Effect of Astrafalus Membrailaceus(AM)on MDA、GSH and TG and protection liver in mice with alcoholic liver injur.Methods:50 Kunming mice were divided into control group,model group,the group low,middle and high dosage group.After the mice were orally administered with AM for 30 days,MDA content,GSH and TG activity was determined.Liver were executed Pathological slice up.Results:Compared with the model group,the middle and high dosage group of AM could obviously reduce the MDA content and enhance GSH activity,the high dosage group also can markedly reduce TG activity and the degree of liver pathological in mice.Conclusion:AM could obviously reduce the MDA content and TG activity,enhance GSH activity,protect liver in mice.

妇炎消合剂是本院自制中药复方制剂,由苍术、惹苡仁、白芍、黄柏等多种中药组成,主治妇女宫颈炎、阴道炎、慢性盆腔炎等,临床应用疗效显著[1].方中黄柏所含的有效成份盐酸小檗碱具较强的消炎抗菌作用[2].

目的:研制用于治疗风寒咳嗽的复方止咳糖浆并观察临床疗效。方法:根据中医辨证论治的理论并结合现代医药学原理,自拟处方和生产工艺研制复方止咳糖浆并进行临床观察。结果:通过600例临床观察,总有效率达100%。结论:复方止咳糖浆用于治疗风寒咳嗽患者临床疗效较好。
