Objective:To research the effect of acupuncture on the short memory and brain function of Heroin addicts.Method:The patients were grouped according to four therapies: acupuncture,acupuncture with opium,opium with bupreorphine and opium with Han's instrument for drug rehabilitation,The pre-therapy and post-therapy short memoty and brain working ability statistics of each group were compared.Results:Acupuncture improved the short memory and brain function.The results suggested that acupuncture treatment could help patients prepare to reintegrate into society.

Objective:To study the mechanism of Dopamine receptors in mesocerebrum on acupuncture acting obstructing the provocation of heroin euphoria memory.Methods:90 male mice were be randomly divided into 6 groups afterfiltration by CPP,the groups were: blank control group(A),blank with acupoints control group(B),model group(C),model with acupoints group(D),model with non-acupoint group(E),naltrexone group(F).The model mice of Heroin psychological dependence were formed by giving heroin with increasing dosage day by day.Mice were treated by acupuncture on acupoints as Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Sishengchong once a day and lasted for 10 days.The activity of D1、D2、D3、D4 were measured by immumohistochemistry(IH) and the expression of D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA、D3 mRNA、D4 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization histochemistry.Results:The activity of D1、D2、D3、D4 and the expression of the D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA、D3 mRNA、D4 mRNA increased in model mice with statistical significance(P0.01).The activity of D1、D2、D3 and the expression of the D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA、D3 mRNA of the model with acupoints group were lower than the model with non-acupoints group with statistical significance(P0.05),the activity of D1、D2 of model with acupoints and the expression of D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA were lower than the model with Naltrexone(P0.01).The activity and expression of D4 were no significant difference between the model group,the medel with acupoints group,the model with non-acupoints and the model with naltroxone group after treatment(P0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture obstructed the provocation of heroin euphoria memory through decreasing the activity of the D1、D2、D3 and the expression of the D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA、D3 mRNA.The medel with acupoints group was more significant than the model with non-acupoints group in decreasing the activity of the D1、D2、D3 and the expression of the D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA、D3 mRNA.The medel with acupoints group was more significant than the model with naltroxone group in in decreasing the activity of the D1、D2 and the expression of the D1 mRNA、D2 mRNA.D4 didn't act on the way of acupuncture obstructing the provocation of euphoria memory.

The effect of acupuncture induced weight reduction on menstrual activity is definitely not a negligible issue. By analyzing the existing materials about the mutual influence of neuroendocrine system and clinical trails, it is known that there exists a close interrelation between acupuncture-induced weight reduction and menstruation. Acupuncture treatment can achieve the effects of weight reduction and menstrual improvement via regulating activities of leptin, thyroid gland system and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortex axis. Clinical practice has demonstrated that acupuncture stimulation of some commonly-used acupoints for weight reduction also has a favorable regulation on menstrual activity in obesity women.

目的 研究针刺对海洛因依赖者脱毒末期病态心理的改善作用.方法 选用针刺疗法、阿片加针刺疗法与阿片加丁丙诺啡及阿片加韩氏戒毒仪4种脱毒方法,应用症状自评量表,研究针刺对海洛因依赖者脱毒末期90项症状清单各因子的影响.结果 针刺能改善患者的病态心理,对强迫症状、焦虑、精神病性和因子十的调节更具优势(P<0.01).结论 针刺能改善患者病态心理,有希望帮助患者平稳地进入康复期.

Objective: To study the action of acupuncture on the morbid psychology of the heroine addicts at late stage of detoxification. Methods: Four methods including acupuncture, combination of opium and acupuncture, combination of opium and buprenorphine, and combination of opium and Han’s drug withdrawal instrument were adopted to study the effect of acupuncture on each factor in 90 listing symptoms of heroin addicts at late stage of detoxification by the self-evaluation scales. Result: Acupuncture had more advantages in improving obsessive symptoms, anxiety, psychogenic symptoms and No 10 factor (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture can correct the morbid psychology of the addicts and help them enter the recovery stage smoothly.

OBJECTIVE:To compare the effects of de-addiction with the therapy of acupuncture, acupuncture plus opium, opium plus buprenorphine and opium plus Han's instrument for de-addiction and to study the effects of the four therapeutic methods on the protracted withdrawal syndrome and craving.METHODS:The effects of de-addiction were assessed with the opiate withdrawal scale and the craving degree with visual analogue scale (VAS).RESULTS:The dominance of acupuncture treatment for withdrawal syndrome appeared to be after the 6th day, and the dominance for controlling craving showed after the 8th day, moreover, there were little side effects.CONCLUSION:Acupuncture treatment had the potentiality of preventing relapse and could be used for treating the protracted withdrawal syndrome and psychic dependence during the period between the stages of abstinence and rehabilitation.

选用39KDa的钩端螺旋体外膜蛋白(OmpL39)免疫豚鼠并施予艾灸,研究艾灸对OmpL39免疫保护力的影响.结果表明:灸加OmpL39与单用OmpL39都有合格的免疫力,但前者的特异性抗体效价比后者高,提示艾灸通过扶助正气对OmpL39的免疫保护力有促进作用.
