AIM: To study the expression of miR -146a in inflammatory periodontal ligment ctem cells (IPLSCs) and to verify the relationship of miR-146a and TLR4 in the inflammatory mechanism of periodontitis. METHODS:The expression level of miR-146a in PDLSCs and LPS stimulated PDLSCs(inflammatory PDLSCs, IP-DLSCs) was detected by Real-Time PCR.The effects of miR-146a on TLR4 gene expression was verified by Real-Time PCR,Western blot and the dual-luciferase reporter assay. RESULTS:The expression of miR-146a in IPDLSCs was higher than that in PDLSCs(P<0.05),and miR-146a expression was significantly up-regulated by LPS in IP-DLSCs. Up-regulation of miR-146a could suppress TLR4 mRNA and protein expression(P<0.05); inhibition of miR-146a expression could promote TLR4 mRNA and protein expression(P<0.05),the dual-luciferase reporter as-say demonstrated that miR-146a targeted inbibition of the specific 3'untranslated region(3' UTR) sequence of TLR4 gene. CONCLUSION: miR-146a is upregulated in IPDLSCs, and it can directly inhibit TLR4 gene expression. miR-146a may participate in the regulation of inflammatory reaction of IPDLSCs.

Objective:To study the effect of rapamycin on expression of miR-30a in inflammatory periodontal ligament cells (IPDLSCs),verify the relationship of miR-30a and Beclin1,and study the mechanism of miR-30a on IPDLSCs autophagy.Methods:Cells were isolated from inflammatory periodontal ligament samples and cultured with 50ng/ml rapamycin (2 hours) and 10 nmol/L 3-methyl adenine (3-MA,12 hours),respectively.The cells were collected for total RNA.The expression levels miR-30a was detected by real-time PCR.The effect of miR -30a on Beclin1 was verified by real-time PCR,Western blot and the dual-luciferase reporter assay.Results:The expression of miR-30a in IPDLSCs treated with rapamycin was higher than that of group without rapamycin.The real-time PCR,Western blot,and the dual-luciferase reporter assay system demonstrated that miR-30a could suppress Beclin1 expression of mRNA and protein by targeting the specific 3'untranslated region (3'UTR)sequence of Beclin1 gene.Conclusion:MiR-30a can directly inhibit the autophagy-related gene Beclin1 expression and participate in the regulation of autophagy process in IPDLSCs.
颜色是影响口腔美学修复的一个重要因素,不同地区、不同人种、不同牙位天然牙的颜色各有特点,如何让修复体能够更逼真、更接近天然牙的色彩,尤其是涉及多颗前牙修复时的颜色问题,是口腔修复领域一直关注的问题。本文是对北京某地区的天然牙色度进行调查,通过使用Crystaleye比色仪对中切牙、侧切牙及尖牙唇面进行比色,然后进行分析,找出各个前牙之间的色度差异及普遍规律,指导口腔修复医师临床修复时进行更准确的选色及修复体制作。
在口腔正畸的治疗过程中,牙根吸收是常见的治疗风险,对牙根吸收的研究,要求研究者准确观察牙根形态改变,并精确测量牙根长度。约41.6%患者在正畸治疗后出现程度不等的牙根吸收[1]。随着研究手段的发展,螺旋CT也引发了正畸学者的兴趣,而其线距测量的精确性能否满足对牙根吸收的研究要求,本文通过拔牙矫治正畸患者牙齿的螺旋CT测量与游标卡尺实测的比较进行了分析,报告如下。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of fluor protector in making active root caries of old people into static ones and desensitizing. Methods: Applying 75% NaF glyceritum, Gluma system process and fluor protector to the surfaces of active root caries respectively, we investigated the effect of desensitizing and the proportion of the static caries after half year and one year. Results: In the group of applying fluor protector, only 10.59% of root caries have unsatisfied effect of desensitizing. After half year and one year ,the group of applying flour protector have a proportion of 90.59% and 83.53% respectively in making active root caries into static ones. Condusion: The use of fluor protector in treating root caries of old people has a better clinical result.
目的:研究非依赖型糖尿病患者经牙周基础治疗后,进行烤瓷冠修复对牙周情况的影响.方法:选择非依赖型糖尿病与非糖尿病患者各一组,经牙周基础治疗,对比两组在烤瓷冠修复前、修复后半年及1年的口腔菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)和临床附着丧失(AL)5项指标.结果:统计学分析,两组病人牙周情况在修复前、修复后半年及1年均无显著性意义.结论:经良好的牙周基础治疗与口腔健康维护,烤瓷冠修复对糖尿病患者牙周情况影响甚微.
应用成品3M聚碳酸酯冠口内直接制作前牙牙冠,对128例患者共186颗前牙残根残冠进行修复,观察0.5~3年,冠完好率为96.2%。3M聚碳酸酯冠修复前牙残根残冠具有固位可靠、瞭力分布均匀、制作简单、价格低廉等优点,为基层医院修复前牙残根残冠的理想方法。结合临床观察和应用体会,指出冠修复成败的关键在于适应症的选择。
