Lu You,the poet living in the Southern Song dynasty,had once lived in Hanzhong area for almost eight months. During the period,he created a number of poems that reflected folk customs of Hanzhong area. This paper chooses some folk customs from these poems and analyzes them from the perspective of material production customs,festivals customs and folk belief customs. These analysis reveals the wheat,rice and mulberry cultivation customs,the flat territory and convenient transportation,the significance of gallery road,rich hunting experience,the diversity of both animal and plant resources,the abundant remaining cultural characteristics of Han dynasties and Three Kindoms period as well as the people's romantic,pragmatic,diligent and optimistic regional cultural features of the Southern Song dynasty.

In the recent years,the study of ancient literature shows more and more regional cultural characteristic.Correspondingly,the researches on the relationship between the ancient poet Lu You(1125B.C.-1210B.C.) and the city of Shaoxing in the Zhejiang province tend to be cultural explorations.These studies mainly focus on three aspects-the researches on the poetry in the locality of Shaoxing within the scope of the poetic texts themselves,the investigation of the local cultural features of Shaoxing outside the poetic texts,and the researches on the relationship between Lu You and Shaoxing by means of application and comparison.

Lu You was a famous litterateurs in Song Dynasty and an ardent patriot.But in the process of the study of his life stories in different eras,many disagreements on his integrity of his later years could be found,which were easily seen from the conversations and communications of the researchers and from the collisions and even fusion in different horizons,which can enrich our new horizon in understanding Lu You's integrity in his late years and open up a new field in study on Lu You in holistic approach.

Objective: To explore the value of diagnosing liver fibrosis with fibrous markers combined with spleen Ultrasound changes.Methods: Ultrasound examination was carried out on 73 patients with chronic hepatitis to detect their fibrosis markers and the vein and the volume of spleen;comparing with 30 acute hepatitis patients at the same time and working out the analysis from the two groups on the difference of all indexes.Results: All indexes in chronic hepatitis group were much higher than that of the control(P<0.01),all markers were positive correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis.Conclusion: Fibrosis markers combined with spleen ultrasound assessment is proved to have good diagnostic value.

Objective To study the occurrence,treatment and prognosis of liver impair under the condition of negative HBsAg and positive HbsAb,HbeAb and HbcAb.Methods Relevant detection and clinical observation were conducted on 32 patients who entered No.2 Hospital of Hohhot since June of 1999 to June of 2006.ResultsAll sorts of liver impair including liver cirrhosis might occur on the patients who had negative HBsAg and positive HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb.ConclusionHBV-DNA still exist in the body of the patients who have negative HBsAg and positive HBsAb,HBeAb and HBcAb,which should not be ignored.
