Objective: To observe the acute depressor effect of Shuanghuanglian Injection in cat,and to provide reference for establishing a method to determine depressor substance in Shuanghuanglian Injection.Methods: According to the appendix ⅪG of Chinese Pharmacopocia 2005 vol Ⅱ,the blood pressure response of the cat caused by injecting different dose form of Shuanghuanglian Injection produced by different manufactures was observed and recorded.Result: The experiment suggested Shuanghuanglian Injection had different depressor effect when cats were given drug at the dose of 1 mL·kg-1(Shuanghuanglian Injection and Shuanghuanglian Injection for transfusion),being one fives of clinical dose and one tens of clinical dose;at the dose of 12 mg·kg-1(Shuanghuanglian Powder),being one fives of clinical dose.It also showed the depressor effect of Shuanghuanglian Injection was affected by injection speed and concentration.

4-甲基伞形酮β-D葡糖苷酸(4-methylumbelliferyl-β-D-glucuronide,MUG)快速检验大肠杆菌已做为快速检验方法,应用于药品微生物检验中.该方法快速简便,便于基层化验室应用,有利于药品大生产的需要.我们在实际工作中对中国药典2000年版中MUG快速检验大肠杆菌方法[1]做进一步探讨.
1999年对358批中成药品进行微生物限度检验,有47批的中成药品细菌数不符合规定.
目的:随机取抽验细菌数超限的中成药20批,对培养检出的芽孢杆菌进行鉴定.方法:根据培养检出的16株芽孢杆菌的形态、生理生化、碳源及氮源利用等32项特征鉴定到种.结果与讨论:16株芽孢杆菌中,巨大芽孢杆菌3株;枯草芽孢杆菌8株;环状芽孢杆菌3株;蜂房芽孢杆菌1株;球形芽孢杆菌1株.从中成药检出以上芽孢杆菌,说明中成药现行幅射剂量可能不足,或是保存期间再次受微生物污染,具体原因待进一步探讨.建议今后的<中国药典>,在[微生物限度]检查项目中,应当考虑增加有关芽孢杆菌的质控内容.
