根据使用D-H方法分析串行机构工作空间的特点,提出了一种处理大量参数组合的方法,通过对参数组合映射的相关数据结构分析,建立了机构参数映射的算法,实现了对串行机构工作空间分析参数的预处理,为机构工作空间分析参数化提供了一种较好的方法.
This paper puts forward a virtual hand interaction method based on PPT(precise position tracker) and Cyber glove.This method first obtains the spatial orientation and mobile data of hand through PPT tracker and obtains the movement data of finger joints through Cyber glove;then establishes the corresponding data structure,connects data glove,position tracker and virtual hand,drives the operation of virtual hand and realizes natural interaction of virtual hand in 3D virtual environment.The experimental result shows that this method can obtain the movement data of glove in real time and control the operation of virtual hand with a good visual effect and visual interbehavior.
Spiral bevel gears have more stable transmission,less vibration and noise,high load bearing capacity,high speed and many other advantages.Based on parametric design thinking,the authors use spiral bevel gears as the study object;firstly,established the involute equation to generate an accurate tooth shape,and then set up relations between variable and basic parameters to carry out quick modeling of various modulus and teeth number.We can pre-discover and improve the actual processing problems,reduce production costs and enhance productivity by simulation and analysis of spiral bevel gear and sports and NC processing.
At present, it is the main application mode of aerial survey in pipeline engineering that basic spatial data are acquired by aerial survey and pipeline aided design is made by means of GIS platform. Aerial survey technique founds the basis of pipeline engineering design in enhancing design depth, shortening design period and boosting design quality. In order to further develop the aerial survey actions, this paper analyzes in detail the matters for attention in pipeline aerial survey operation based on the practice of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project, and puts forward some countermeasures.

A method for direct determination of Cu, Pb, Zn, S, Mg and As in copper sulphide concentrates by Axios PW4400 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer using lithium metaborate-lithium tetraborate fusion sample preparation method has been developed. Some parameters affecting the sample preparation such as flux, glassing reagent and pre-oxidation condition were studied. The matrix effect was corrected by combination of the theoretical alpha coefficients and experienced coefficients. The precision of the method is better than 3.0%RSD( n=12).
The X-ray fluorescence spectrometric determination of major and minor components in zircon sand(including ZrO2,HfO2,SiO2,Al2O3,TiO2,Fe2O3,CaO and MgO) was developed in combination with fused glass disc.The standard sample series of zircon sand were prepared by standard sample and specpure zirconium oxide,solving the problem of lack in zircon sand standard sample.The matrix effect was corrected by the methods of theoretical α coefficient and experienced coefficient.The determination and sample preparation conditions were discussed.The proposed method was applied to the determination of major and minor components in zircon sand,and the results were accordant with those obtained by chemical method.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12) of the method was less than 2.5 %,which could satisfy the determination demand of each component in zircon sand.
The content values of poisonous and harmful elements among imported laterite nickel ores were analyzed.The results showed that the content values of Hg,Pb and Zn were acceptable,while the content values of Cr,Cd and As in some batches were rather high,indicating to the risk of pollution on the environment to some extent.Especially,the content values of Cd and As were rather high at the same time,indicating to a higher risk of pollution to the environment.Therefore more attention should be paid and some more strict control managements should be taken.
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was used for the determination of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Sn,Bi,Co and Zn in the nickel ores.The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric,with hydrofluoric acid as flux.In order to eliminate hydrofluoric acid,perchloric acid was added and heated to evolve fumes of perchloric acid After dissolving the salts with hydrochloric,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Sn,Bi,Co and Zn were determined by ICP-AES in measuring conditions selected.The scope of determination was 0.002%~0.3% for each element.The rates of recovery were 96.90%~101.35%.The relative standard deviations lay between 0.34% and 1.78%.
A method for determination of mercury in copper concentrates by cold vapour atomic absorption spectrometry has been investigated in this paper.Copper concentrates were digested by lefort and the content of mercury was determined by mercury-measuring apparatus.RSD was less than 5%,and the recovery was in the range of 91-106%.Compared with the method of GB/T 3884.11-2005,it is much simpler.

1 基本情况 韩国藉货轮"韩进大马"(HANJIN TACOMA)于2004年5月7日从巴西SANTOS港装载57750 t散装黄大豆运至湛江港.8月2日开始卸货,9月3日卸毕.卸货期间,发现该轮2-7舱内货物有不同程度的发霉结块、变色、焦化等热损现象,其中第7舱货物受损特别严重.经鉴定受损货物重量为14031.030 t,估损贬值后损失货物净重5868.428 t.
[目的]建立无烟煤灰分(干基)与高位发热量(干基)之间的相关关系.[方法]利用最小二乘法求出一元线性回归方程.[结果]无烟煤高位发热量与灰分之间线性关系特别显著,利用回归方程发热量推算值与实测值相当接近.[结论]本文建立一元线性回归方程理论严谨,适用于对进口越南无烟煤发热量的检验结果进行核查,对保证检验工作质量具有很现实的应用价值.
