棕榈壳作为棕榈油产业的废弃物,资源十分丰富.文章对固体生物质燃料棕榈壳的工业分析、燃烧特性和化学特性做了比较全面地分析研究.结果表明:棕榈壳有着高发热量、高挥发、低灰分、低全硫含量和低有害元素砷、磷、氟、氯和汞等含量等优异特性.是一种非常良好的环保固体生物质燃料.
A review on the application of the direct comhustion with high-frequency induction furnace-infrared spectrometry to the determination of sulfur in iron ore was presented,prospecting especially for the main influential factors,such as the amount of sample taken and amount of flux added,order of addition of reagent,time of analysis,pretreatment method of crucible,purification of carrier gas and etc.(23 ref.cited).
The iron ore zhanjiang port is large import goods,the content of sulfur of iron ore in how much is an important index of iron ore quality evaluation.The paper briefly introduces the sulfur in ore several detection method,and the advantages and disadvantages of several detection method in compare several iron ore sulfur detection method at the same time.The paper focus on expounding the high frequency infrared carbon sulfur league test analysis in iron ore sulfur in the process of monitoring the main influence factors,and the influence factors of each discussion and analysis.
The solid phase extraction column was prepared using novel anion exchange resins. After washed with diluted hydrochloric acid, it was applied to the separation and enrichment of gold in gold-containing sample solution. The separation and enrichment conditions were studied. The results showed that, when 25 mL of 10% (V/V) hydrochloric acid solution passed through the extraction column at 2 mL/min, and the gold in column was eluted with 30 g/L thiourea hydrochloric acid solution, 0.1-5.0 μg/mL gold in sample solution could be enriched and eluted. The eluted gold was determined with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Most volatile elements, common metal ions and much Pt(IV), Pd 2+, Ir(IV), Rh(III), Ru(III), W(VI) and Mo(VI) had no interference in the determination. The proposed method was applied to the determination of gold in copper concentrate and blister copper. The results were consistent with the fire assaying method. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=5) were all smaller than 3.5%, and the recoveries were higher than 95%.
A method for direct determination of Cu, Pb, Zn, S, Mg and As in copper sulphide concentrates by Axios PW4400 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer using lithium metaborate-lithium tetraborate fusion sample preparation method has been developed. Some parameters affecting the sample preparation such as flux, glassing reagent and pre-oxidation condition were studied. The matrix effect was corrected by combination of the theoretical alpha coefficients and experienced coefficients. The precision of the method is better than 3.0%RSD( n=12).
The X-ray fluorescence spectrometric determination of major and minor components in zircon sand(including ZrO2,HfO2,SiO2,Al2O3,TiO2,Fe2O3,CaO and MgO) was developed in combination with fused glass disc.The standard sample series of zircon sand were prepared by standard sample and specpure zirconium oxide,solving the problem of lack in zircon sand standard sample.The matrix effect was corrected by the methods of theoretical α coefficient and experienced coefficient.The determination and sample preparation conditions were discussed.The proposed method was applied to the determination of major and minor components in zircon sand,and the results were accordant with those obtained by chemical method.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12) of the method was less than 2.5 %,which could satisfy the determination demand of each component in zircon sand.
The content values of poisonous and harmful elements among imported laterite nickel ores were analyzed.The results showed that the content values of Hg,Pb and Zn were acceptable,while the content values of Cr,Cd and As in some batches were rather high,indicating to the risk of pollution on the environment to some extent.Especially,the content values of Cd and As were rather high at the same time,indicating to a higher risk of pollution to the environment.Therefore more attention should be paid and some more strict control managements should be taken.
An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was used for the determination of Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Sn,Bi,Co and Zn in the nickel ores.The sample was dissolved in hydrochloric,with hydrofluoric acid as flux.In order to eliminate hydrofluoric acid,perchloric acid was added and heated to evolve fumes of perchloric acid After dissolving the salts with hydrochloric,Cd,Cr,Cu,Pb,Sn,Bi,Co and Zn were determined by ICP-AES in measuring conditions selected.The scope of determination was 0.002%~0.3% for each element.The rates of recovery were 96.90%~101.35%.The relative standard deviations lay between 0.34% and 1.78%.
A method for determination of mercury in copper concentrates by cold vapour atomic absorption spectrometry has been investigated in this paper.Copper concentrates were digested by lefort and the content of mercury was determined by mercury-measuring apparatus.RSD was less than 5%,and the recovery was in the range of 91-106%.Compared with the method of GB/T 3884.11-2005,it is much simpler.
[目的]选定X射线荧光光谱法测定Cr、Fe、Si、S、P等元素的背景,找出谱线重叠的校正方法.[方法]采用熔融法制样,用X射线荧光光谱仪对铬矿中Cr、Fe、Si、S、P等组分进行测定,用理论α系数法进行基体效应和谱线重叠干扰校正.[结果] 用该法测定进口铬矿样品,其测试结果与化学分析值基本相符,回收率96.3%~103.2%范围.[结论]该方法简便、快速、准确,能满足日常分析要求.
[目的]建立同时测定各种磷矿中Fe、Al、Mg、Na、Sr、Mn含量的方法.[方法]用王水溶样法或氢氟酸-高氯酸金溶法溶解磷矿砂试样,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)同时测定Fe2O3、Al2O3、MgO、Na2O、SrO、MnO含量.[结果]本方法具有较好的准确性和精密度.[结论]本方法同样适用于磷矿石、磷矿、磷铁矿和磷土矿等,测定范围为,Fe2O3:0.1%~8%;Al2O3:0.10%~4%;MgO:0.1%~10%;Na2O:>0.015%;SrO:>0.015%;MnO:>0.015%.
