Historical streets are the core carriers of urban cultural identity, and their long-term existence not only depends on the protection of material heritage, but also on whether they can achieve a dynamic balance between inheriting historical culture, adapting to contemporary functional needs, and promoting social and economic vitality. The current evaluation practice often falls into two misconceptions: equating “street vitality” (i.e. human activity intensity) with overall health, or using fragmented indicators, is difficult to systematically diagnose the comprehensive sustainability of the street. This study proposes a comprehensive evaluation system based on the “Time-Space-People” theoretical framework, aimed at scientifically measuring the comprehensive sustainable status of historical streets. Taking nine representative historical streets in Beijing as case studies, it integrates Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Weight Method (EWN) for combined weighting, and uses Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) model to complete comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that Qianmen Street had the best overall condition, while Liulichang Cultural Street had the weakest. The overall performance of commercial streets is better. This study provides urban managers with operational and multidimensional diagnostic tools to assist in developing refined renewal strategies that balance protection and revitalization.
As a typical linear cultural heritage site recently inscribed on The World Heritage List, the Beijing Central Axis urgently requires scientific assessment tools to support its comprehensive protection and revitalization. Addressing the limitations of current historical and cultural space evaluations that prioritize individual elements and overlook their interconnections, this paper constructs a quantitative evaluation framework for spatial nodes along linear tourism paths, guided by the theory of cultural routes and the concept of place spirit. The study divides the Central Axis into six continuous sections and 15 evaluation units based on historical functions and spatial characteristics. It extracts 19 indicators from six dimensions: location factors, historical and cultural factors, spatial form, environmental quality, service facilities, and accessibility. The entropy weight method (EWM) and TOPSIS model are comprehensively applied for objective weighting and comprehensive ranking. The results indicate significant variations in cultural depth and service provision among the nodes. Imperial palaces and gardens segments exhibit prominent historical and cultural value but lack service facilities, while traditional commercial street market segments are vibrant but face the risk of dilution of historical atmosphere. This study not only provides a decision-making basis for the refined management and optimization of the Beijing Central Axis’s sightseeing system but also offers a transferable methodological paradigm for the dynamic inheritance and spatial quality improvement of similar linear cultural heritage sites globally.
This paper presents an evaluation method for flexible climbing demand of power systems. Firstly, the flexible climbing demand of the system is described in detail, and based on the flexible climbing products, a joint clearing model of spot electricity energy market and flexible climbing auxiliary service is constructed. By solving the model, it can accurately evaluate and calculate the upward and downward flexible climbing needs of the system in each period, and determine the corresponding flexible climbing capacity provided by the system itself, and further evaluate and calculate the upward and downward flexible climbing capacity and capacity margin of the system in each period. Finally, this paper uses the data of a provincial actual power system for example analysis to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed evaluation calculation method, which provides a strong decision support for the optimal scheduling of the power system, the effective consumption of new energy and the participation in the flexible climbing auxiliary service market trading.
目的 评价胰高糖素样肽1(glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)受体激动剂与钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2(sodium-glucose cotransporter protein-2,SGLT-2)抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病伴肾损害的疗效。方法 以“diabetes mellitus complicated with kidney injury”“GLP-1 receptor agonist”“SGLT-2 inhibitor”“Randomized control”“糖尿病合并肾损伤”“GLP-1受体激动剂”“SGLT-2抑制剂”“随机对照”等为关键词对中国知网、维普、万方、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase等数据库进行检索分析,检索时限从建库到2022年1月间公开发表的随机对照试验,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共检索到2146篇GLP-1受体激动剂与SGLT-2抑制剂的疗效和临床结局的文章,经筛选最终8篇纳入本次研究。与对照相比,GLP-1受体激动剂、SGLT-2抑制剂在降低糖化血红蛋白方面更具有优势(MD=-0.36,95%CI:-0.52~-0.19,P<0.05);GLP-1受体激动剂与SGLT-2抑制剂能够更好地提升估算肾小球滤过率水平(MD=0.28,95%CI:0.08~0.48,P=0.005);GLP-1受体激动剂与SGLT-2抑制剂均能够更好地降低患者尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(MD=-1.37,95%CI:-1.55~-1.20,P<0.05);GLP-1受体激动剂与SGLT-2抑制剂在治疗不同肾损害程度时,不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GLP-1受体激动剂与SGLT-2抑制剂在治疗糖尿病合并肾损害中均具有一定价值。

Although video laryngoscopy solves the problem of glottis exposure, it is difficult to deliver the tube to the glottic opening when the tracheal tube is unevenly shaped. This study aimed to compare the effects of different tube shapes on the first-pass success (FPS) rate in patients undergoing video laryngoscopy-assisted tracheal intubation. Three hundred patients above 18 years of age who underwent general anaesthesia and required endotracheal intubation were included in the study. The participants were randomly allocated to three groups with 100 participants in each group as follows: Group A, video laryngoscopes with a self-equipped stylet are used for tube preshaping; Group B: curvature of the video laryngoscope blade is modelled for tube preshaping; Group C: tube preshaping angle is consistent with the video laryngoscope blade, and the bending point is set 1 cm above the tracheal tube cuff. The primary outcome was FPS rates. The secondary outcomes included time to tracheal intubation, haemodynamic responses and adverse events. No significant differences in patient characteristics or airway assessments were noted (P > 0.05). Compared with Groups A, Group B and Group C exhibited a higher FPS rate (68% vs. 86% vs. 92%; P < 0.001). However, there is no significant difference in FPS rate between Group B and Group C (P > 0.05). And the time to tracheal intubation in Group C was significantly less than that in Group A and Group B (22.21 ± 4.01 vs. 19.92 ± 4.11 vs. 17.71 ± 3.47; P < 0.001). The straight-to-cuff stylet preshape angulation of curvature of the blade could provide a higher FPS rate and shorter time to tracheal intubation during video laryngoscopy-assisted endotracheal intubation. 根据2019年实施的重庆市旅游资源普查成果,利用GIS空间分析功能,对重庆市旅游资源的分布特点进行分析总结,并对重庆市旅游资源空间分布的影响因素进行分析,得出重庆市旅游资源聚集性分布特别明显,不同的区域旅游资源特色鲜明,旅游资源的分布受地形地貌和水系影响较大等结论,从而提出针对重庆市旅游资源分布特点的开发保护建议,为后续重庆市旅游业的发展提供参考.
目的 应用微电极阵(MEA)技术研究参松养心胶囊对快速心房起搏(RAP)兔房颤电生理的影响,探讨其抗房颤的作用机制.方法 新西兰兔50只随机分成对照组、起搏组、起搏+参松养心胶囊A组(1 g/L)、起搏+参松养心胶囊B组(2 g/L)、起搏+参松养心胶囊C组(4 g/L)各10只.RAP 24 h后,迅速开胸取出心脏,行langendroff灌流,用柔性电极贴附右心房,分别记录各组场电位时限(fADP)、激动传导速度(ECV)和心率(HR)的变化.结果 与对照组相比,起搏组兔心房肌fADP明显缩短,ECV明显减慢,HR明显加快(均P<0.05).与起搏组相比,起搏+参松养心胶囊A、B、C组fADP明显延长、ECV明显加快、HR明显减慢(均P<0.05).但参松养心胶囊A、B、C组HR变化无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 在RAP兔房颤中,参松养心胶囊通过对心肌细胞Na+、K+、Ca2+等多离子通道的调节,发挥其抗房颤的作用.
为了解中国城乡协调发展的时空状态及其成因,基于2006-2020年省域数据,利用协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数及其分解、Kernel密度估计方法和地理探测器考察了中国城乡协调发展的时空差异及影响因素.结果表明,中国省域城乡发展协调度持续增长且内部总体差异呈缩小趋势;东部、中部、西部和东北区域间差异构成全域内部差异最主要来源,区域间差异和区域内差异随时间推移均具有缩小趋势;各地区城乡发展协调度的离散程度均趋于下降但存在不同分化态势;城乡发展协调度与城市化进程、产业结构升级、市场化程度、交通基础设施、科技创新能力和环境规制强度等因素相关,因素间交互作用的影响力大于单个因素的影响力并存在时变特征.推动城乡协调发展需要健全有利于城乡要素合理配置的体制机制,因地因业制宜优化区域城乡协调发展的动力系统,构建城乡发展共同体.
基于2005-2017年城市数据,借助熵权法对山东半岛城市群普惠金融发展水平进行测度,运用Dagum基尼系数揭示其区域发展差异;并基于分位数回归分析方法对影响山东省半岛城市群总体和各地区普惠金融发展水平的外部因素进行实证分析.研究结果表明,山东半岛城市群普惠金融发展水平呈递增趋势,城市之间、地区之间均存在明显差异;其中,区域间差异是山东半岛城市群普惠金融差异的最大来源,超变密度差异次之,区域内差异的贡献率最小;鲁东、鲁中、鲁西地区普惠金融发展水平与其经济发展水平、政府扶持、城乡收入差距、城镇化和就业水平、通讯基础设施、金融效率等社会经济因素密切相关.
The history of urban transformation is a unique symbol of a city and the key to inheriting regional culture. In most current studies, the historical cities are analyzed considering water or multi factors; however, the basic fact of Basin is ignored. The basin provides the natural material conditions for the origin of the cities and affects the military and transportation in the region. These influences lead to the urban distribution in different periods and different urban forms in the same period. This research selects Jinzhong Basin, provides a framework to study transformation of historical cities considering the unit of the basin and selects three levels: regional level, including urban density, urban structure and urban distribution; city group level, including urban agglomerations under the influence of water system, military and traffic factors; and city form level, including city shape, street form and functional zoning. The results show that the geographical factors of the basin determine the origin and change of cities, which could be used to guide the future culture oriented development of Jinzhong Basin region, and also serve the “ Ten thousand-li Tea Road ” application for world heritage, and provide historical and theoretical reference for urban planning.This research selects Jinzhong Basin, provides a framework to study transformation of historical cities considering the unit of the basin and selects three levels: regional level, including urban density, urban structure and urban distribution; city group level, including urban agglomerations under the influence of water system, military and traffic factors; and city form level, including city shape, street form and functional zoning.
以某深基坑项目为例,利用小应变硬化模型对基坑开挖全过程进行模拟计算,结合坑外土体三维应力和隧道位移监测结果,研究基坑开挖对邻近既有隧道变形的影响.结果表明:土体三维应力和隧道变形计算结果与实测数据基本吻合,说明了计算模型的可靠性;基坑开挖引起围护结构向基坑方向最大偏移量为25.8 mm,引起邻近基坑地表最大沉降量为17.7 mm;基坑开挖引起左线隧道向基坑方向最大水平位移约为2.3 mm,向深度方向最大位移约为1.3 mm,与实测值基本吻合,符合规范要求;左线隧道管片最大轴力约为680 kN,最大弯矩约为58kN·m,隧道砌筑管片能够满足强度要求;基坑外不同位置的隧道在基坑开挖期间均向基坑方向偏移,竖向位移表现为上浮.
The overall geochemical composition of natural-water regimes reflects the response to long-term interactions between the water and the surrounding environment in the process of its circulation. Their characteristics can reflect both aquatic ecological health and the tracer of the water source, as well as the water budget. In this study, Hulun Lake, a remote lake in a cold and arid area of China, was chosen in order to analyze its geochemical characteristics, including the major ions, stable isotopes (δD and δ18O) and dissolved organic matter (DOM) in its lake water, river water and groundwater. The major ions in the water were dominated by Na+ + Ca2+-CO32− and the concentration of ions in the groundwater was significantly higher than that in the lake and river water, implying a dry climate and relatively little human disturbance. The δD and δ18O values for both the groundwater and the river water were similar and both were close to the global meteoric water line (GMWL), indicating that their sources were mainly supplied by atmospheric precipitation. However, the δD and δ18O values for lake water were below the GMWL, indicating strong evaporation. The concentration of DOM in the lake water was significantly higher than that in the river water and groundwater, which was affected by the growth of aquatic organisms, and the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum characteristics also proved that the contribution of biomass sources was greater.
Historical and cultural districts are an important part of the urban heritage environment, reflecting the urban characteristics and carrying the core value of urban development. At present, most of the research on the vitality of historical and cultural districts mainly carries out quantitative evaluation from the two aspects of material space and time dimension, while the analysis on the value level is weakened, and the content of value type evaluation is also ignored. Value is the main factor affecting the vitality of historical and cultural districts, and it is also the core content to keep them alive. Therefore, this study takes nine historical and cultural districts of three types (cultural, commercial and residential) in Beijing, the capital of China, as examples to form a vitality evaluation framework with value as the evaluation goal, and select three indicators: historical value (including historical environment, cultural environment and spatial environment), use value (including communication environment, business environment and residential environment) and sustainable value (including educational environment, attraction and creativity), which correspond to the past, present and future of the heritage respectively. The literature summary method is used to get the evaluation content, the ranking analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight, experts are invited to score, and the influence degree of each factor is comprehensively ranked and analyzed. Finally, it puts forward the evaluation system of historical and cultural districts. The framework can be used to collect expert opinions, conduct quantitative value evaluation, and adjust various indicators in practice before the protection strategy of historical and cultural districts is proposed. The results show that at present, Shichahai, Nanluoguxiang and Fuchengmennei have the highest vitality among the three types. The blocks that mainly embody cultural value have higher vitality than those that mainly embody commercial value and residential value.

风电不确定性引起的预测误差会对系统经济调度产生影响,针对此问题,本文采用不同时间尺度两阶段经济调度模式进行优化.第1阶段不计风能不确定性以火电发电成本最小为目标建立日前24 h调度模型;第2阶段以第1阶段机组出力为基础对风功率进行不确定性建模,以频率偏移和网损最小为目标建立日内1h实时调度模型,此阶段为考虑频率质量将动态潮流计算引入优化调度中,且基于动态潮流计算系统中加速功率由风、火、荷按一定的比例共同分担,其中风机根据调频能力与风速和减载水平有关的特性,在不同风速下通过超速或变桨整定出不同等效静调差系数以更好发挥风电分担加速功率的作用.模型通过多目标粒子群优化算法形成基于Pareto曲线的最优前沿解集.最后以改进的IEEE 14节点系统为例对所提方案进行仿真验证.
为了了解天山乌鲁木齐河源1号冰川(简称乌源1号冰川)空气及气溶胶中可培养酵母菌的多样性、系统发育、空间分布及其与冰川生境酵母菌的关系,在乌源1号冰川西支3个海拔梯度位点收集空气气溶胶,采用4种培养基分离空气源酵母菌,根据菌落形态和显微镜镜检细胞形态初步分组,采用MSP-PCR指纹分型和rRNA基因间隔序列(ITS)确定酵母菌菌株的系统发育和分类地位,并分析了空气源酵母菌群落的多样性及空间分布特征.研究表明:从乌源1号冰川的表面空气共分离414株酵母菌,全部隶属于担子菌门(Basidiomycota),MSP-PCR指纹分型划分为53个基因型,代表菌株ITS基因测序结果显示隶属于9属28种,其中24种为伞菌亚门(Agariomycotina)成员,4种属于柄锈菌亚门(Pucciniomycotina),其中Holtermanniella、Vishniacozyma、Filobasidium、Dioszegia为优势酵母菌属.有6株酵母菌最适生长温度为16~18℃,为嗜冷菌,其余24株为耐冷菌,最适生长温度为22~25℃.Holtermanniella festucosa与Vishniacozyma victoriae为冰川空气广布的优势酵母菌种(22.22%、16.91%),其他大多为来自周边生境的耐冷酵母菌,在冰川生境均有分布.此外,在小幅度的海拔梯度上,3个海拔高度的空气酵母菌群落结构有所不同,但多样性指数没有显著差异.冰川生境酵母菌来源与其周边空气酵母菌密切相关,但以Holtermanniella属为代表的空气源优势酵母在冰川生境不能分离,说明冰川的严酷条件对外源微生物具有明显的选择作用.
风火打捆外送模式解决了风电就地消纳能力不足、单独传输经济性差的问题,但同时风电的并入也给系统暂态稳定性带来了不利影响.在此背景下,基于双馈风电机组(doubly fed induction generator,DFIG)外特性建立风火打捆系统单端送电功率方程,分析了由于风电并入使同步机组功角特性发生改变,导致暂态稳定性降低.考虑在风火打捆系统并网输电线路上串联故障限流器(fault current limiter,FCL)来提高故障期间功率传输能力,在建立的含故障限流器的风火打捆系统等值电路基础上,分析了电抗型和电阻型两种故障限流器在系统故障期间对功率特性的影响和改善系统暂态稳定性的机理,并比较了应用两种故障限流器的差异.最后进行仿真验证,结果表明在线路上串联故障限流器能够显著改善风火打捆系统的暂态稳定性.
目的 分析某院住院患者中重点监控药品不合理用药医嘱帕累托图,为进一步控制合理使用重点监控药品提供依据和参考.方法 通过住院系统电子病历平台,选取2019年1月-12月出院患者中使用重点监控药品的相关病历,用帕累托图法分析不合理用药医嘱的主要因素、次要因素及一般因素.结果 通过对720份病历分析发现7种不合理用药类型,主要因素有药物用法用量不适宜,所用药物病程中未记录;次要因素为适应症不适宜,药品剂型或给药途径不适宜;一般因素有联合用药不适宜或有不良反应相互作用的,遴选药品不适宜,重复用药.结论 医院依据不合理用药类型及各种因素加强对重点监控药品合理用药的信息化实施监测并进行干预,深化重点监控药品医嘱的专项点评,提高重点监控药品的合理使用水平.
Oncomelania hupensis is the only obligatory intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, the pathogen of zoonosis schistosomiasis. Haemocytes play a critical role in the cellular immune defence of O. hupensis against S. japonicum challenge. Here, the morphology and classification of haemocytes of O. hupensis were investigated by Giemsa staining and light microscopy, combining with the scanning and transmission electron microscopy and flow cytometry. Granulocytes and hyalinocytes were confirmed as two main types of haemocytes, account for ~ 10% and ~ 90% of all haemocytes, with size varying in 4.3-10.9 μm and 0.4-30.8 μm, respectively. Subpopulations can be identified further by granule feature, shape, size, and surface and inner structure of cells. The heterogeneity in morphology implied varied developmental process and function of haemocyte subpopulations. After the S. japonicum challenge, haemocytes of O. hupensis respond to S. japonicum invasion immediately. The dynamic change of haemocyte subpopulations indicates that the small hyalinocyte could differentiate into a larger one or granulocyte after S. japonicum challenge, and the granulocytes and larger hyalinocytes play leading roles in early defence reaction, but in different ways. Phagocytosis and apoptosis of haemocytes in O. hupensis were proved to be related to immune defence against S. japonicum, with the combined effect of granulocytes and larger hyalinocytes. However, the main pathway of each subpopulation to take effect in different periods need further investigation.
