当代社会信息技术行业迅速发展,对每一名即将步入社会的就业人士提出了新要求.尤其是从中职院校的课堂教学呈现理念来看,以实用性为主的实践教学是当前课堂教学的趋势.教师在确保学生获得足够技能方面提升的同时,还需关注学生思想政治方面的建设,针对性地将思政元素融入课堂中,致力于将在校的中职院校学生培养为有思想、有技术的当代先进青年.
随着网络技术、信息技术的飞速发展,"互联网+"应用的深入,互联网从业人员紧缺,特别是Web前端的技术人员.目前各中职院校为了适应市场的需求,开设了相关的Web前端课程,在实际的教学中,由于教育模式本身的缺点,使得中职Web前端实践教学中存在诸多弊端.本文结合"1+X"证书在中职Web前端实践教学中的优势及自身教育实践,从中职目前的教学现状、人才培养中存在的问题进行分析,将"1+X"证书在教学中的"以证促学、以证促教"的思想运用到教学中,对课程进行优化,提高教学效果,为培养高素质的Web前端开发人员进行了思考和探索.
目的:研究苗药嘎龚窝内溜不同极性提取物的抗丙型肝炎和抗氧化活性.方法:采用丙型肝炎病毒(HCV) NS3/4A蛋白酶和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)游离基清除活性测试法,初步判断苗药嘎龚窝内溜抗肝炎药效物质.结果:苗药嘎龚窝内溜水提物(KIAQ)、30%乙醇提取物(KIE30)、60%乙醇提取物(KIE60)、80%乙醇提取物(KIE80)及KIE80的次提取物石油醚萃取物(KIE80-PE)、氯仿萃取物(KIE80-CH)、乙酸乙酯萃取物(KIE80-EA)和正丁醇萃取物(KIE80-NB),具有较好的抗丙型肝炎活性和一定的清除DPPH游离基活性,IC50分别为0.22、0.23、0.18、0.24、0.37、0.19、0.12和0.22 mg/mL;EC50分别为1.27、4.23、2.13和6.52 mg/mL.结论:本研究首次发现苗药嘎龚窝内溜KIE60和KIE80-EA提取物具有较好的抗丙型肝炎活性,可作为治疗丙肝炎的潜在药物,KIAQ具有较好的抗氧化能力.
目的 探讨舒痉通痹法对消渴痹证患者疗效及血清中IGF-1和MMP-9的影响.方法 选取医院86例消渴痹证患者,随机分为两组,各43例,对照组采用依帕司他片150 mg+甲钴胺片1.5 mg口服;观察组在此基础上给与舒痉通痹法(中药熏洗+贴敷)治疗,每日1剂,持续治疗2周为1个疗程.比较两组患者的临床疗效、血胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like-growth factor-1,IGF-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)及正中神经、尺神经神经传导速度,记录不良反应状况.结果 对照组有效率81.40%(35/43)低于观察组95.35%(41/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前血IGF-1、MMP-9及正中神经、尺神经传导速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后对照组和观察组血IGF-1为(69.92±14.51) mg/L、(84.57±16.10)mg/L,血MMP-9为(108.24±31.43) mg/L、(77.91±30.23) mg/L,运动神经的正中神经肌电为(45.62±4.59)、(48.87±4.60),运动神经的尺神经肌电为(43.33±3.41)、(46.29±3.58),感觉神经的正中神经肌电为(40.25±4.13)、(43.62±4.25),感觉神经尺神经肌电为(38.62±3.95)、(41.36±4.06),对照组和观察组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 舒痉通痹法对消渴痹证患者的疗效确切,可改善运动神经和感觉神经障碍,升高IGF-1和降低MMP-9水平,且患者可以耐受.
Nodes in mobile ad hoc network has advantages of equal status, free movement and strong capability of data message transmission. Based on these merits, this article studies the construction of a mobile learning environment in mobile ad hoc network. It provides mobile users a ubiquitous learning environment, meets the learners’ needs anywhere and anytime, changes the learning forms and promotes education resource sharing.
Aim The synthesis and property study of a new Ag(I) complex {[Ag4(L)2·(H2O)]·3(H2O)}n(1)(L=2,2′-bipyridyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate).Methods The new complex has been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions,determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and characterized by IR,elemental analyses.Results The crystal paraments of 3D Ag(I) complex are as followes: Orthorhombic,Pbcn space group,a=13.889(4),b=13.470(4),c=13.852(4),α=90°,β=90°,γ=90°.Conclusion There are two independent silver(I) ions,one L ligand,0.5 coordinated water molecules and 1.5 guest water molecules in its per asymmetric unit.Every ligand was coordinated with six different Ag atoms to form a 3D coordination polymer.
为了适应高校创新性实验教学的要求,本文利用信息化平台创建了"642式"会计创新性实践教学体系,即6个阶梯式教学模块、4个实践平台、2个实习基地,从而将学生的专业能力培养与自身素质以及综合应用能力培养结合起来,实现应用型、创新型、复合型、开放型的人才培养目标。
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-oxidative damage effects of Shishao Mingmu Powder,the traditional Chinese medicine compound formula on diabetic cataract(DC) rats.METHODS One hundred wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group A,model group B,Shishao prevention group C,Shishao treatment group D,positive control group E.Each group has 20 rats.Group A was fed by conventional way.The remaining four groups were fed by high-fat and high-sugar feed.Rats in group B,C,D and E were streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rat model.Group A rats were injected isometric physio-logical saline.At the same time the stomach of the group C rats were filled with Shishao Mingmu Powder for prevention and treatment.Group B was filled physiological saline that had constant volume with the traditional Chinese medicine dosage.Half of the rats in group A and B were killed three months later.The content of the end-product of lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) in the rats' crystal were tested.Group D and E were given drug treatment at the same time.Six months later at the end of the experiment the remaining rats were killed and tested.RESULTS Shishao Mingmu Powder could significantly reduce the dosage of the MDA and improve the activeness of the SOD,GSH-px in the crystal.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05~0.01) compared with model group and the positive control group.CONCLUSIONS Shishao Mingmu Powder could enhance DM rats' antioxidant capacity and reduce crystals' oxidative damage and delay the development of DC.
