通过网络随机调查,本文实证地考察、分析了中国大学生对“中国梦”的认知.研究发现,大学生对“中国梦”的了解和关心程度仍有较大提升空间;大学生获取“中国梦”信息的渠道较为多元,主要是电脑网络、电视和学校教育;学校教育是他们对“中国梦”内涵、理论意义以及中国梦与个体关系认知的主要渠道,其次是网络媒体和传统媒体.如何有效建构“中国梦”与大学生个人之间的关系,是传统媒体在内的信息传播渠道需要共同面对的传播问题,只有解决好这一问题,才能使大学生对“中国梦”既了解又关心.

This paper makes the simulation calculation of the seepage and stability of a tailing pond with finite element analysis method,and obtains the distribution regularities of underground seepage,the locations of saturation lines and the safety factors of tailing dam under two working conditions of the operation at normal water-level and the operation at flood-level,and based on the results of seepage and stability calculation,evaluates the safety and stability of the tailing pond.

本文从绿色押金制度的产生背景、概念特点入手,从法经济学的角度对其进行了分析,对该制度在国外的实施情况作了简要介绍,并从押金的实施范围、收费标准、管理和退还四个方面提出了在我国建立该制度的设想。
