The crop science of Sichuan Agricultural University is an authorized first-class discipline.As the strategic supporting department for innovative talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry major, we are facing a long-term challenge in reforming the teaching mode for basic course-organic chemistry and cultivating talented students with solid basic knowledge and strong sense of innovation.Herein a thorough survey was performing to establish the executable teaching programs for this course during the "Double-First Class Universities Plan" period.A multidimensional teaching resource library for organic chemistry course was also constructed.The new classroom teaching mode "Interest cultivation-Creative thought development-Autonomous and Cooperative learning", along with a stepwise practice teaching mode "Foundation skills-Integrated application-Innovative trial" was proposed and practiced among thirty-five majors including agriculture, forestry and veterinary, to improve the quality for innovative talent cultivation
Basing on the experimental teaching situation and quality promoting plan for undergraduate teaching,we adjust and update the teaching contents,renovate teaching methods,quest for bilingual teaching model and perfect examination rules,etc.So a basic,comprehensive,contrived,and innovative teaching system of organic chemistry experiment is constructed and perfected.The system can further improve the quality of experimental teaching and establish a firm base for cultivating high qualified talent.
The wild buckwheat resources had been systematically investigated and collected from 450 zonules in 172 prefectures of 9 counties of Aba,Sichuan province from 2006 to 2007.In this investigation,about 126 samples had been collected from 7 species and 1 mutant.The investigation result showed that,in Aba,the wild buckwheat appeared diversity of geographical investigation and had obviously distributing centers.A new species or mutant was found(waiting to be identified)in the investigation.
Root system,root system soil of Eucalyptus grandis(E.grandis)have been ultrasonically extracted with hexane in Pujiang and Hongya,and identified with gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.The analysis results:the main allelopathic categories of root system、root system-soil of E.grandis contain arenoates in Pujiang;the main allelopathic categories of root system of E.grandis contain the long chains fatty acid,and the main allelopathic categories of root system-soil contain alkanes in Hongya.Inhibition of aromatic compounds,such as,arenoates,is possibly the main allelopathic reason of species diversity of the forest in the two regions.This research is value to study on the physiologic and bio-chemical functions of allelopathic of the E.grandis.
在高校教学工作中,计算机制作CAI课件辅助教学日益普及.对于有机化学教学而言,其化合物分子结构复杂,空间立体构象多变,很多立体反应、分子重排、聚合、缩合等反应都涉及到空间反应过程,制作课件时仅用图片及文字来表达常常不易表达清楚,不利于学生直观准确地学习.采用三维动画技术制作化合物分子模型及模拟反应过程应用到教学中去,能有效地解决该问题.本文以制作环已烷分子模型及其构象的三维模拟动画为例[1],简要地介绍如何利用三维技术(软件平台为3D Studio MAX R3.1[2])制作有机化学分子模型及动画展示.
