在深入阐述互联网发展之于粮食生产作用机制的基础上,构建2006—2019年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据模型,从多维视角实证检验互联网发展对中国粮食生产的影响.研究发现:从总体效应讲,互联网发展可显著促进中国粮食生产;从动态效应讲,互联网发展的粮食增产效应短期并不稳定,长期将稳步释放;从产区分异看,互联网发展对粮食主产区、主销区及平衡区均产生显著的粮食增产效应,且主产区的粮食增产效应最大;从技术分异看,互联网技术的粮食增产效应小于化肥技术,农业机械技术则并不具备显著的粮食增产效应.由此,可得到如下政策启示:一是稳步扩大互联网基础设施投资规模,优化投资方向,深入推进"互联网+粮食"行动;二是合理配置不同类型技术资金,逐步释放互联网信息技术的粮食增产效应;三是注重开展互联网信息技术培训,提升涉粮主体信息技术应用能力.

目的 文章探讨胰激肽原酶对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌损伤、氧化应激和纤维化的影响.方法 SD雄性大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、模型加药组.检测并记录各组大鼠心率(HR)、左室收缩压(LVSP)和短轴缩短率(FS).HE染色观察心肌病理损伤程度.ELISA检测肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Mb)和心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)含量.试剂盒检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量.Western blot检测线粒体途径凋亡相关蛋白和纤维化标记蛋白表达水平.Masson染色观察心肌组织纤维化.RT-PCR检测α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和纤维结合蛋白(FN)表达水平.结果 与模型组比,3、6 U/kg PKase组大鼠HR、LVSP和FS显著升高(P<0.05),心肌组织病理损伤明显改善,CK-MB、Mb、cTnI和MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD和GSH含量升高(P<0.05),心肌纤维化程度明显得到改善,Bax/Bcl-2、cas-9、cas-3、α-SMA、TGF-β1、FN表达水平显著降低(P<0.05).结论 胰激肽原酶缓解心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠心肌损伤、氧化应激和纤维化.
针对自主水下机器人北极冰下远距离航行存在较大定位偏差的情况,本文提出利用单波束协同地形匹配导航方法改善定位性能.针对粒子滤波出现粒子退化和粒子耗尽,导致测量更新失效问题,本文设计一种地形自适应双自主水下机器人协同地形匹配导航方法,根据地形高程标准差计算地形置信度,将地形置信度融入双自主水下机器人协同地形匹配导航系统中,提高了导航方法的鲁棒性.通过模拟仿真对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法能够有效提高定位的精度及鲁棒性.
产品线使企业可以满足消费者异质性需求,占领更大的市场份额,是企业提升竞争优势的重要手段.采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过梳理产品线研究的脉络和热点发现,尽管产品线研究已经有了非常丰富的文献,其发展过程中也融入了多学科的研究方法,但国内研究对该领域关注不足且缺乏针对整个领域的文献梳理,所以很难基于我国企业实际情况开展研究,也就难以提出有价值的指导建议.针对这些现状,从多学科融合、可持续发展、数字经济、中国情境4个方面探讨了该领域的未来研究方向.
感染性心内膜炎(IE)是由病原微生物侵入心内膜导致的感染,而右心感染性心内膜炎(RSIE)致脓毒性肺栓塞较为少见,表现为非特异性临床表现和影像学征象。本文报道1例RSIE致脓毒性肺栓塞病例,其经积极抗感染及外科手术治疗转归良好。
患者感染人冠状病毒NL63后病情较轻,且关于该病毒的研究相对较少,因此临床医师对其缺乏完整认知。但人冠状病毒NL63在全球广泛流行,在儿童及免疫功能低下人群中更为常见。本研究对人冠状病毒NL63的病原学、流行病学、致病机制、临床特征和治疗进行介绍,以期帮助临床医师更好地认识该病毒。
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) with chronic active EB virus (EBV) infection (CAEBV).Methods:The clinical data of 1 CGD patient combined with CAEBV who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University in March 2017 was retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was also summarized.Results:After transplantation, the chimeric rate and gene test was 100% complete donor type. During the follow-up period, no recurrent severe infection occurred within 39 months, and EBV-DNA copy was 0; no acute or chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related manifestations occurred, and the quality of life was higher.Conclusions:Haploid allogeneic HSCT with myeloablative conditioning regimens is a relatively safe and effective treatment for CGD patients combined with CAEBV. For primary immunodeficiency disease, it suggests that the haploidentical donor carrying the monohybrid pathogenic gene can also be used as an effective stem cell source if the hematological and immunological function is normal.

ASTER data has high resolution in spatial,spectral and radiation resolution.With its band setting compared with other multi-spectral data,it has better spectral continuity.This paper proposes a rock and mineral information extraction method based on ASTER data for the Pamirs. The mineralogy index is calculated using the values of the five thermal infrared bands in the AS-TER image:quartz index,carbonate index,and mafic index.This paper realizes rock and mineral information extraction through random forests,which uses the above three indexes.And it suc-cessfully extracts five important lithological information (siliceous,sulfatic,ultramafic,quartz and metamorphic silicate).Based on the remote sensing image analysis of the Pamirs,this paper draws the relevant mineral distribution map, compares with the mineral distribution map and the experimentally tested data points,which fully verifies the effectiveness of the method.
目的 探讨心力衰竭患者血清脂联素(APN)及脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)的水平变化,并观察其与心力衰竭程度的关系.方法 收集160例心力衰竭患者作为试验组,根据纽约心脏协会分级(NYHA),分为NYHAⅡ组55例、NYHAⅢ组56例、NYHAⅣ组49例,同时选取150例健康体检者作为对照组;采用彩色多普勒超声显像仪,检测左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平,根据LVEF水平,分为LVEF>40%组76例、LVEF≤40%组84例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA),测定血清APN、LP-PLA2水平,同时检测相关生化指标.结果 试验组N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro-BNP)水平较对照组明显升高,LVEF较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);与NYHAⅡ级组患者比较,NYHAⅢ级组、NYHAⅣ级组患者APN、LP-PLA2、NT-pro-BNP明显升高(P<0.05),与NYHAⅢ级组患者比较,NYHAⅣ级组患者APN、LP-PLA2、NT-pro-BNP明显升高(P<0,05);LVEF>40%患者血清APN、LP-PLA2、NT-pro-BNP水平均低于LVEF≤40%患者(P<0.05).经Pearson直线相关分析,APN、LP-PLA2与NT-pro-BNP呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.05),APN、LP-PLA2与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.426,P<0.05).经二分类Logistic回归分析显示,NT-pro-BNP、APN、LP-PLA2与心力衰竭发生有关.结论 APN、LP-PLA2水平随着心力衰竭病情加重逐渐升高,可作为心力衰竭诊断及病情监测的新的标志物.
为验证可清除播种行麦秸的玉米灭茬清垄免耕播种机在预防二点委夜蛾为害中的实际应用效果,以传统玉米免耕播种机为对照,进行了2种播种机对幼虫为害防控的田间试验.结果表明,灭茬清垄播种机,可使播种带15 cm宽度范围内无麦秸覆盖,玉米出苗后不被麦秸围棵,破坏了二点委夜蛾的适生环境,对幼虫为害的防效可达100%;而传统玉米播种机,播种带宽度仅0~7 cm,仍会有麦茬麦秸覆盖其中,对二点委夜蛾危害的预防效果较差.
In this paper,a fire detection method by remote sensing satellite is proposed image. First,the high temperature points are detected by double threshold method,and then the high temperature pixels are clustered to form high temperature point clusters.The corresponding rela-tionship model between the areas of high temperature point clusters and the brightness tempera-ture thresholds is established.New high temperature point clusters are j udged by the area bright-ness temperature model.The area brightness temperature model accurately reflects the law of fire point.The larger area of burning point,the higher the overall temperature.The average correct rate of fire points is 0.892 and the missed detection rate is 0.088.It can be seen from the above experiment results that the area brightness temperature model accurately reflects the law of fire point and it is effective.
Objective? To explore the effects of optimized stratified nursing intervention on the anxiety, quality of life and complications of hemodialysis(HD) patients. Methods? From February 2016 to February 2017, a total of 98 patients undergoing hemodialysis in the Affiliated Peace Hospital of Changzhi Medical College were selected by convenient sampling and divided into regular nursing group(n=49) and stratified nursing group (n=49) in accordance with random number table. Regular nursing care and stratified nursing care were provided accordingly. Scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and 36-Item Short Form Survey (SF-36) before and after nursing intervention and the incidence of complications in the process of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results? Before intervention, there was no statistical difference between the scores of anxiety and each dimensions of the life-quality from the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the stratified nursing group had lower score in SAS and higher score in each dimension of SF-36 with significant statistical difference compared with the regular nursing group(P<0.01). The incidence of complications in the stratified nursing group was lower than the regular group with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions? Optimized stratified nursing intervention can effectively reduce HD patients' anxiety towards their diseases and treatments, improve their life-qualities, reduce the incidence of complications, and is safe and reliable, therefore it is worthy of clinical reference.
人鼻病毒(HRV)是小核糖核酸病毒科中的一种RNA病毒,因其特别适应在鼻腔中生长,故被称为"鼻病毒".HRV不仅能引起普通感冒,还能导致急、慢性支气管炎等其他呼吸系统感染疾病.近年来也逐渐在下呼吸道感染患者中检测到,其引起的重症肺炎进展迅速,容易被临床医生误诊、漏诊.本文报道1例郑州大学第一附属医院呼吸ICU科收住的成人人鼻病毒感染引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征病例.

急性心肌梗死(AMI)是严重威胁人类健康的心血管疾病,以急性循环功能障碍、胸部剧烈疼痛等为主要表现,具有较高的发病率和病死率 [1] 。早期诊断和积极治疗是降低AMI致死率和改善患者预后的关键[2]。目前临床上主要依照心电图检查、临床表现以及心肌酶等对AMI进行诊断,但仍存在误
目的 本文提出一种基于非参数模型的生物等效性检验的新方法.方法 首先利用非参数回归的方法估计血药浓度-时间曲线,并建立血药浓度估计值线性混合效应模型估计药物效应系数,在此模型的基础上采用多重检验的方法对曲线上每一时间点处的药物效应系数进行生物等效性检验.若在所有时间点处等效,则两种药物等效.结果 模拟和实例分析表明此方法能消除周期效应和序列效应的影响,同时在数据稀疏时可降低生物等效性检验的Ⅰ类误差率,并能提高在测量误差较大时的检验效能.结论 本文提出的多重检验方法有较高的检验效能和较低的Ⅰ类误差率,可应用于生物等效性检验.
Drainage gas recovery is effective measures to improve recovery efficiency of water gas reservoir. Foam drainage gas recovery technology has been widely used in gas wells with little water production and a certain capacity from the spray. The paper mainly introduces characteristics of foam drainage gas recovery technology, classification and requirements of foaming agent, and foaming system under different gas conditions.
从二点委夜蛾2代卵开始,以辛集市玉米田为主,对二点委夜蛾进行田间系统调查.6月中旬小麦收获后,在麦秸下潮湿地表、近地面的麦秸秆和枯叶上陆续发现二点委夜蛾卵.6月27日田间调查发现1~3龄幼虫,虫量16头/百株,未发现玉米幼苗被害;7月1日调查,虫量32头/百株,玉米苗被害10%;7月4日,田间虫量40头/百株,玉米苗被害16%.主要以咬断嫩茎和钻蛀玉米幼苗茎基部,造成植株桔死为主;7月7日,田间虫量50头/百株,玉米苗被害率达22%,死亡株率17%,新增加的被害株主要以咬食玉米次生根造成倒伏为主;7月12日调查,田间发现了蛹,尽管虫量达到65头/百株,虫龄也最高,但田间被害率并没有明显增加.由此可见,6月27日至7月7日是该虫为害关键期,以后尽管虫量继续增加,虫龄增长,但是由于玉米苗叶龄大,受害轻.在8月中旬田间调查可见3代幼虫,咬食玉米气生根呈坑状,但未导致倒伏,同期也可见3代蛹.9月中旬在田间发现4代幼虫至收获期.
