Six-degree-of-freedom (6-DoF) parallel robots possess various configurations and have achieved successful applications in diverse fields such as motion simulation, tracking, and machining. However, there is a need to directly and visually obtain suitable candidates for specific application scenarios. Therefore, this paper focuses on the automatic configuration evolution based on the Markov decision process (MDP). Initially, a Boolean matrix is introduced to describe the topology of 6-DoF parallel robots, which includes the type, order, and relative relationship of joints in each limb. Subsequently, a configuration evolution model for 6-DoF parallel robots is developed using Deep Q-Network. By associating application scenarios with evaluation indices, the 6-DoF parallel robots can evolve towards meeting the target requirements. This method simplifies the process of generating and selecting topologies compared to traditional approaches. Furthermore, a software tool is developed to visualize the resulting topologies. A case study is conducted to demonstrate the automatic evolution and visualization process. This work facilitates the concise and visual acquisition of 6-DoF parallel robots based on specific requirements.
In this study, an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight high resolution mass spectrometer(UPLC-Q-TOF-HRMS) was used to investigate the effects of the active ingredients in Periploca forrestii compound on spleen metabolism in rats with collagen-induced arthritis(CIA), and its potential anti-inflammatory mechanism was analyzed by network pharmacology. After the model of CIA was successfully established, the spleen tissues of rats were taken 28 days after administration. UPLC-Q-TOF-HRMS chromatograms were collected and analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA), orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), and MetPA. The results showed that as compared with the blank control group, 22 biomarkers in the spleen tissues such as inosine, citicoline, hypoxanthine, and taurine in the model group increased, while 9 biomarkers such as CDP-ethanolamine and phosphorylcholine decreased. As compared with the model group, 21 biomarkers such as inosine, citicoline, CDP-ethanolamine, and phosphorylcholine were reregulated by the active ingredients in P. forrestii. Seventeen metabolic pathways were significantly enriched, including purine metabolism, taurine and hypotaurine metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism, and cysteine and methionine metabolism. Network pharmacology analysis found that purine metabolism, glycerophospholipid metabolism, and cysteine and methionine metabolism played important roles in the pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis. This study suggests that active ingredients in P. forrestii compound can delay the occurrence and development of inflammatory reaction by improving the spleen metabolic disorder of rats with CIA. The P. forrestii compound has multi-target and multi-pathway anti-inflammatory mechanism. This study is expected to provide a new explanation for the mechanism of active ingredients in P. forrestii compound against rheumatoid arthritis.
Objective This study aimed to explore the association between dietary patterns and hypertension based on a community–based survey in Suzhou, Eastern China. Methods This cross–sectional analysis was undertaken from the subset of the Suzhou Food Consumption and Health State Survey in 2018–2019. Adults aged ≥ 18 years were invited to participate in this survey. Dietary intake was collected by a 24–h dietary recall and a weighing method over three consecutive days (including two weekdays and one weekend day). Dietary patterns were defined using factor analysis. Association between the dietary patterns and hypertension was examined by multivariable logistic regression models with adjustment for covariates. Moreover, sensitivity analysis was used to reinforce our findings. Results A total of 2,718 participants were included in the final analysis. Rice-vegetable pattern, fast food pattern, fruit-dairy pattern, and wheat-meat pattern were identified. We observed that the fruit-dairy pattern was inversely associated with hypertension after adjustment for all the covariates (OR = 0.55; 95% CI: 0.40, 0.75; P = 0.002). The association between the wheat-meat pattern and hypertension was attenuated and became statistically nonsignificant in sensitivity analyses. The other two patterns were not significantly associated with hypertension (P > 0.05). Conclusion The fruit-dairy pattern was inversely associated with the risk of hypertension among Chinese adults. Our findings further emphasize the important role of optimal diet combination in the prevention of hypertension.
The paper has comprehensively studied and evaluated urban garden afforestation, which integrated a comprehensive index-system to evaluate including ecological environment benefit, economic benefit, and social benefit, as well as deduced the Algorithm of PLS-SEM (Partial least squares – structural equation modeling) path evaluation model about comprehensive assessment. Afforestation in urban areas results in the reduction of local biodiversity, the potentially invasive species, and lost revenue from agriculture. Advanced planning and management could allow the coexistence of urban forestry and nature. The paper took the urban garden afforestation in Harbin as a case study and conducted a single-dimensional test and reliability and validity test on the construction of evaluation index system, and also verified its scientificity. On this basis, we obtained relevant parameters of middle-external structure and internal structure in the PLS-SEM path model, as well as the integrated level of urban garden afforestation in Harbin. The observational outcomes study the comprehensive evaluation of urban garden afforestation and the evaluation index system of urban garden afforestation is constructed.
Lignin polymer as a natural aromatic macromolecule presents significant prospects in producing functional and sustainable materials, and achieving a comprehensive characterization will facilitate their target valorization. In the present study, deep eutectic solvent (DES) and alkaline delignification were adopted to deconstruct tobacco stalk before and after hydrothermal pretreatment, obtaining diverse lignin fractions with fascinating characteristics. DES lignin exhibited a higher yield and homogenous molecular structure than MWL. A severe cleavage of the inter-unit linkages in lignin was also observed. This result mostly originated from the efficient delignification of the DES deconstruction system adopted. Moreover, all the recovered lignin fractions exhibited good micro-nanoparticle size that can enhance the valorization of lignin in nanomaterial production, in which the hydrothermal-assisted DES deconstruction promoted the formation of the smaller lignin nanoparticle size. Next, all the recovered lignin presented an excellent UV absorption and structure-related absorption performance or thermal properties. Overall, this work provides an important foundation for further exploiting DES/alkaline delignification lignin that can be applied as an ideal feedstock for producing sustainable functional or micro/nanomaterials.
With the advent of the digital economy, Chinese enterprises are facing major strategic opportunities for business practice. At the same time, in-depth digitalization has greatly unlocked the potential for innovation. Business model innovation has become a key path for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. However, the innovative situation in the digital age poses new challenges to the enterprises' strategic change decision-making. How do enterprises sharply capture and quickly adapt to the dynamic changes of the environment, and further use business model innovation to achieve the strategic goal of achieving excellent performance, which is not only an important issue of concern to the theoretical scholars, but also a "secret" that enterprises' management decision-making practices are constantly exploring. This study investigates how enterprises can achieve high levels of enterprise performance under different configurations of strategic orientation and business model innovation, which introduces efficiency-centered and novelty-centered business model innovation as mediator, and a theoretical framework of "strategic orientation-business model innovation-enterprise performance" was established to explore the realization path of the strategic orientation's effect mechanism on enterprise performance. It uses 245 data from Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, and other high-level enterprise managers in Northwest China as samples, besides that partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) are used for empirical analysis of the data. The results provide support for the strategic orientation's role for business model innovation and enterprise performance. Furthermore, different configurations of strategic orientation and business model innovation conditions lead to better enterprise performance.
In order to select appropriate schemes and evaluate the performance of aircraft ground movement in airport with non-stop construction, an integrated assessment method is established. This method includes establishing an index system, using AIRTOP software to simulate all schemes and obtain key data, designing the Genetic Algorithm Back Propagation (GA-BP) neural network to improve the evaluation ability and analyze index data of schemes. Taking the airport in central-south China for example, under the reconstruction of one runway, an assessment indicator grade standard was established and a GA-BP network model was set up after training. In comparison with BP network, the research results show that GA-BP network can reduce the total error and Mean Squared Error (MSE) of all assessment samples by 7.54% and 6.38%, and the regression coefficient reaches 0.9. Then the most suitable schemes for different operation modes are determined. Thus, this method can serve as an effective tool to select schemes and monitor performance for airports.
Lipids produced from agricultural and industrial residues using oleaginous microorganisms for use as biofuels are attracting the attention of researchers due to their environmental benefits. However, low efficiencies and high costs limit their application to a certain extent. The present study is the first to use inositol as an enhancer to improve the production and accumulation of lipids during fermentation by the microalga Schizochytrium sp. SR21. The study aimed to maximize the production of lipids and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by optimizing the conditions of inositol addition into the fermentation medium. The corresponding key enzyme and metabolite profiles of SR21 were evaluated. The results indicated that the addition of 120 mg L−1 of inositol to the medium at 48 h improved lipid and DHA production by 13.90 and 20.82%, resulting in total concentrations of 22.86 and 8.53 g/L, respectively. Moreover, the ratio of unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) to saturated fatty acids (SFAs) increased by 23.38% and is consistent with the results of the metabolomic analysis. The activity of enzymes (i.e., PC, G6PDH, NADPH-ME, and ACL) related to fatty acid synthesis in strain SR21 also increased significantly (43.38%, 28.68%, 37.47%, and 19.87%, respectively). Metabolomic analysis also showed that inositol promoted lipid synthesis in SR21 and significantly increased the relative proportion of UFAs by affecting the citrate cycle and SFA and UFA metabolic pathways. Thus, inositol is an ideal enhancer of lipid production and accumulation by oleaginous microorganisms.

Based on the virtual brand community as the research background,this paper discusses the specific forms of community par ticipation and divides these forms into two types,posting and viewing,and also sets up a relationship model involving virtual community perception (feeling of membership,influence and immersion),attitudes (brand commitment and community identification) and participation from the psychological perspective of "perception-attitude-behavior".The model reveals the influencing mechanism of "psychological-behavior" of members in the virtual brand community environment,i.e.feeling of membership and attitudes have a direct impact on the participation behavior,and at the same time,as members' attitude is influenced by different psychological perceptions,it also shows the promotion of community identity to brand commitment.On this basis,through the intermediary test,this paper further proves that the perception of the members will influence the participation behavior through the attitude.
创业活动的成败与创业者对其社会网络的利用有直接关系.在482个再创业调研样本的基础之上,从个人和团队社会网络两个方面构建创业社会网络对再创业绩效作用的理论模型,分析不同创业类型、创业领域下的作用路径机制.研究结果表明:创业社会网络对再创业绩效的作用机制路径有三条,其中资源整合、创业学习和创业动态能力分别起到中介作用.在不同的创业类型和不同的创业领域下,个人社会网络和团队社会网络对再创业绩效的作用程度不同,并且创业社会网络对企业再创业绩效的作用路径、作用特征和作用效果也存在显著的差异.通过上述分析,不仅可以丰富创业者社会网络行为的理论知识,而且为提升再创业绩效提供现实指导意义.
To improve the accuracy and achieve a good level of detail, a process-based method was adopted in this paper to conduct a life-cycle CO2 emission analysis of China's construction sector from 2005 to 2012 by quantifying the CO2 emission during the six life-cycle stages, including building materials manufacturing, building materials transportation, building construction, building operation, building demolition as well as construction and demolition (C&D) waste disposal. The results indicate that the CO2 emission of China's construction sector rose moderately from 2005, and has increased considerably since 2010. The total CO2 emission mainly stems from building materials manufacturing stage (73%) and building operation stage (24%). The CO2 emission from steel and cement account for the most of the CO2 emission at building materials manufacturing stage (87%). The CO2 emission of road transportation with 83% shares the highest proportion at building materials transportation stage. The CO2 emission of centralized heating with 49% is the dominant source of CO2 emission during building operation stage. The CO2 emission at construction and demolition (C&D) waste disposal stage is mainly generated from demolition waste with 86%. These findings could provide references for measures to take targeted at various life cycle stages. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
基于线性回归模型,以深沪证券交易所的通信企业数据为样本,用SPSS软件实证分析了企业社会责任与企业绩效的良性循环作用关系.研究结果表明,当期企业社会责任的股东责任、债权人责任、政府责任及消费者责任与企业绩效显著正相关;当期企业绩效与下期企业的股东责任、债权人责任、政府责任和消费者责任亦呈现显著正相关.而企业的员工责任、供应商责任与企业绩效无显著关系.这表明,企业承担社会责任会促进企业绩效,同时,企业绩效的提升也会推进企业社会责任的建设,实现了企业社会责任与企业绩效的良性循环.
In order to help E-commerce enterprises to build E-commerce cloud platform with cloud computing, this article mainly discussed about application of cloud computing in E-commerce. It analyzed the relevant technology of the cloud computing and put forward E-commerce application mode on the basis of cloud computing combining with the current present situation and advantages of the development of electronic commerce. The results were beneficial for E-commerce enterprises getting a healthy development.
On the basis of 986 survey samples of high-tech returnees talent start-ups, from the perspective of life cycle of science and technology enterprises, from two aspects of individual and team social networks, this paper builds the theoretical model which explains how returnees talent double social network influence enterprise technology innovation performance, analyzes dynamically the performance mechanism of double social network to technology innovation performance in four life-cycle stages of science and technology enterprise. Research results show that: there are two pathways returnees talent double social network influence enterprise technology innovation performance, in which resource acquisition and integration and technologi-cal innovation capability play an intermediary role respectively; there are significant differences in the influence feature, priori-ties and mechanism of returnees talent double social network to enterprise technology innovation performance in different en-terprise life cycles. Furthermore, in the returnees' talent double social network, the influence of team social network is higher than individual social network.
建立吸引外企创新投资的双寡头政府竞争模型,阐述地方政府竞争对企业创新投资的作用机制,运用二元选择和门限的面板数据模型进行实证检验.研究结果表明:①地方政府竞争对创新投资的作用主要通过优惠政策、基础设施建设和资源禀赋进行;②二者呈现“口”型的关系;③地方政府的效率、区域资本的存量、城市化率对地方政府吸引外界企业创新投资有直接的影响作用;④地方政府需运用成本收益的分析方法通过对比政府的优惠政策和企业创新投资所带来的收益,计算出所能付出的最大优惠政策.
The gas-liquid two-phase flow around a bluff body is widely encountered in the production practices and social lives.In this study,the vortex flow around a bluff body in 50,mm-caliber horizontal gas-liquid two-phase flow with low liquid fractions at normal pressure was investigated by experiments.The effects of liquid fractions on the frequency and amplitude of vortex signal were discussed,and then,vortex signals were processed by detrended fluc-tuation analysis(DFA).A characteristic liquid volume fraction around 0.1%, for the stability of vortex street was at-tained.The relationship of liquid fractions with gas-liquid phase inertia forces and the liquid Weber number were dis-cussed respectively by the dynamics analysis for annular flow.The law of vortex street instability was analyzed.It was found that the energy of vortex street would be dissipated by liquid phase and entrained droplets.The error of gas-liquid two phase flow with low liquid fractions and moisture measure decreased from 6.37%, to 2.03%, by setting up the linear relationship of two-phase Strouhal number and liquid fractions,which is instructional in actual engineering.
文章将区域品牌分为四种类型,以消费者视角实证考察了文化认同、区域品牌共鸣对消费者行为的影响机制.研究发现,文化认同、区域品牌共鸣对购买意愿有积极影响,且产品涉入度在文化认同和区域品牌共鸣之间起调节作用.但对于不同类型的区域品牌,影响程度相差很大,依托型区域品牌的解释力度高于覆盖型区域品牌,而产品涉入度的高低对同类型的集群品牌影响差异不大.
The increase of greenhouse gas emissions, especially CO2 emissions, have caused the global temperature to rise. As a developing country, China has become the largest CO2 emitter in the world. It is very important and urgent to cut the CO2 emissions down. In this article, the driving forces that influenced China's CO2 emissions from 1995 to 2010 based on grey relational analysis is investigated. It is found that GDP per capita (G), population (P), coal consumption (C), oil consumption (O), natural gas consumption (N), industrial structure (IS), and urbanization (U) play crucial roles in the increase of CO2 emissions, though they have different impacts on CO2 emissions. The sequence of the size of the factors' influence on China's CO2 emissions is C > G > O > N > U > P > IS. Some effective recommendations for improving energy efficiency and reducing the CO2 emissions intensity are proposed.
