二维码制作便捷,而且功能强大,特别是与智能移动终端紧密结合,在当前网络化、数字化时代其用途越来越广泛,作用越来越重要.总体上看,目前二维码在期刊,尤其是学术期刊出版发行中还没有得到足够的、应有的重视,亟待提高认识,进一步拓展其应用. 一、一维码的生成方法与途径 二维码技术成熟,生成方便.现有的生成软件很多,有公开供下载的软件,有二维码生成网站,也有很多开源的二维码生成软件,供用户根据需要对源代码进行修改,以满足用户的特殊需求.

以数字技术和网络技术为支撑的新媒体对我国出版业已产生巨大的影响.随着受众阅读需求的变化,出版业的经营模式、管理策略以及人才结构也在不断发生改变,出版业已经开始数字化转型.新媒体的快速发展对我国出版传播要素也产生深远影响.本文以传播学为视点,总结了新媒体传播的五大特点,分析新媒体对我国出版传播要素(传播者、传播内容、传播渠道、受众、传播效果)的影响,并提出在新媒体出版方面的建议,为我国出版业在新媒体背景下更好地传播提供参考.

The ways of expression of mathematical formulae have considerable effects on the citation of scientific periodicals in that non-standardization of these formulae brings a sense of fear to readers.This article analyzes the problems of expression of mathematical formulae that commonly exist in scientific periodicals and proposes five rules that should be included for the standardization of the expression: 1) explanation of the application of formulae;2) explanation of the source of formulae;3) expression of the symbols of the formulare;4) explanation of the symbols;5) analysis of the whole formulae.In practical application,we suggest that instructions to authors should be utilized to guide authors to standardize the expression of mathematical formulae,and editors should implement the standardization during the editing of the formulae.

在期刊出版,特别是数字出版中,二维条码将成为期刊一张"名片",可应用于期刊版权页、期刊元数据、期刊目录结构、参考文献著录、期刊网址以及文献信息自动分类等各个领域。二维条码还将随着智能手机的普及在期刊移动阅读、跨媒体传播、扩大期刊学术影响力等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。选取期刊版权页为二维条码生成对象,通过探讨二维条码的原理、特性以及其与一维条码的比较,研究表明二维条码能弥补一维条码在期刊版权页应用上的不足,提出用二维条码取代一维条码,并探讨期刊版权页二维条码的生成,包括选择生成工具、步聚、过程以及生成后识别;最后,以《中国科技期刊研究》版权页为例,使用生成一个可识别的期刊版权页二维条码。这表明:二维条码在科技期刊中的应用在理论和技术上已具备可行性条件,应该努力推动期刊二维条码国家标准的修订与完善,促进其在科技期刊中的运用实施。

通过精心设计测试样本,对中国知网的学术不端检测系统进行多方面实验测试,分析检测结果,发现学术不端检测系统仅要求文后参考文献著录项中的题名(包括副标题)必须精确,题名中漏字、错字、多字、英文字母大小写状态错误、中英文字符切换状态错误等都会导致误检,其他的著录项如主要责任者、文献类型标志、出版物题名以及页码等录入错误将不会导致误检;另外,文后参考文献著录项前必须单独另起一行,并用“参考文献”标明,否则也会产生误检.研究结果说明:由于检测系统的误检而导致误检率极高,要求期刊编辑在检测文章时,必须对文后参考文献的格式和文章题名加以重视,尽量避免误检的情况发生.

数学公式表达方式对科技期刊文章被引用有极大影响,原因是其表达方式不规范导致读者对公式产生恐惧感。文章分析科技期刊数学公式表达普遍存在的问题,提出数学公式规范表达的5条建议,即在公式表达中要具备以下5方面的描述:1)公式应用说明;2)公式来源说明;3)公式符号表示;4)公式符号说明;5)公式整体解析。在具体实践中,通过投稿指南引导作者规范表达数学公式,编辑对数学公式表达实行规范化编辑加工。

对我国北方四省一区2009～2010年粮油作物的生产成本及单位面积种植效益进行了调查分析.研究结果表明:生产成本与纯收入的比值为1:1.23,其中人力成本最高,其次依次是肥料、种子、整地、农药、租地、水电费用.生产成本过高急需解决.而政府的种粮补贴对9种粮油作物的单位面积效益的位次没有影响.增加农民种植粮油作物的效益,需要从降低成本、增加科技投入、加速机械化和建设农产品市场入手.

Agricultural science journals began to go downhillin in the 1980s and 1990s.In such a situation,in recent years the magazine of New Agriculture has been trying to seek a new developmentway: It has changed from serving agricultural production to serving the New Countryside Building,from serving traditional agriculture to serving modern agriculture,from just waiting for opportunities to accumulating strength,from independent operation to joint operation,and from running in a close way to running in an open way.In addition,it has made the magazine content broader and richer,the covered focal points stand out,the creation of magazine-running environment able to get powers and influences together,the publishing channel unblocked and diversified,and the value of talents fully exploited.All the efforts have helped the magazine successfully reverse the passive trend of years of continually going downhill and realize a great-leap-forward development in the aspects of magazine quality,main magazine-running indexes and social influence.Practice has proved that the traditional journal-running concept for the current agricultural popular science journals is no longer suitable for the development of current rural politics,economy and society,which may be the root cause of these journals going downhill.Agricultural popular science journals are thought ought to judge the hour and size up the situation,examine themselves from the perspective of macro-environment in a scientific and rational way,try to change their concept on running a journal,and put into shape their ideas on development.Only so will they go into a rising period with the Chinese agricultural and rural economic development.

This paper deals with the following three functions of ideological and political work in the compus reform: ″focusing″, guidance and participation.
