Soybean is an economically important crop, which often suffers various abiotic stresses. REVEILLE (RVE) genes have been generally considered as circadian oscillators to mediate diverse developmental processes and plant response to environmental stresses. Addressing their roles is of significance for utilizing them to enhance agronomic traits in crops. However, our understanding of soybean RVEs is extremely limited. In the study, we investigated the expression patterns of soybean CCA1-like genes under salt stress using our RNA-Seq data. Subsequently, a salt stress-inducible gene, GmRVE8a, was chosen for further study. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that GmRVE8a is most closely related to Arabidopsis RVE4 and RVE8. Also, GmRVE8a showed circadian expression pattern with 24 h rhythmic period, suggesting that it might be a clock-regulated gene. Moreover, transgenic Arabidopsis lines over-expressing GmRVE8a were generated. It was observed that ectopic overexpression of GmRVE8a caused a significant delay in flowering. Further observation indicated that under salt and drought stress, transgenic seedlings were stronger than wild type. Consistently, three-week-old transgenic plants grew better than wild type under salt and drought conditions, and the MDA content in transgenic lines was significantly lower than wild type, suggesting that GmRVE8a might be a positive regulator in response to salt and drought stress. Intriguingly, Y2H assay indicated that GmRVE8a physically interacted with a drought-tolerant protein, GmNAC17. Overall, our findings provided preliminary information regarding the functional roles of GmRVE8a in response to salt and drought stress.
This paper adopts text analysis to explore the goal and theme of sustainable development education in China’s high school Chinese curriculum standards in the past century. In terms of the goal, the evolution of the number of references to goals in the curriculum standards has generally shown a gradual increase in the 21st century. In the 20th century, the frequency of target mentions developed relatively slowly and showed low growth; In the 21st century, the frequency of target mentions shows a rapid growth trend. As for the theme, it is characterized as a multicultural and unbalanced development of other aspects. Looking to the future, our high school Chinese curriculum standards should strengthen its focus on the behavioral and action dimensions, integrate into the concept of economic and environmental sustainability and promote the themes of globalization.
课堂管理对教育实践的影响是全球教育领域共同关注的重要议题.文章聚焦小学低年级教师课堂管理实践与学生的认知和社会情感技能发展,并针对二者的具体关系、作用机制及其影响因素进行探讨.通过对2008-2019年国际相关研究文献的系统性分析,借助文本挖掘发现普遍预防性干预方案在帮助儿童提高认知和社会情感技能方面有着较为广泛的应用,对课堂管理具有较好的实施效果,因此需对教育工作者进行课堂管理知识的培训.
解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)、沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachomatis,CT)和淋病奈瑟菌(neisseria gonorrhoeae,NG)均易感染人体泌尿生殖系统,是临床上常见的3种生殖道病原体;单纯疱疹病毒(herpes simplex virus,HSV)分为HSV-Ⅰ型和HSV-Ⅱ型两型,其中HSV-Ⅱ型主要感染泌尿生殖器及肛门部位皮肤黏膜而引起生殖器疱疹 [1]。本研究分析2020年4月到2021年4月来我院就诊的疑似生殖道感染的患者的病例资料探讨本地区泌尿生殖道感染病原体的流行特征及趋势。
选取1902—2017年颁布的31份物理课程标准,将其按照时间顺序划分为4个阶段,呈现出双主体互动、课程专业化、实验导向能力培养以及多主体协同的变化趋势,揭示了我国百年物理课程的阶段发展特征和演变规律.进一步选择共现频次、词频-逆文本频率(TF-IDF)和主题关联度3个指标,筛选出最具代表性的10个关键词的年度规律,以探索百年物理课程的逻辑演进与变革特征.最后基于初高中物理课程标准特征词的TF-IDF值的百年变化,反思其核心观念的演进历程.
Thyroid cancer is the malignant tumor that has the greatest impact on the endocrine system, among which papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common type, and its incidence has been increasing over the years. Proteomics technology helps to find key molecules in tumor development and screen potential tumor-related markers. In recent years, it has been widely used in the research of various malignant tumors such as lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, and thyroid cancer, and become a powerful tool for the detection of potential tumor markers. This article summarizes the application progress of mass spectrometry in the research of papillary thyroid carcinoma in recent years.

Objective:To compare the suction effect of modified and conventional strong suction devices on sand blasting dust during sand blasting cleaning.Methods:A pre-experiment was carried out using an oral bionic head mold containing 28 standard teeth to compare the dust suction effect of the modified and conventional strong suction devices under different conditions. Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 186 patients who underwent sandblasting treatment in Department of Periodontology in Hospital of Stomatology of Jilin University were selected from February to April 2019, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group used a modified strong suction device, while the control group used a clinical routine strong suction device. The comfort and VAS scores of patients in the two groups during the sandblasting treatment were compared.Results:Under the conditions of 1/3 and 2/3 of the amount of blasting, 5 and 10 minutes of blasting time and 15 cm and 30 cm of sandblasting powder collection distance, the dust reduction effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The comfort score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group and the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The modified strong suction device can control the spread of dust from pollution sources and improve the consulting room environment, thereby reducing the occupational hazards of medical staff, reducing the stimulating inducement of people with low immunity and improving the comfort of patients and the quality of nursing.
人组织谷氨酰胺转胺酶(TGM2)是一种具有转谷氨酰胺酶交联(TGase)、G蛋白信号转导和激酶活性的多功能酶,被认为在多种疾病中起作用.TGM2的mRNA通过选择性剪接进行调控,产生C端截短形式的TGM2,被预测具有独特的生化特性和生物学功能.本研究将生物信息学手段联合临床分析,基于Western blot方法及免疫组化法验证并观察蛋白TGM2在肺癌中的表达及诊断意义.
为了解我国高中科学学科素养的百年发展,本研究以不同时期的高中物理、化学和生物课程标准文本为研究对象,对其进行文本分析和比较,其中物理20份、化学20份和生物23份.首先对课程标准文本进行语义阐释,精确定位有关学科素养在不同时期的表述,对课程目标文本进行编码,并对编码的文本进行类目归类,统计各维度学科能力在目标文本中的频次,进而分析其所占比重,来考察课程对该维度素养的重视程度.综合考虑学科课程自身的发展、社会变迁对学科发展的要求、课程目标对学生关注向度的转换,将百年课程的发展历程划分为四个阶段:清末民初至建国前(1902-1949年)、建国初期至改革开放初期(1950-1987年)、改革开放十年至20世纪末(1988-2000年)、新课程改革至今(2001年至今).从纵向时间阶段的分析和横向学科间的对比,来明晰科学学科素养的百年发展历程,为基于本土的学科素养模型建构提供理论支持.
随着现代科技不断融入农业生产,智慧园艺成为提升园艺产业链效益与竞争力的最有效途径之一.然而,国内高校园艺专业人才培养主要还是采用基于传统园艺生产经营的培养体系,亟需利用现代科技对传统园艺专业进行改造升级.因此,我们将现代生物技术、信息技术、物联网技术、智能装备技术等智慧元素有机融入到传统园艺学科,建立一套利用现代科技对传统园艺专业改造升级的有效实施方案,同时构建一个适应现代园艺智慧生产需求的人才培养范式,以期为园艺专业高等教育传递经验并贡献方案.
【目的】MicroRNA156s(miR156s)是一类非常保守的小RNA家族,探究其能否参与植物种子成熟的复杂基因表达调控网络,对提高种子质量和产量等性状具有重要意义。【方法】基于前人建立的报告基因筛选体系,分别对突变体MIM156-gus及SPLs-ox进行GUS活性分析,利用qRT-PCR技术鉴定miR156家族不同成员的组织表达特异性及突变体材料中种子成熟关键调控因子的表达情况。【结果】GUS染色后,以gus23为背景材料的MIM156及靶标基因SPL2、SPL10和SPL11的过表达突变体均在播种后14 d的幼苗中展现出了GUS表型。miR156家族中,miR156a、d、e和j在果荚中的表达量最高,至少是14 d幼苗的20倍,且MIM156下调表达突变体中LEC1、ABI3和FUS3的表达水平均有不同程度升高。【结论】miR156的下调表达和SPLs的过表达诱导SSPs基因的异位表达,且MIM156促进LEC1、ABI3和FUS3基因的表达,说明miR156/SPLs作为调控因子参与植物种子成熟过程。
Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is a common endometrial disease and one of the main causes of infertility in women of childbearing age. Current treatment strategies, such as hysteroscopic adhesion resection, hysteroscopic transcervical resection of adhesion (TCRA), the use of local hormone drugs, and anti-adhesion scaffold implantation, do not provide a satisfactory pregnancy outcome for moderate-severe IUA, which presents a great challenge in reproductive medicine. With the development of material engineering, various bioactive and functional hydrogels have been developed using natural and synthetic biomaterials. These hydrogels are not only used as barely physical barriers but are also designed as vectors of hormone drugs, growth factors, and stem cells. These characteristics give bioactive hydrogels potentially important roles in the prevention and treatment of IUA. However, there is still no systematic review or consensus on the current advances and future research direction in this field. Herein, we review recent advances in bioactive hydrogels as physical anti-adhesion barriers, in situ drug delivery systems, and 3D cell delivery and culture systems for seeded cells in IUA treatment. In addition, current limitations and future perspectives are presented for further research guidance, which may provide a comprehensive understanding of the application of bioactive hydrogels in intrauterine adhesion treatment.
科学教育是建设创新型国家以及呼应科教强国政策的根本,对于科技创新人才的培养至关重要.美国国家科学教学研究学会的年会代表了全球最高规格的科学教育研究盛典,基于NARST 2020年会报告题目和摘要,采用定性与定量相结合的文本分析法,依次进行了词频分析、主题建构和共现演化三个阶段的研究.研究发现:教师的教、学生的学、教师教育、课程评估、科学文化是本届科学教育年会五个研究领域,STEM是贯穿其中的核心议题.基于行为科学理论、活动理论和知识整合理论的管理学与教育学的跨学科研究框架和关键要素,可以把STEM研究划分为理论-实践、结构-功能,宏观-微观和心理-行动这八个维度构成的多元分析框架;无监督LDA主题模型的关系建模全面、清晰地确定了全球科学教育最新的六大研究主题的发展脉络与趋势;国际科学教育研究极为重视职前和职后教师教育,高质量的教师是科学教育改革的重要引擎和支撑,教师的教与学生的学是探究教学机制的关键.最后对西方思潮影响的中国科学教育改革提出了审思.
西方的社会情感学习研究由来已久,在国际社会组织以及国家层面得到了广泛的认同,形成了风靡全球的理论和实践研究.本文首先探讨了西方社会情感学习的核心场域,深度剖析了基于学校和课堂的行动及评估活动;接着系统研究了西方社会情感学习的关系网络,揭示了以循证为导向的多元协同环境的构建;最后从探索社会情感能力的作用过程、开发跨学科课程群、形成和谐的校内外多维关系网、建构认知发展与社会情感能力相辅相成的生成机制这四个层面,对西方社会情感学习研究的国际经验和本土行动提出了展望.
随着世界范围内知识型和创新驱动型经济体规模的不断扩大,各国积极推进高等教育国际化,我国庞大的留学群体造就了繁荣的留学经济,并催生出留学中介市场,这是我国留学去精英化的国内外背景.个体是留学活动的主体,留学活动是价值关系中的客体,它因政策环境、经济因素、社会发展水平而发生变化,留学活动对主体需求的满足程度就是其价值所在,个体对留学的选择正是价值与阻碍因素的博弈.留学活动在实施与发展中往往不能按照预期释放价值,价值主体的需要也具有时效性,二者会共同表现出不忠实的价值关系,进而造成留学活动价值分化:在缩短差距的同时造成人才流失;推动教育国际化进程的同时引起广泛的教育焦虑;在精英学子走向卓越的同时,也有相当数量的留学生归于平庸.
目前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情引起全球关注.此次疫情让我们认识到,在全球化时代,青少年在面对突发公共卫生事件时应该具备相应的素养与能力.基于现在面临的新型冠状病毒疫情,文章对全球素养展开研究,探讨如何培养学生的全球意识,增强全球行动,继而落实到教育行动课程设计,以期为我国基础教育应对全球突发公共卫生事件时所应具备的全球素养教与学提供参考.
随着计算机科学技术被广泛应用于教育研究,基于海量数据计算的研究范式成为教育研究的重要手段,这也引发了教育研究基本视角和价值观念的转变。计算教育学正是对这种新兴教育研究范式的概括,是以大数据为基础,以复杂计算为核心,以算力为支持,以构建教育理论、解决教育问题、揭示教学规律为目标的研究领域。对相关文献进行聚类分析后发现,计算教育学主要涉及六大热点:在线社会媒体中的学习行为和学业表现,人工智能和云计算在学习管理中的应用,教育数据挖掘和学习分析,数字化课程的评价和创新,针对教学过程的教育仿真和文本挖掘,涉及师生人格品质的数据挖掘。对典型研究案例进行剖析后发现,计算教育学研究在操作路径上具有如下共性:一是得益于体量庞大的数据,相较于精度,更追求宏观层面对数据的洞察;二是研究的起点是"基于数据"而非"基于假设",强调让数据"开口说话";三是在数据收集上倾向于获取"即时数据"。未来,我国计算教育学研究应当实现如下转变:从关注学的过程到关注教学过程,从研究学生认知过程到研究师生互动机制,从勤于技术突破到回归教育内涵,从借鉴国际经验到融合本土特色。
新中国成立以来,我国学生作业研究经历了对苏联相关理论的完全效仿、从局部反思中暴露根本问题、从观念到实践的整体改革三个时期,“作业设计”逐渐成为作业研究的一个重要领域.作业设计在思路、形式、内容等方面的研究取得了一定的突破.目前,研究呈现以下态势:在争论中逐渐找到平衡点;研究问题不断聚焦于教学研究的热点问题,并细化到具体的学科中;由教学视域逐步走向与课程视域的融合.
我国少先队教育活动发展的进程可划分为四个时期:形成与初步发展时期、破坏与恢复时期、探索与提高时期、革新时期.各个阶段呈现不同的特征,主要有荣誉教育、组织教育、自我教育、素质教育.四个阶段的发展带给我们启示:要继承传统,推陈出新;坚持自我教育与社会教育;坚持集体主义教育与注重个性发展;树立榜样并深入实践.
