BACKGROUND:Aflatoxin serves as a distinct risk factor for hepatic carcinoma, making the investigation into its association with hepatic carcinoma is essential for unraveling the molecular underpinnings of oncogenesis and devising therapeutic strategies for tumors. However, the mechanism by which aflatoxin causes liver cancer is not yet clear. This article aims to analyze the latest research progress and cutting-edge exploration directions for aflatoxin-induced liver cancer. METHOD:This research relies on the Web of Science core collection for information retrieval, leveraging the broad scope of the SCI-EXPANDED index to guarantee comprehensiveness and high precision of the gathered data. From April 30, 2014 to April 30, 2024, relevant original research literature and reviews on aflatoxin and liver cancer were retrieved. Subsequently, VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and R software were used to visualize and analyze the articles. RESULTS:A total of 597 relevant studies were obtained, with 3228 authors from 1116 organizations in 94 countries. America and China are major contributors to international publications. Groopman, John D has the most publications, and Jessica Zucman-Rossi has the highest number of citations. Guangxi Medical University, China Agricultural University, Johns Hopkins University, etc were the main research institutions. Toxins, Food and Chemical Toxicology are popular journals in this field, and the most cited journal is Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Research primarily focuses on 4 areas: the correlation between aflatoxin contamination, exposure levels, and the progression of hepatic carcinoma; the underlying processes by which aflatoxin inflicts liver injury that may result in hepatic carcinoma; the combined impact of aflatoxin B1 and the hepatitis B virus (HBV) on the onset of hepatic carcinoma; and strategies for the prevention and management of aflatoxin-induced hepatic malignancies. Specifically, aflatoxins can induce hepatotoxicity, immunotoxicity, alter expression of coding genes and noncoding RNAs, and synergize with hepatitis B virus to promote hepatocarcinogenesis. Physical, chemical, and biological methods have been widely employed to degrade aflatoxins for liver cancer prevention and control, among which biological control have garnered significant attention from researchers. CONCLUSION:Research on the aflatoxin-hepatic carcinoma link is rapidly advancing. Furthermore, it confirms aflatoxin's pivotal role in the pathogenesis of liver cancer.
Background:Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) demonstrates growing potential in liver cancer management, yet a comprehensive overview mapping the intellectual landscape and evolving trends of this field is lacking. This study aims to fill this gap by conducting a systematic bibliometric analysis of TCM for liver cancer research over the past decade. Methods:We performed a bibliometric analysis of publications related to TCM and liver cancer retrieved from major databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, VIP, and Web of Science. The search timeframe spanned from February 14, 2015, to the search date (February 14, 2025). The literature was analyzed using scientific mapping tools, such as CiteSpace, Origin 2024, R, and VOSviewer, to identify publication trends, collaborative networks, research hotspots, and frontier topics. Results:The analysis reveals a steadily growing and globally engaged field, with China being the dominant contributor. While core research teams are emerging, international and cross-regional collaborations remain limited. A clear thematic divergence exists: international literature primarily focuses on exploring the pharmacological mechanisms of TCM compounds, whereas Chinese-language studies place greater emphasis on clinical applications, medication rules, data mining, and TCM syndrome differentiation. Key emerging research frontiers include mechanisms of action, omics technologies, bioinformatics technology, network pharmacology and molecular docking, TCM syndrome research, TCM theory innovation and exploration, TCM nanodelivery, data mining, and deep learning. Conclusion:This bibliometric review provides a comprehensive landscape of TCM research for liver cancer, highlighting its dynamic growth and the complementary nature of mechanistic and clinical research streams. The findings underscore the necessity for enhanced international collaboration to bridge existing gaps and foster integrated, innovative approaches for advancing TCM in oncology.
Background:Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease of unknown cause. Common subtypes include generalized LP, linear LP, annular LP, and hypertrophic LP. Current clinical evidence suggests that lichen planus is a T-cell-mediated autoimmune disorder. Therefore, an increasing number of clinicians are opting for biologics or immunomodulators to manage lichen planus, but the reported evidence on their efficacy and safety remains limited. Case Summary:This case report describes a 32-year-old female with pre-existing localized lichen planus (LP) who developed generalized LP after IL-4Rα inhibitor dupilumab therapy. Following three dupilumab injections, progressive dissemination of pruritic pink-to-flesh-coloured or light-brown papules to the trunk and limbs was observed. The lesions regressed upon dupilumab discontinuation and pharmacological intervention. Diagnosis was confirmed by dermoscopy and histopathology. Conclusion:A temporal correlation and Naranjo adverse drug reaction score of 8 indicated dupilumab as the trigger, likely via Th1/Th2 immune deviation. This first-documented paradoxical reaction underscores dupilumab's potential to trigger generalized LP through immune deviation.
We present a case of rosacea recurrence in a 37-year-old woman associated with the intake of compound vitamin tablets during the preconception period, with a Naranjo score of 7. These tablets, commonly used for nutritional supplementation to prevent anemia, contain a variety of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Despite their widespread use, reports of such supplements causing rosacea recurrence are rare. In this case, the patient experienced a recurrence of facial redness, stinging, and burning after taking the tablets on two separate occasions. Skin dermatoscopy, VISIA imaging, Clinician's Erythema Assessment (CEA), Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA), and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) all confirmed the recurrence of rosacea. Given her intention to conceive, symptomatic treatment with emollient and reparative dressings was administered. The patient's symptoms gradually resolved after discontinuing the medication, with no recurrence observed during follow-up visits. Women with a history of rosacea should avoid these tablets during preconception, pregnancy, and lactation to prevent recurrence and should choose supplements carefully to minimize the risk of rosacea flare-ups.
Introduction:Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) stands as one of the most prevalent malignancies, and chemotherapy remains the primary treatment for advanced stages. However, the high expression of ABC binding cassette transporters, including MRP, P-gp, and LRP, along with multidrug resistance proteins, has been identified as a significant factor contributing to decreased chemotherapy drug sensitivity. This study aims to explore the impact and underlying mechanisms of Curculiginis Rhizoma [Hypoxidaceae; Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.] (CR) in combination with cisplatin on improving chemoresistance mediated by ABC binding cassette transporters and multidrug resistance proteins in NSCLC.Methods and Results:To unravel the relationship between JNK, MRP, P-gp, and LRP in NSCLC and gain insights into the regulatory mechanism of CR, this study employs an integrated approach encompassing bioinformatics, molecular docking, molecular dynamics, animal and cellular experiments. Bioinformatics analysis revealed a significant increase in the expression levels of JNK, MRP, P-gp, and LRP subtypes in multidrug-resistant non-small cell lung cancer. Subsequent animal experiments have shown that the combination of CR with cisplatin can improve the survival rate of lung cancer mice. Molecular docking and molecular dynamics analyses demonstrated favorable binding interactions between curculigoside and the aforementioned subtypes of JNK, MRP, P-gp, and LRP. In cellular experiments, the combination of cisplatin with both curculigoside and CR extract resulted in a notable decrease in cell viability and downregulation of the expression of JNK1, JNK2, MRP1, MRP2, MRP4, P-gp, and LRP1 in A549/cis cells.Conclusion:Remarkably, curculigoside exerted a significant downregulation effect on the expression levels of JNK1, MRP1, MRP2, MRP4, and LRP1. CR, particularly its main effective metabolite, curculigoside, has the potential to enhance the sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer to cisplatin by regulating levels of JNK/MRP/LRP/P-gp and mitigating multidrug resistance.
The plant microbiome is one of the key determinants of healthy plant growth. However, the complexity of microbial diversity in plant microenvironments in different regions, especially the relationship between subsurface and aboveground microorganisms, is not fully understood. The present study investigated the diversity of soil microorganisms in different regions and the diversity of microorganisms within different ecological niches, and compared soil microorganisms and endophytic microorganisms. 16 S and ITS sequencing was used to sequence the soil and endophytes microbiome of honeysuckle. Alpha diversity analysis and principal component analysis (PCoA) were used to study the soil and endophyte microbial communities, and the function of endophyte bacteria and fungi was predicted based on the PICRUST2 process and FUNGuild. In total, there were 382 common bacterial genera and 139 common fungal genera in the soil of different producing areas of honeysuckle. There were 398 common bacterial genera and 157 common fungal genera in rhizosphere soil. More beneficial bacteria were enriched in rhizosphere soil. Endophytic bacteria were classified into 34 phyla and 770 genera. Endophytic fungi were classified into 11 phyla and 581 genera, among which there were significant differences in the dominant genera of roots, stems, leaves, and flowers, as well as in community diversity and richness. Endophytic fungal functions were mainly dominated by genes related to saprophytes, functional genes that could fight microorganisms were also found in KEGG secondary functional genes. More beneficial bacteria were enriched in rhizosphere soil of honeysuckle, and the microbial network of the rhizosphere is more complex than that of the soil. Among the tissues of honeysuckle, the flowers have the richest diversity of endophytes. The endogenous dominant core bacteria in each part of honeysuckle plant have a high degree of overlap with the dominant bacteria in soil. Functional prediction suggested that some dominant core bacteria have antibacterial effects, providing a reference for further exploring the strains with antibacterial function of honeysuckle. Understanding the interaction between honeysuckle and microorganisms lays a foundation for the study of growth promotion, quality improvement, and disease and pests control of honeysuckle from the perspective of microorganisms.
Rationale:Gefitinib is a potent and selective orally active growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is commonly used to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with activating EGFR mutations. Hearing impairment with gefitinib was sparsely reported. In this report, we describe a case of sensorineural deafness associated with the administration of gefitinib, with a Naranjo score of 7.Patient concerns:An 81-year-old female was diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis and an EGFR-activating mutation. The patient was prescribed gefitinib tablets at a daily dose of 250 mg for lung adenocarcinoma treatment. However, the patient experienced moderate to severe bilateral sensorineural deafness, primarily in her right ear, after taking gefitinib. Following the cessation of gefitinib administration, the patient exhibited partial restoration of auditory function. Upon resuming the medication, she experienced a worsening of deafness.Diagnoses:The otoscopic audiogram and hearing test indicated moderate to severe bilateral sensorineural deafness.Interventions:The otolaryngologist recommended bilateral hearing aids to enhance hearing function.Outcomes:Throughout our follow-up period, the patient did not receive a hearing aid implant.Lessons:This article first reported the ototoxicity caused by gefitinib. While rare, our report highlights that gefitinib-induced sensorineural deafness is possible and its mechanisms are still unclear. This adverse reaction should be monitored closely during clinical application of gefitinib to improve patient outcomes.
目的 研究金银花的表面微生物的组成和抑菌功能,一方面为金银花药材表面可能存在的污染菌提供参考,另一方面对其功能菌进行深入挖掘.方法 以河南封丘、山东平邑、河北巨鹿三个地区的金银花药材为研究对象,利用微生物培养技术,分离并鉴定其种属,并在此基础上检测其抑菌活性.结果 金银花表面菌群丰富,分离得到表面微生物53株,分布于5门7纲8目12科15属;群落组成显示,存在镰刀菌属、链格孢属、裂褶菌属、青霉属等污染菌;在抑菌拮抗实验中得到一株真菌,鉴定为非洲哈茨木霉,其能够抑制枯草芽孢杆菌.结论 金银花表面既存在污染菌,同时也存在功能菌,为防治真菌的污染和反向挖掘微生物的功能提供理论依据.
BackgroundPatients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are at increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) compared to the general population. However, little is known about the effects of tobacco smoking on CVD in patients with SLE.ObjectiveTo systematically review and summarize the available literature regarding the effects of tobacco smoking on developing CVD in patients with SLE.MethodsWe retrieved relevant studies from the following databases: PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science and China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) database. Two reviewers independently reviewed the eligible studies, assessed their validity, and extracted relevant data. Sensitivity and subgroup analyses were performed to distinguish sources of heterogeneity.ResultsA total of 10 studies, which comprised 6984 participants, were included in the analysis. The overall quality of evidence was rated as moderate to low. The smoking prevalence among CVD patients was 39.28% (271/690), which was higher than 31.36% (1974/6294) among non-CVD patients. Compared with never-smokers, the risk of developing CVD in current smokers was 1.42 (95% CI: 1.21–1.66). No significant publication bias was found in our meta-analysis.ConclusionsIn spite of the several negative results, this study found that current smokers with SLE have an increased risk of developing CVD, although most of the included studies were in low-to-moderate quality.Systematic Review Registrationhttps://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/, identifier CRD42022338109.
中成药是我国医疗卫生体系中药品的一大特色和优势,其剂型多样,品种繁多,临床应用十分广泛.据相关统计,我国获批国产中药批文共59 474个,共涉及中成药品种9 629个,剂型42种.综合性医院中,西医所开出的中成药占医疗机构全部售出中成药的84%[1-2].随着中成药临床使用范围的扩大,安全性问题也日趋严峻,除中成药的质量状况外[3],临床合理应用方面更为明显,如用药过量,重复用药、联合用药不当,超用药禁忌、功效及毒副作用考虑不周等[4-5].近年来发生的"鱼腥草注射液事件""双黄连注射液事件""茵栀黄注射液事件"等中成药安全性事件,对中成药的临床应用产生了巨大的不良影响,其中重要的原因就是中成药临床使用缺乏科学的、符合中成药特点的、实用性强的规范性文件.国家发布了《中成药临床应用指导原则》(2010版),但从实施效果来看,中成药临床合理使用仍需进一步规范,亟需制定具有实用性、针对性、科学性的中成药临床使用规范.
目的:通过整合分析甘草抗炎活性与性状特征数据,研究感官评价的科学性.方法:基于核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体细胞模型,建立甘草的抗炎生物效价测定方法,根据测定生物效价将采集的甘草样品分级.通过电子鼻、色彩色差仪等采集不同等级甘草样品的性状信息,通过主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)分析不同等级甘草的差异性,并进一步考察性状特征与甘草抗炎活性的关联性.结果:实验结果显示,甘草提取物对尼日利亚菌素诱导的小鼠原代骨髓巨噬细胞NLRP3炎症小体的激活具有明显抑制作用,根据甘草的抗炎生物效价,可将10批次甘草分为两个等级,一等甘草的生物效价为5.949~11.418 U·mg-1,二等甘草的生物效价为1.575~1.887 U·mg-1;PCA结果显示,两等级甘草可以聚成两类;OPLS-DA结果显示,R2X=0.534,R2Y=0.863,Q2=0.75,模型的拟合能力较好,预测能力较强,并且发现色度值b*和断面直径(2R)的变量重要性投影(variable important inprojection,VIP)分别为1.54294、1.26011,均大于1,两者可能是导致两等级甘草药效差异的关键参数,经过实测值比较,两等级甘草在b*上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:研究表明,甘草的b*与甘草抗炎活性具有显著的相关性,是其质量评价的一个重要指标,也佐证了甘草传统评价具有一定的科学性.
人体的免疫功能是维持身体健康的重要生理性功能,在免疫系统的功能受损或低下时,会对人的身体健康产生严重影响.甘草作为一种补益类中药,有补脾益气之功,对人体的免疫功能具有增强作用,在开发成免疫增强新药方面具有独特优势和发展潜力.通过对近期国内外甘草免疫增强作用的相关文献进行收集和整理,从所含化合物的结构特点、分类及药理作用等方面阐述了甘草增强免疫的物质基础,并以甘草的药效成分为基础综述了甘草促进免疫细胞增殖、影响体内细胞因子和抗体水平以及调控相关酶表达等增强免疫的分子机制,以期为免疫增强药物的研发提供新的思路,为甘草免疫作用的进一步研究提供参考.
Background: Multiple studies have revealed that idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients are more at risk for cardiovascular diseases and that many IPF patients receive cardiovascular medications like statins, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and anticoagulants. Existing studies have reported divergent findings on the link between cardiovascular medications and fibrotic disease processes. The aim of this study is to synthesize the evidence on the efficacy of cardiovascular medications in IPF.Methods: We searched studies reporting the effect of cardiovascular medications on IPF in the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and two Chinese databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure database and China Wanfang database). We calculated survival data, forced vital capacity (FVC) decline, and IPF-related mortality to assess the efficacy of cardiovascular medications in IPF. We also estimated statistical heterogeneity by using I2 and Cochran Q tests, and publication bias was evaluated by risk of bias tools ROBINS-I.Results: A total of 12 studies were included in the analysis. The included studies had moderate-to-serious risk of bias. Statin use was associated with a reduction in mortality (hazard ratio (HR), 0.89; 95% CI 0.83–0.97). Meta-analysis did not demonstrate any significant relationship between statin use and the FVC decline (HR, 0.86; 95% CI 0.73–1.02), ACEI/ARB use, and survival data (HR, 0.92; 95% CI 0.73–1.15) as well as anticoagulant use and survival data (HR, 1.16; 95% CI 0.62–2.19).Conclusion: Our study suggested that there is a consistent relationship between statin therapy and survival data in IPF population. However, there is currently insufficient evidence to conclude the effect of ACEI, ARB, and anticoagulant therapy on IPF population especially to the disease-related outcomes in IPF.
The major objective of this study was to evaluate the inhibitory effect of essential oil (EO) from Zanthoxylum armatum DC. on Aspergillus flavus. The chemical composition of the EO was identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometer. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of EO was investigated by liquid fermentation. The morphology, colony number, and aflatoxin content of A. flavus in platycladi semen were investigated by stereomicroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, plate counting, and high-performance liquid chromatography. The results indicated that the MIC of EO was 0.8 μL⋅mL–1, and the main components were β-phellandrene (7.53%), D-limonene (13.24%), linalool (41.73%), terpinen-4-ol (5.33%), and trans-nerolidol (6.30%). After the EO fumigated the platycladi semen, the growth of A. flavus slowed, and the mycelium shrank considerably. The number of colonies after EO treatment at room temperature and cold storage was significantly reduced, the inhibition effect was better under cold storage, and the aflatoxin B1 content did not exceed the standard within 100 days. Therefore, this study demonstrated the good potential of A. flavus growth inhibition during the storage of platycladi semen.
目的:研究不同产地远志中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2(AFB1、AFB2、AFG1、AFG2)的污染情况及贮藏过程中黄曲霉菌的变化.方法:收集12批不同产地的远志药材,采用性状、显微及DNA分子鉴定方法对其表面的黄曲霉菌进行鉴定;利用超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定其黄曲霉毒素含量;通过稀释平板法观察远志在北京贮藏6个月以来其表面黄曲霉菌的变化情况.结果:12批远志药材表面均分离鉴定出了黄曲霉菌,且全部检出黄曲霉毒素,其中33.3%的样品超过《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版中远志项下黄曲霉毒素B1、黄曲霉毒素总量的限定标准.结合北京的气候条件分析,在温度、湿度较高的夏季,远志表面的黄曲霉菌数量最多,在温、湿度较低的秋冬季节,远志表面的黄曲霉菌数量较低.结论:远志表面黄曲霉毒素污染问题十分严重,贮藏条件的温度、湿度变化对远志表面的黄曲霉菌数量有很大影响,可作为优化远志贮藏条件的参考依据.
目的 建立紫草药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为该药材的验收提供参考.方法 色谱柱为Shimadzu VP-ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为274 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL.采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2012.0版)进行相似度评价.结果 建立了紫草药材的HPLC指纹图谱,共确定14个共有峰,去氧紫草素色谱峰为对照峰,供试品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度多在0.7以上.结论 所建立的紫草药材HPLC指纹图谱方法分离效果好、结果准确、高效,可为医院紫草药材的验收提供参考.
淫羊藿在不同本草医书中药性记载不同,即有的记载为寒性,有的记载为温性.本文通过系统梳理中国历代本草对淫羊藿的"寒""温"药性的认识,同时对淫羊藿的基源进行考证,多角度分析淫羊藿"寒""温"药性变化的原因.据考证发现从东汉的《神农本草经》到宋朝的《证类本草》记载淫羊藿的药性均为"寒"性,但自明代李时珍的《本草纲目》将其改为"温"后,此后历代本草、医书及当今的中药辞典、中药教科书等书籍多载为"温",只有少数古籍记载为"寒",而这些明代之后仍记载"寒"性的著作,如《神农本草经读》《神农本草经赞》等均是对《神农本草经》的解读和深化,故不排除遵古的思想;另外,各代淫羊藿来源也是相同的.所以淫羊藿药性的差异变化,可能是不同年代,不同环境,不同医家的医疗实践,所获取的临床经验的差异,为了对新的实践结果在理论上获得支持,则出现了对其性味的重新思考,故将药性由寒改温.
BACKGROUND:Aspirin is the first-line medication for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). However, long-term use of aspirin resulting in gastrointestinal mucosal injury and bleeding limits the regularity of medication. Xuesaitong is a marketed Chinese medicine contained main active component in Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS), which can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation in patients with CHD. Our previous studies have already showed that PNS could reduce the gastrointestinal mucosal injury caused by aspirin in preclinical study. However, there is a need for further clinical studies to evaluate synergy and attenuation effect of the combination.METHODS:This trial is a prospectively planned, open-labeled, parallel-grouped, single-centered clinical trial. A total of eligible 480 participants will be randomly allocated into three groups: aspirin group, Xuesaitong group, and drug combination group at a ratio of 1 : 1 : 1. The primary outcome is the change of platelet aggregation rate and calprotectin activity. Secondary outcomes include PAC-1, P-selectin, P2Y12, I-FABP activity, and fecal occult blood. Discussion. The results of the study are expected to provide evidence of high methodological and reporting quality on the synergy function of Xuesaitong and aspirin upon the antiplatelet and anti-gastrointestinal injury effect for CHD. It also provides an experimental basis for clinical rational drug combination therapy. Trial Registration. Background: Administration of aspirin has the potential for significant side effects of gastrointestinal (GI) injury mainly caused by gastric acid stimulation, especially in long-term users or users with original gastrointestinal diseases. The debate on the optimal treatment of aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury is ongoing. We aimed to compare and rank the different treatments for aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury based on current evidence. Methods: We searched PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials), and Chinese databases for published randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of different treatments for aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury from inception to 1 May 2021. All of the direct and indirect evidence included was rated by network meta-analysis under a Bayesian framework. Results: A total of 10 RCTs, which comprised 503 participants, were included in the analysis. The overall quality of evidence was rated as moderate to high. Eleven different treatments, including omeprazole, lansoprazole, rabeprazole, famotidine, geranylgeranylacetone, misoprostol, ranitidine bismuth citrate, chili, phosphatidylcholine complex, omeprazole plus rebamipide, and placebo, were evaluated in terms of preventing gastrointestinal injury. It was suggested that omeprazole plus rebamipide outperformed other treatments, whereas geranylgeranylacetone and placebo were among the least treatments. Conclusion: This is the first systematic review and network meta-analysis of different treatments for aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury. Our study suggested that omeprazole plus rebamipide might be considered the best option to treat aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury. More multicenter, high quality, large sample size randomized controlled trials will confirm the advantages of these medicines in the treatment of aspirin-induced gastrointestinal injury in the future.
目的:基于北京市医疗机构中药饮片处方质量指标监测平台收集的处方数据,探讨五味子在临床的使用剂量及应用规律.方法:通过2018年北京市医疗机构中药饮片处方质量指标监测平台,收集北京市6家三级甲等中医医院门诊含五味子的内服处方,建立数据库,采用Excel 2010软件统计五味子使用剂量频次、频率、主治分布、配伍药物分类和比例等数据,对其基本用药剂量及配伍结构规律进行分析.结果 与结论:五味子总使用频次为12417次,目前临床上五味子的常用剂量范围为6~12 g,常用剂量为10 g(5967次,占48.06%)、6 g(3248次,占26.16%);其中儿童常用剂量为6 g.五味子主治疾病主要为肺系疾病,其次为心系疾病.处方中共涉及到745味中药,其中与五味子配伍频次较高的药物有183味,可分为16类,配伍使用频次排序居前3位的为补虚类、清热类和解表类.五味子与其常配伍中药的剂量比例以1:1为多,数据分析结果较客观地反映了北京地区6家中医医疗机构中五味子的临床应用规律,可为五味子在临床中的应用以及门诊中药饮片处方点评提供参考.
