Inflammatory bowel disorders (IBD) can lead to severe complications like perforation, bleeding, and colon cancer, posing life-threatening risks. Lycium ruthenicum Murray (L. ruthenicum Murr.), rich in polysaccharides, has been utilized in traditional diets for thousands of years. This study explores the protective effects of the polysaccharide of L. ruthenicum on mice with dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis. In the present study, a pectic polysaccharide (LRWP-Ap) containing arabinogalactan (AG) and homogalacturonic acid (HG) structural domains with a Mw of 4.34 kDa was obtained from L. ruthenicum Murr. Fruit. The gavage administration of LRWP-Ap significantly alleviated symptoms of DSS-induced colitis in mice. In this process, LRWP-Ap modulated the balance of Arg-1/iNOS to regulate the metabolism of arginine, and the levels of intestinal tight junction (TJ) (ZO-1, Occludin, and Claudin 1) were increased by LRWP-Ap treatment, which promoted intestinal barrier function. In addition, LRWP-Ap alleviated the inflammatory response while increasing the anti-inflammatory response by reducing the level of proinflammatory factors, enhancing the level of anti-inflammatory factors (IL-10) and improving the balance of Treg/Th17 cells. These effects resulted in the maintenance of intestinal immune homeostasis. Moreover, LRWP-Ap modulated the gut microbiota composition and short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) content, which may maintain relatively favorable intestinal homeostasis. In general, LRWP-Ap has the potential to alleviate IBD, and the use of L. ruthenicum Murr. As a natural functional food to improve gut health in the context of DSS-induced colitis.
Hirsutella sinensis (H. sinensis), a substitute for a valuable edible and medicinal fungus, Cordyceps sinensis, is well known for its various of beneficial pharmacological properties. However, research on the effects of H. sinensis on colitis in mice is limited. In our previous studies, we carried out a systematic classification and structural identification of the polysaccharides in H. sinensis. Here, we utilized a murine model of colitis induced by a 3 % dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) administration to investigate the protective effects of the H. sinensis myceliumderived starch-like polysaccharide (HSWP-1a) on colitis. Our findings demonstrate that HSWP-1a effectively mitigates DSS-induced weight loss, reduces colon tissue damage, increases tight junction protein expression, and restores intestinal barrier function. Notably, during this process, HSWP-1a reversed the DSS-induced increase in M1/M2 macrophage polarization and the Th17/Treg cell balance, ameliorating the DSS-induced decrease in antiinflammatory cytokine expression while inhibiting the DSS-induced increase in proinflammatory cytokine levels and mediating immune tolerance to maintain local intestinal immune homeostasis. Furthermore, HSWP-1a is capable of regulating the intestinal microbiota, enhancing the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, and reducing the abundance of harmful bacteria like Proteobacteria and Cyanobacteria. HSWP-1a also restores the levels of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) to maintain the balanced intestinal microenvironment. Overall, HSWP-1a achieves its colitis-protective effects through its ability to strengthen the intestinal barrier, regulate the immune system, and restore gut microbiota interactions. These findings suggest that HSWP-1a has potential as a valuable food supplement or nutritional health product for alleviating colitis.
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most prevalent and aggressive type of brain tumor in the central nervous system. Clinical outcomes for patients with GBM are unsatisfactory. Here, we aimed to identify novel, reliable prognostic factors for GBM. Cox and interactive analyses were used to identify hub genes from The Cancer Genome Atlas and the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas datasets. After validation using various cohorts, survival analysis, meta-analysis, and prognostic analysis were performed. Coexpression and enrichment analyses were performed to elucidate the biological pathways of hub genes involved in GBM. ESTIMATE and CIBERSORT methods were applied to analyze the association of hub genes with the tumor microenvironment (TME). Paxillin (PXN) was identified as a hub gene with a high expression in GBM. PXN expression was negatively correlated with overall survival, progression-free survival, and disease-free survival in patients with GBM. Meta-analysis and Cox analysis revealed that PXN could act as an independent prognostic factor in GBM. In addition, PXN was significantly coexpressed with signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 and transforming growth factor β1 and participated in focal adhesion, extracellular matrix/receptor interactions, and the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/AKT signaling pathway. The results of ESTIMATE and CIBERSORT analyses revealed that PXN was implicated in TME alterations, particularly the infiltration of regulatory T cells, activated memory T cells, and activated natural killer cells. PXN may be a reliable prognostic factor for GBM. Further studies are needed to validate these findings.
脑胶质瘤( Glioma )是最常见的颅内肿瘤〔1〕,约占颅内原发肿瘤的一半,其恶性率是全身肿瘤的2% ~3% 〔2〕.Glioma 可分为低级别胶质瘤和高级别胶质瘤.高级别胶质瘤具有迅速性侵袭生长、血管不正常增生、容易破坏脑组织等生物学特性,这使得恶性胶质瘤治疗难度大,且预后较差.胶质母细胞瘤( GBM)是常见的脑恶性肿瘤,经过系统治疗后其中位生存时间仍少于15个月〔3,4〕.目前,GBM经过手术、放化疗等治疗后效果仍达不到患者及家属的心理预期.本文对Glioma治疗现状及临床进展进行综述.
Nitraria tangutorun Bobr. has been used for thousands of years as a native folk medicine to alleviate dizziness and neurasthenia due to oxygen. In our previous study, natural antioxidant components (namely, NJBE) were isolated from industrial N. tangutorun Bobr. juice byproducts (NJBE) from the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. The current investigation assessed the effects of NJBE on ischemic stroke in mice and the potential mechanisms. C57BL/6 mice received NJBE (25, 50, or 100 mg/Kg) by gavage for 14 days and then stroke was induced by the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, followed by reperfusion for 72 h. The evaluation of brain infarct size, behavioral tests, and functional assessments was conducted to assess the effects of NJBE after MCAO. Our results suggested that NJBE significantly decreases infarct size, improves neurological deficits, as well as reduces the number of GFAP+ and Iba-1+ cells after MCAO. NJBE inhibited nitric oxide and malondialdehyde production in the ischemic brain. Meanwhile, it attenuated the expressions of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx). Also, NJBE significantly attenuated the expression levels of proinflammatory indicators, including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-12. This process was accompanied by the downregulation of TLR4, TRAF6, pIκB/pIκB, and MMP9 expression and the upregulation of claudin-5 expression. NJBE induced improvements in brain injury. The neuroprotective effect of NJBE provides evidence for its potential application in stroke treatment.
目的:观察中药癣酊联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣的临床疗效.方法:将240例手足癣患者随机分为西药组、中药组和综合组,每组80例.西药组给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外涂,每日2次;中药组给予中药癣酊外涂,每日2次;综合组给予中药癣酊、萘替芬酮康唑乳膏联合外涂,每日2次.2周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程.用药后观察两组患者治疗过程中症状评分的变化情况,2个月后随访并记录复发情况.结果:治疗后,综合组愈显率高于中药组和西药组(P<0.05);中药组和西药组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,3组患者症状评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);综合组症状评分均低于西药组和中药组(P<0.05).3组患者均未出现明显不良反应.随访2个月后,3组患者复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:中药癣酊联合萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗手足癣疗效显著,不良反应小,安全性高.
目的 观察救必应溶液治疗念珠菌性间擦疹的临床疗效.方法 选取我科2017年5月-2018年4月治疗的念珠菌性间擦疹患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,治疗组给予救必应溶液冷湿敷患处,20 min/次,3次/d;对照组予氟康唑注射液冷湿敷患处,20 min/次,3次/d.1周为1个疗程,观察2个疗程.观察治疗过程中皮损症状积分的变化,比较临床总有效率和真菌转阴率.结果 治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率77.8%,对照组治疗总有效率88.0%(P>0.05);治疗组转阴率77.8%,对照组转阴率88.0%(P>0.05).2组患者治疗后皮损症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 救必应溶液冷敷治疗念珠菌性间擦疹可有效改善患者临床症状,抑制皮肤念珠菌生长,促进真菌转阴,无不良反应.
目的:观察乌梅丸加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮的疗效及安全性.方法:采用随机、双盲、双模拟和对照研究方法.入选病例1 18例,可评价疗效和安全性病例110例.对照组采用米诺环素胶囊和乌梅丸模拟颗粒口服;治疗组采用乌梅丸加减颗粒和米诺环素模拟胶囊口服;两组均外涂阿达帕林凝胶,疗程6周.于用药3个月后观察疗效、不良反应和复发情况.结果:治疗组临床有效率为94.7%、对照组临床有效率为88.7%,两组比较疗效相当;兼症变化方面,治疗组较对照组显著改善(P<0.05).治疗组复发率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义.两组均未见明显的不良反应.结论:乌梅丸加减联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗上热下寒型痤疮临床疗效高,安全可靠,复发率低,值得推广应用.
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of older pa-tients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods 90 older patients with PHN from June 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divid-ed into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received modified buyang huanwu decoction. The control group received compound glycyrrhizin tablets and indomethacin tablets. Both groups were treated with lidocaine hydrochloride gel and red light irradiation. The therapeutic effect, visual analog scale (VAS) and hamilton depressive scale-17 (HAMD) were evaluated af-ter 3 courses of treatment. Results VAS score and HAMD-17 score were decreased at the end of the treatment than before treatment and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The overall response rate was sig-nificantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (91.1% vs 71.1% ). Within six months, the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.1% vs 33.3% ) (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified buyang huanwu decoction is an effective, safe and reliable method for the treatment of PHN in older patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-2 ( IL-2 ) activated NK cells on gliomas in animal models. Methods The nude mice were divided into seven groups. A:sterile nude mice control group;B:in vivo transplan-tation GBM group;C:in vivo injection of IL-2 group;D:injection of NK cells group;E:simultaneous transplantation of BGM tissue and NK cells group;F:simultaneous transplantation of IL-2 and NK cells group;G:simultaneoustransplantation of BGM,NK cells and IL-2 group. To observe the growth of nude mice,the growth of tumor in nude mice,the emergence time of the tumor,the growth of the tumor ( size and weight) data etc,and carry out statistical analysis. Results NK cells have hadinhibition and killing effect on GBM,and IL-2 can promote the inhibition and killing effect of NK cells on GBM,and can coulddelay the growth of glioma. Conclusion NK cells have the effect of inhibiting the human brain glioma and lay the foundation for the clinical immunotherapy of glioma.
目的 观察润肤祛风汤为主综合疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证的临床疗效. 方法 120例老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例.对照组给予楮桃叶洗剂药浴配合聚乙二醇液体敷料均匀外涂、地奈德乳膏外涂,均每日两次;治疗组在对照组基础上联合润肤祛风汤口服,每日1剂.10天为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程.观察治疗前及治疗2、3个疗程时症状总积分的变化,治疗3个疗程后判定临床疗效,治疗结束3个月后随访复发情况.结果 治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%,对照组为81.7%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗2、3个疗程治疗组和对照组症状总积分均明显降低(P<0.05).治疗3个疗程治疗组和对照组症状总积分均低于2个疗程(P<0.05).治疗2、3个疗程,治疗组症状总积分均明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.05).两组均未出现明显不良反应.治疗结束3个月后治疗组复发率为9.4%,对照组为38.1%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 润肤祛风汤为主综合疗法治疗老年慢性湿疹血虚风燥证临床疗效较好,无不良反应,安全可靠.
目的:观察消结散瘀汤治疗湿热型结节性红斑的临床疗效.方法:选取我科2013年3月~2016年12月治疗的60例符合标准的湿热型结节性红斑患者随机分为2组,治疗组:消结散瘀汤口服;对照组:消炎痛口服,两组均用金黄膏外敷.7天为1个疗程,4个疗程后比较各组临床疗效,症状积分、ESR下降水平变化.结果:治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率80.0%,两组症状积分、ESR下降水平明显,其中治疗组下降水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);半年后治疗组复发率4.17%,对照组复发率30.77%,差异有统计学意义.对照组个别患者轻微的不良反应,治疗组未见不良反应.结论:消结散瘀汤治疗湿热型结节性红斑,安全可靠,疗效确切,复发率低,为治疗本病提供了参考思路.
目的 观察散瘀消银汤综合疗法治疗重度斑块状银屑病的临床疗效.方法 将90例重度斑块状银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组给予中药药浴配合NB-UVB照射、卡泊三醇软膏外涂,治疗组在对照组基础上配合散瘀消银汤口服,每日1剂,4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程.治疗前及治疗2、3个疗程后观察银屑病皮损面积、评定严重程度指数(PASI)评分,并判定临床疗效,6个月后随访复发情况.结果 治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.3%(42例/45例),对照组总有效率为75.6%(34例/45例),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗2个疗程后及3个疗程后,治疗组PASI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).与本组治疗前比较,治疗2个疗程后两组PASI评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05).治疗3个疗程后,两组PASI评分均低于治疗2个疗程后(P<0.05).治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组个别出现红斑、瘙痒症状,减少NB-UVB照射剂量后逐渐缓解.结论 散瘀消银汤综合疗法治疗重度斑块状银屑病的临床疗效确切,复发率低,未见明显不良反应.
目的 梳理《外科正宗》中消风散治疗皮肤病的最新研究进展,以明确消风散用于治疗各类皮肤病的疗效,以及其现代作用机制,探索出消风散适用的病症.方法 通过现代文献研究探讨消风散运用于治疗皮肤病的临床疗效,及其与所治病症的内在联系.结果 现代对于消风散的临床研究显示,其对荨麻疹、湿疹、玫瑰糠疹、激素依赖性皮炎、痤疮等疾病均有较好的临床疗效.其形式可采用汤剂或配合多种外治法如擦剂、熏洗、针灸、紫外线照射、西药等;实验研究表明,消风散及其主要单味药物具有抗炎、抗过敏、调节免疫等作用;并且在治疗其它领域疾病方面也值得更加深入的研究.结论 消风散对于各类具有风、湿、热性质的皮肤病均适用,且可推广至其它领域的疾病.
目的 观察桂枝汤合四逆汤治疗雷诺病的临床疗效.方法 选取本科2014年7月~2016年10月治疗60例符合标准的雷诺病患者随机分为两组,每组30例.治疗组采用桂枝汤合四逆汤口服;对照组采用硝苯地平片口服.15 d为1个疗程,分别观察4个疗程后比较临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率73.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);半年后治疗组复发率5.9%,对照组复发率44.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组用药后均无明显不良反应.结论 桂枝汤合四逆汤治疗雷诺病,安全可靠,疗效确切,复发率低,值得推广应用.
目的 观察中西联合、内外兼治综合疗法治疗重度痤疮的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,为其推广提供理论依据.方法 选取本院2014年3月~2016年10月治疗的120例符合标准的重度痤疮患者随机分为两组.治疗组采用自拟消肿散结汤联合异维A酸软胶囊口服;对照组采用异维A酸软胶囊口服;两组均予粉刺挤压术,金黄膏外敷.观察2、4个疗程后各组疗效,比较治疗结果.半年后随访复发情况.结果 2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率76.7%,对照组总有效率56.7%;4个疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组出现唇炎、皮肤干燥等不良反应,但停药后逐渐缓解;治疗组未见不良反应.半年后治疗组复发率6.6%,对照组复发率17.7%,差异无统计学意义.结论 自拟消肿散结汤联合异维A酸软胶囊中西医结合综合疗法治疗重度型痤疮的临床疗效高,见效快,安全可靠,值得推广应用.
目的 观察复方消斑汤联合新八白散面膜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理.方法 方便选取该院在2014年6月—2015年12月治疗的80例符合标准的黄褐斑患者,随机分为两组,观察其疗效及不良反应.治疗组采用在常规治疗(口服维生素C、维生素E)基础上口服复方消斑汤联合八白散面膜治疗.对照组在常规治疗基础上每日口服六味地黄丸,丹栀逍遥散,观察3个月后各组疗效,比较治疗结果 .结果3个疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率明显高于对照组且没有不良反应发生.结论 复方消斑汤联合八白散面膜治疗肾虚肝郁型黄褐斑的临床疗效高,安全可靠,值得推广应用.
目的 观察复方六草消痤汤联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗丘疱疹型痤疮的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,为其推广提供理论依据.方法 方便选取长春中医药大学附属医院在2013年6月—2014年5月治疗的90例符合标准的痤疮患者随机分为两组,观察其疗效及安全性:治疗组采用复方六草消痤汤加减联合阿达帕林凝胶外用;对照组采用阿达帕林凝胶外搽,观察2个月后各组疗效,比较治疗结果.半年后随访,复发情况.结果 2个疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率100.0%,对照组总有效率73.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均没有不良反应发生.半年后治疗组复发率6.6%,对照组复发率17.7%.结论 复方六草消痤汤加减联合阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗丘疱疹型痤疮的临床疗效疗效高,安全可靠有显著优势,值得推广应用.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with NB-UVB radiation in the treatment of AD in adults. Methods 90 adult AD patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received NB-UVB irradiation treatment and Winona moisturizing cream. The treatment group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment, and the the relapse was followed-up after six months. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.6%, the total effective rate of the control group was 82.2%. The difference was significan, and the control group had some adverse reactions such as erythema and pruritus. After half a year, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.1%, and the recurrence rate of the control group was 33.3%. Conclusion Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with NB-UVB irradiation is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in adults, and is worthy of popularization and application.
