Objective To understand the safety of agents used for detection of allergen and allergen-specific immunotherapy(SIT),adverse reactions resulted from allergen skin prick test(SPT) and SIT were analyzed.Methods Adverse reactions of allergen SPT and SIT were analyzed retrospectively.Standardized allergen SPT agents were used to identify the hypersensitivity of allergies.Standardized house dust mite extract was applied for SIT.Adverse reactions was classified by the standards of European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology.Results 10 219 allergen tests were observed,out of which 26 cases had adverse reactions(0.25%).17 cases among them were classified as second degree adverse reactions.No fourth degree adverse reactions were observed.166 patients received 3 087 injections of SIT.Systemic adverse reactions occurred 25 times in 8 children which was 0.81% of the total injections.15 cases had second degree adverse reactions.Nobody had fourth degree adverse reactions.The majority of children who had adverse reactions was hypersensitive to allergens,among them 4 cases had 5 times of adverse reactions each repeatedly.One had 3 times of adverse reactions during therapy.They all manifested strong positivity to house dust mite.Patients recovered rapidly after proper treatment and no fatal adverse reactions happened.Conclusions The occurrence of adverse reaction was low and less severe when the allergen test agents and standardized house dust mite extract were utilized.The safety of the agents are good.
目的观察好好黄芪颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的疗效.方法采用心电图和(或)Holter及踏车运动试验随访观察常规疗法加黄芪治疗及常规治疗VMC的临床效果.结果黄芪组35例中痊愈19例,好转13例,未愈3例;对照组37例中痊愈14例,好转11例,未愈12例.两组痊愈率无显著差异(P>0.05);痊愈和好转相加作为治疗有效,两组有效率比较有差异显著(P<0.01);对照组疗程较黄芪组明显延长(P<0.001).结论黄芪颗粒口服治疗VMC有确切效果,可作为中西医结合治疗VMC的方法之一.
Objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of Fluticasone Propionate Methods:Forty two children with asthma, aged 4 to 14 years, were recruited for this study The dosage of Fluticasone Propionate were 125~250μg per day for mild cases,250~375μg per day for moderate cases and 375~500μg per day for severe cases The study time was 12 weeks and during this period 3 follow-up surveys were made to evaluate symptoms, physical signs and lung function of these children and record side effects of Fluticasone Propionate Results:The status of all children with asthma were improved regardless of mild, moderate or severe cases There was statistical significance ( P 0 01) before and after treatment Lung function was also improved obviously( P 0 01) Among 42 cases,24 reached clinical control(57 1%), 12 improved markedly(28 6%), and 6 relieved (14 3%) There were not side effects, such as Candidiasis of the mouth and throat, hoarseness, bronchiospasm and so on, occurred during 12 weeks of this study Conclusions:Fluticasone Propionate is a effective and safe medicine for treating children's Asthma
目的探讨幼年型类风湿病患儿的远期预后.方法对65例幼年型类风湿病患儿进行门诊、信函或电话随访,随访时间为8~122个月,以了解患儿关节的改变及生活质量的情况.结果 65例患儿的分型情况:全身型44例;多关节型16例,其中类风湿因子阳性5例,阴性1l例;少关节型5例,为类风湿因子阴性.本组死亡2例为全身型,死因分别为化脓性脑膜炎和双侧大叶性肺炎.治疗中,自行加减药物、未正规抗类风湿治疗者占60%(39/65).35例患儿能正常生活学习.主要并发症:①关节畸形18例,出现于病程的5~48个月;最常见的畸形关节为膝关节、踝关节.②生长发育迟缓36例,患儿出现程度不一的骨质疏松和身高不增.结论幼年类风湿病的预后与成人类风湿病相比并不乐观,早期正规抗类风湿治疗是延缓关节畸形发生的关键,同时要加强对患儿生长发育的监控和干预,指导家长用药.
Objective To study the effect of Huodan tablet ,HDT) in treating infantile viral myocarditis. Methods : Clinical manifestations and physical signs as well as laboratory examinations have been observed. Results : The markedly effective rate was 68%, and total effective rate 91.67% in the treated group, while in the control group, the markedly effective rate was 30.83 %, and the total effective rate 70.84 %. According to Ridit analysis, significant difference was shown between the two groups, r -treated group = 0. 5000, r-control group = 0.295 + 2x0. 025 respectively. Conclusion : HDT has no toxic side-effect and can be taken safely and conveniently, it conforms to the demands of WHO on new drug for prevention and cure of myocarditis.
This study sought to gain an insight into the immunological pathogenesis of viral myocarditis and the mechanism of therapeutic action of intravenous-immunoglobulin (IVIG) on the disease, BALB/c mice were randomized into four groups: normal control group; "myocarditis model group", inoculated intraperitoneally with CVB3; "IVIG protection group", injected intraperitoneally with CVB3 and IVIG; and "IVIG treatment groups", injected intraperitoneally with CVB3 and IVIG. The amount of T cell in different T cell subsets and the activities of NK cell, IL-1 and IL-2 were assayed using spleen specimen while peripheral blood was used to measure TNF activity. The results showed: that in comparison with normal control, all spleen T cell subsets decreased in amount in myocarditis model group, so did its NK cell activity while its IL-1, IL-2 and TNF activities increased significantly. When compared with myocarditis model group, however, both IVIG protection group and IVIG treatment group showed significant elevation of NK cell activity and T cell subsets but reduced IL-1, IL-2 and TNF activities with no remarkable change in T cell subsets. The results of suggest that the immunological injury mediated by T cells plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis. The protective and therapeutic effects of IVIG on the murine CVB3 myocarditis and the related immunological evidence of its actions may indicate the prospect that IVIG will become a potent and safe treatment for viral myocarditis in human.
