以一流专业建设为契机,结合物流管理专业的人才培养目标,构建了物流信息系统课程的线上线下混合式教学模式.课程明确了混合式教学的目标和要求,对课程体系重构,从课前、课中、课后三方面设计高效的线上线下混合式教学模式,改革了课程评价体系.课程的混合式教学实践得到了学生普遍认可,教学效果显著提高,实现了价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养的深度融合,对物流管理专业一流专业建设提供了重要支撑.
为有效评价混合式教学的教学效果,提出了一种基于综合赋权的模糊层次评价模型,并运用该模型对《物流工程》 课程混合式教学的教学效果进行了评价.评价结果表明:该课程的教学效果评价值为0.6091,等级为"良";相较于单一的纯主观赋权或纯客观赋权,综合赋权的评价结果更为合理.教师可以通过加强对教学资源的合理安排、 增强在线环节的师生互动、 运用得体的教学仪态和丰富有趣的教学方法等进一步提高混合式教学的教学效果.
文章以江苏省南京市江宁大学城为例,通过实地考察和网络问卷调查的形式对高校快递中心"最后一公里"的配送问题进行调查分析.通过调查发现,江宁大学城的高校快递中心存在配送服务标准缺乏,安全性较低;寄取快递服务方式落后;配送业务量波动性大;包裹外包装的资源浪费等问题.为解决上述问题,提出多种对策和建议,整合现有资源,改善高校快递中心的取件配送模式,以期有效解决校园快递中心的"最后一公里"配送问题,提高派件效率,以此有效避免因各种人为因素造成的包裹损坏,保护学生和商家的利益.
混合教学模式是泛在学习视阈下备受关注的一种教学方式.以学生的学情分析为切入点,将混合教学模式引入到《运筹学》 课程的教学中.设计了以学情分析为基础、以资源开发为前提、 以教学活动设计为根本与核心、 以教学效果评价为检验和反馈手段的"四阶段"混合教学模式,并以《运筹学》 课程的一次课为例,介绍了该混合教学模式的具体操作方法和步骤,以期为同类课程的教学提供参考.

This paper builds a two-period closed-loop supply chain game model in retailer competing settings where the manufacturer decides whether to manage or to outsource the end-of-use products collection.Based on this model,we analyze manufacturer's best selection of take-back channel from the aspects of operational,environmental and social benefits simultaneously and investigate whether the competition among the retailers can influence the manufacturer's selection or not.The analysis reveals that if the cost structures are the same,manufacturer's selection of take-back channel is independent of the competition between the retailers,and the selection can always achieve operational,environmental and social benefits simultaneously.However,in case of different cost structures,manufacture's selection of take-back channel may become related to the competition among the retailers only if the channel is selected aligning with the environmental benefits,thus the selection cannot always achieve operational,environmental and social benefits simultaneously.We also find that manufacturer's selection of take-back channel is irrelevant to the competition between the retailers,which can always achieve operational,environmental and social benefits simultaneously,regardless of the effectiveness of the Green Activity Program.
以单一制造商为研究对象,在需求不确定且回收量依赖于需求量的环境下,构建基于期望利润最大化的数学模型,给出最优的回收率、新品和再制造品生产量及销售价格,并通过解析和数值仿真分析了市场规模、单位节约成本、回收成本的规模参数和需求不确定性对最优策略的影响.结果表明:市场规模增大,销售价格、回收率、生产量和再制造量都随之增大,而新品生产量先增大后减小;单位节约成本越大,回收成本的规模参数越小时,进行再制造就越有利;需求不确定性增加时,进行再制造更有利,可以降低由需求不确定性所造成的损失.
In this paper we study closed-loop supply chain models for an electronic product which is featured with a short life-cycle and price depending on rand demand.We focus on the manufacturer's choice of two take-back channel structures in retailer competing settings:the manufacturer collects the used products directly and the retailers collect the used products for the manufacturer.We characterize and compare the retailers' sale price and profit of the manufacturer under the two take-back channel structures,and get the manufacturer's optimal take-back channel selection.We also develop some extensions to the model.We find that if the collection rate is exogenous,then the retailers are the effective undertakers of the product collection activity for the manufacturer,and the competitive interaction between the retailers do not affect the manufacturer's reverse channel structure selection.This result is generally robust no matter whether the quantity of collected used products is a fraction of the retailers' order quantity from the manufacturer or sales quantity in the regular season and no matter whether the salvage value of the unsold products is zero or not.We also find that if the collection rate is endogenous,then the reverse channel structure with retailer collecting is better to the manufacturer only if the retailers collect all their ordered products.
研究产品生命周期条件下一个制造商、一个零售商组成的闭环供应链的定价和协调策略:制造商第一周期只生产新品,从第二周期开始生产再制造品,并负责回收.建立了两周期、多周期和无限周期下的分散决策模型和多周期下的集中决策模型,得到最优定价和生产策略.结果表明:两周期中,制造商和零售商应根据不同的成本节约额制定不同的批发价、零售价和生产量.多周期中,当成本节约额比较小时,除第一和最后一个周期外,制造商和零售商应采取相同的定价和生产策略;当成本节约额比较大时,除第一和最后两个周期外,制造商和零售商应采取相同的定价和生产策略.无限周期中,除第一周期以外,制造商和零售商都应该采取相同的定价和生产策略.在有限周期情况下,制造商和零售商应通过在前期制定比较低的批发价和零售价,以提高生产量和销售量,使得后期的回收量增大,达到降低成本的目的.通过引入收益共享契约制定合适的批发价和销售收入及再制造收益共享比率可以协调整个闭环供应链.算例验证了上述结论.

They also concern with proposed construction management of third level college dormitory managements' institutions for reference.
The pricing and coordination strategies of centralized and decentralized closed-loop supply chain are studied from the perspectives of profit maximizing and environment performance maximizing .The result shows that environment performance gets bad as the profit baseline improves ;that the relationship between the retailer price and the unit return price is the same from the two perspectives; that the supply chain which aims to get higher environment performance indeed can get higher environment performance , but based on profit reduction which can be accepted by itself;and that the same revenue sharing contract with different parameters can coordinate the two types of supply chains .
This paper establishes a factor model of entrepreneurial cognition of students who drop out of universities through reviewing entrepreneurial cognition theory,puts forward theoretical hypothesis based on the impact of individual,universities,and social factors on entrepreneurial cognition,and then discusses the impact with an empirical research.The result shows that individual,society,and universities have significant impact on entrepreneurial cognition and there is a significant correlation between the universities and social factors,but universities and society have no significant correlation to individual factors.This result shows that the entrepreneurial education and policies of modern universities and the business support policies of local government should be improved to adapt to the needs of the students.
After investigating the interrelationship between the courses for industrial engineering majors in Jincheng College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics,a structural model of the curriculum system is constructed based on interpretative structural modeling. In addition,combined with the design principles of professional curriculum system and the investigation findings,a new curriculum system is reformulated so as to improve the current teaching and learning.
Make a reasonable evaluation of teachers is a very important job in teaching management in universities.From the student point of view,the evaluation to teaching activities of teachers is an entry point for improving university teaching evaluation system.Based on this,build a college teaching evaluation index system,their scores were calculated to prove valuable reference information for the improvement of higher education teaching evaluation system and take advantage of the seasonal ratio method.
The employability of college students is composed of a series of explicit key characteristics and implicit key skills.Based on literature analysis and market survey,we design a questionnaire to explore the employability’s structure of industrial engineering.Through the survey of manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu province,we use exploratory factor analysis to construct the employment ability model.The results show,the college students employability includes three aspects of knowledge,general quality and professional quality,the general quality includes personal inner quality,analysis and leadership ability,self-development ability,work ability,and professional quality including the ability to analyze logistics and production system.
A supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer was considered in the paper, on the premise of retailer's effort being relative with demand and false failure return, the mathematical models of quantity flexibility contract with sales effort effects were established, Since a retailer needs to spend corresponding cost when he makes effort, the traditional quantity flexibility contract is proven not to coordinate the supply chain any more. But by adding the effort cost sharing to the traditional quantity flexibility contract, the coordination of supply chain can be carried out, and the optimal procedure is given, and the optimal supply chain contracts parameters are determined.
Inventory management is one of the most important areas in reverse logistics. Assuming demand and return obeys uniform distribution, this paper presents an optimal order model based on returned products reused as new products which need no reparation and the results of the research indicate that the rates of returned products have influence on order quantities and expected profits of the seller. The seller should adopt efficient measures to decrease the rate of returned products.
For two stage perishable products supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer it can be coordinated with option contract under some setting. But this coordination may be broken off by an emergent event, which may make the demand disruptions. In this paper, an optimal strategy for perishable product supply chain to the disruptions is given, and as optimal response for the perishable products supply chain to the disruptions, an adjusted option contract which has anti-disruption ability is proposed and some managerial insights are provided.
