自从实施高校扩招政策以来,高校毕业生数量迅速增加,人才市场趋于饱和,就业压力越来越大.市场经济的快速发展以及经济全球化趋势的加强,市场对人才的专业能力以及综合素质的要求不断提高,大学生所面临的就业形势越来越紧迫,因而,必须重视大学生就业指导方面的教育.文章分析校企合作大环境下大学生就业指导方面存在的不足之处,总结产生问题的原因,通过创新校企合作模式、 完善相应的法律政策、 转变大学生就业观念等方式增加校企合作的灵活性、深入性,提高大学生的就业竞争力.
As one of the excellent group in universities, volunteers can be treated as models for other students and have great advantages in leading others to practice the socialist core values. New media provides great opportunities as well as severe challenges for college students to practices the socialist core values. From the point of college volunteers, this paper will discuss how to make full use of their modeling role in enhancing the effectiveness of the socialist core values among the university students with the help of new media.
The evaluation of the measurement uncertainty was used to analyze the sources of uncertainty in the determination process of n-hexane in activated carbon tube by dissolved desorption-GC,and to distinguish the main factors of uncertainty.By calculating the uncertainty components,the synthesis of relative uncertainty was obtained,and expanded uncertainty was confirmed.The key control points in the determination process were identified according to the relative uncertainty.
The allosteric effect of two metal ions,Cu2+ and Zn2+,on binding process of bovine serum albumin(BSA)-berberine chloride(BC) had been studied by fluorescence spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and circular dichroism,respectively.Quantitative allosteric coefficients βQ,βA,βn were obtained.The positive allosteric effect of Cu2+ or Zn2+ on the BSA intrinsic fluorescence quenching(βQ 1) and the negative allosteric effects of Cu2+ or Zn2+ on both BSA-BC complex stability and the BC-binding sites on BSA(0βA1,0βn1) were observed.The degree of the allosteric effects on the BSA intrinsic fluorescence quenching presented saturation with Cu2+ or Zn2+ concentration increasing,while the degree of the allosteric effects of Cu2+ or Zn2+ on both BSA-BC complex stability and the BC-binding sites on BSA presented different trends.The BSA molecule conformational transition may be the main cause for the allosteric effect of both Cu2+ and Zn2+.
The quality of higher education becomes the lifeblood of the development of higher education and determines the role of higher education on social progress and development.Currently,the reasons for large-scale expansion,the short-sighted behavior of higher education,single quality assessment standards of higher education caused higher education participants' lack of on the quality of higher education trust.Therefore,by reexamining the connotation of higher education quality in the form of knowledge-based economy,the measure are proposed to optimize the structure of higher education,to establish a correct outlook on the quality,and to establish a diverse higher education quality assessment system.
The interacting segments of sodium benzoate(SB),vitamin C(VC) and glucose with bovine serum albumin(BSA),pepsin,were investigated by means of 1HNMR.Experimental results showed that,the interacting segment of SB was its aromatic ring;besides the electrostatic interaction,the π-π electron interaction existed between the phenyl-ring of SB and aromatic rings of proteins.The interacting segment of VC was its glycol side-chain,and the interacting segment of glucose was its whole molecule.Both VC and glucose bound to proteins through intermolecular hydrogen bond.The slight changes of chemical shifts of H atoms indicated that,the locations of SB,VC and glucose with BSA or pepsin might be the hydrophilic region which was close to protein surface.
