<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">通过对无锡市各级医疗机构的医疗资源分级分布情况、医疗资源分级利用情况、双向转诊和医保费用分级使用情况等现状数据进行调查分析,并结合对各级医疗机构医护人员与患者的调查访谈,找出无锡市分级诊疗与双向转诊目前存在的问题。在此基础上对如何完善分级诊疗与双向转诊制度进行探讨,并对相关卫生政策的制定提供有价值的数据参考与方法建议。</span>
OBJECTIVES:To achieve medical information sharing among different health institutes through constructing image cloud platform, thus establish a diagnosis and treatment system through long range image-viewing.METHODS:Design and apply image cloud platform in Wuxi people's hospital and other 16 basal level health institutes.RESULTS:The goal of sharing the medical equipment and imaging diagnosis expert collaboration at the regional medical institutions was achieved through establishment of the platform.CONCLUSIONS:The establishment of such platform plays a positive role in balancing health resources, improves the level of basic-level hospital diagnosis and treatment and reduces medical cost.
Objective: To design and develop the hospital decision support system based on business intelligence(BI), analyze and organize the massive hospital business data and help hospital managers to make the right decision. Methods: The Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 is used as the technical architecture, integrated ETL technology, OLAP technology, report technology and data mining technology. The source data from multiple business systems is extracted and cleaned through the ETL tool, loaded into the data warehouse. Data model construction algorithm is used to generate analysis report in the form of web. Results:The massive hospital data has been effectively used, and 8 major themes modules and more than 110 analysis reports have been generated. The analysis data from multiple perspectives fully meet the requirements of the management and monitoring of various departments in the hospital. System automatically generates the analysis report that changes the traditional manual mode. Conclusion: The hospital decision support system is an effective way to improve hospital medical quality management.

〔Abstract〕 In the paper , the status quo of mobile medical service is analyzed , proving a new mode of mobile medical service for pa-tients.The suggested functions like self -service information query and medical service guiding as well as solutions to the relevant system structure and information security are elaborated in detail .In addition, the feasibility of construction of applications for mobile medical di-agnosis and treatment is also discussed .
〔Abstract〕 Taking Wuxi People′s Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University as an example, the paper introduces the constitu-tion, software architecture and main functions of Clinical Decision Support System ( CDSS) .The system is integrated with Electronic Medical Records ( EMR) system, providing scientific and acurate information support for clinicians in the whole diagnosis process.It has positive significance to improve the work quality and reduce medical errors.
Objective: To optimize the hospital medical examination process, reduce the patient waiting time. Methods: Established a centralized examination appointment center at outpatient department. Development and implementation of medical examination appointment platform, integrated with the hospital HIS system, PACS systems and queue system. Results:Achieved the function of“one-stop booking, network distribution, multi-point examination”for all patients, a better solution to the disorder problem of medication examination. Conclusion:The implementation of the medication examination platform has played a positive role. Facilitate patient visits, rational use of equipment, improve work efficiency and improve the treatment environment.

目的:设计并开发一套医疗安全不良事件内部报告系统,监控和管理医院内部医疗安全不良事件.方法:基于Java语言开发B/S架构的web应用程序,实现不良事件的上报、查询等功能.结果:医务人员通过系统及时上报医疗不良事件,管理人员根据汇总的数据进行统计分析并将信息反馈与分享.结论:该系统的运行提高了不良事件的上报效率,对提高医院医疗服务质量,保障患者安全方面有着积极意义.
