针对结晶器振动控制器数据传输量大、工作可靠性要求高等特点,设计了1种基于CAN总线和STM32F407单片机的结晶器振动控制器.控制器主要实现振动波形产生、位移数据采集、控制信号输出和监控上位机通信等功能.实验表明:该结晶器振动控制器工作可靠、性能稳定、数据传输速率高、成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值.
设计了一种连铸结晶器振动监控系统.该振动控制器采用STM32单片机系统实现,主要完成振动波形产生、位移数据采集、控制信号输出等功能;上位机监控采用LabVIEW平台实现,主要负责振动波形显示、振动控制器工作状态监控及各种参数的设置工作;上下位机采用CAN总线进行通信.试验表明:该结晶器振动监控系统使用方便、界面友好、性能稳定及成本低廉,具有较高的实用价值.
为了能够准确检测核燃料棒锆包壳管内壁涂覆的石墨层厚度,设计了一款基于76011型G-M传感器和STM32微控器的β射线测厚仪.传感器发射的β射线投射到管内壁的石墨涂层后发生背散射,β源所产生的β粒子穿过G-M管中被施加一定的电压的惰性气体(含有少量卤族气体)时,在管中阳极丝上输出一列脉冲信号,经过信号调理电路和单片机计数及处理后,转换为石墨层的厚度并记录下来.分析测量结果表明,测厚仪测量值与标样值的最大偏差为0.47μm,即不确定度为6.2%,系统检测误差优于国标要求,表明该设计方案是可行的.
Designing FPGA industrial data collection-based SSI(synchronous serial interface)module was im-plemented,including applying LM2596 voltage regulator and its peripheral circuit to the power supply design and employing ADuM1201 digital isolation chip to design isolation circuit and having MAX491 based to accom-plish differential signal conversion as well as making use of Verilog HDL(hardware description language)to design softwares.The module has synchronous clock generator and independent power supply and it can work alone along with low cost and high efficiency.Test results prove both feasibility and reliability of this scheme.
A kind of non-sinusoidal vibration control system that electro-hydraulic servo drive for ensuring mould that work stably and reliably was designed,and the central control unit based on the 32 bit embedded microprocessor.Realization of control strategy based on the PID algorithm,the controller communicated with PC by CAN bus.The design of monitoring system based on LabVIEW.The control algorithm of the control system is executed on PC,The host computer only monitors the status information of the mould,modifies the parameters and controls the switches,the controller can follow the vibration rule to operate the mould.At the same time,in order to avoid the impact of vibration to the mould during parameter modification process,using the ladder-type method to adjust parameter.
Gas-solid two phase flow measurements have a wide range of applications in the industrial production and scientific research,on the basis of discussion gas-solid two phase flow measurement of fluid concentration and the speed.The gas solid two phase flow fluid physical parameter measurement problems of fluid concentration and the speed by ultrasonic method are analyzed.A new gas solid two phase flow fluid speed and concentration measurement sensor have been proposed.This sensor has the advantages of continuous measurement,non radioactive,good real-time property in the gas-solid two-phase flow measurement model,for the gas-solid flow fluid physical parameter measurement provide new ideas of measuring instruments.
Simulation model was established to study the flow meter response characteristics which exist non-conductive ob-jects in the fluid by finite element software ANSYS, and influence of the different diameter pipes on the response characteristics of electromagnetic flow meter situation was analyzed, which provides reference for electromagnetic flowmeter measurement of two-phase flow sensor electrode size, and provides theoretical basis for error analysis of measuring two-phase flow under certain diam-eter electromagnetic flowmeter.
闪蒸发电是一种新兴的高效节能的新型发电技术.所谓“闪蒸”就是指液体(本设计而言就是水)进入比较低压的容器中后,由于压力的突然降低,使这些饱和水蒸发为饱和水蒸汽.生产过程中没有有害废气排放,能源消耗低,不污染环境.本课题根据闪蒸过程对负压的工艺要求,设计了一套基于PLC400的闪蒸过程负压控制系统.系统温度压力调节采用PID控制算法,以使压力快速稳定在设定值上.采用WINCC设计的人机交互界面面向操作对象,操作简单,方便操作人员对整个生产过程进行实时监控.
目前工业生产中要求对温度的测量能够面向多目标且及时、精确.为了满足这些要求,以FPGA (EP2C5Q208C8N)为核心设计了一种热电偶温度巡检仪,以K型热电偶作为测温传感器,并采用专用集成芯片MAX6675对K热电偶进行冷端温度补偿及线性化处理,利用Autium进行硬件电路绘制及PCB制作,并在Quatusll中进行了时序仿真,仿真波形验证了设计的正确性.将FPGA应用到热电偶温度巡检仪中使其测温过程更加精确迅速,及时的测温和反馈使得工业生产中的高温作业有了更高的保障.

采取STM32单片机和CD4052模块为主要器件构成智能称重系统,该系统由称重传感器、CD4052多路选择开关模块、放大电路、STM32单片机构成,研究并使用了二标准实时自校法,使三步测量过程中零点与灵敏度保持恒定不变.经测试,传统称重传感器的测量误差大约为1.22%,智能化后误差降为0.33%,测量精度得到大幅提高.
为了深入研究气/固两相流平台中90°弯管段应力随流速的变化情况,对90.弯管段应力变化进行仿真研究.在Comsol Multiphysics仿真软件上建立90°弯管段模型,并用Comsol Multiphysics软件对90.弯管段流速与应力的关系进行仿真研究.仿真出三维应力变化图和应力面平均变化图,得出不同流速下对应的应力面平均值.从而得出:一定流速下从入口处到出口处应力逐渐减小,流速越大管道受到的应力越大.仿真结果对于实验装置的建立具有一定指导作用.
利用涡流无损检测方法对金属板材进行厚度测量时,由于电涡流传感器探头线圈的阻抗表达武过于复杂,金属板材的电导率、磁导率和厚度等因素对探头阻抗的影响难以通过探头线圈的阻抗变化进行观察.针对这一问题,介绍了一种基于涡流传感器的非接触式金属板厚测量系统.该系统利用PSD技术实现涡流阻抗信号的正交分解,采用STM32单片机对数据进行处理,最后进行人机操作、液晶显示和数据存储.整个系统具有较高的检测精度和灵敏度,能够在强噪声背景的干扰下实现阻抗信号的二维信息检测.
漏钢预报是连铸生产过程中的重要环节,实时准确地对结晶器温度数据进行采集并进行分析可有效地消除漏钢隐患.漏钢预报系统的实时性和准确性随着连铸速度的提高有了更高的要求,传统的温度数据采集系统在数据采集与同步处理能力方面存在明显不足.基于主控FPGA的内部逻辑电路,实现了一个多路温度同步采集系统的设计,在及时性与准确性上有明显效果.此方法设计方便、稳定性好、经济实用,可以广泛地应用在工业测温现场.
For velocity measurements of solid- phase particles in gas / solid two-phase flow,cross correlation algorithm and parameter estimation of time-delay method were described. According to the problems of cross-correlation method in practical application,the transducer signals were processed using the parameter estimation method and then two-phase flow velocity can be measured by the time-delay estimation method. The method can be used to improve the problems of low resolution,poor real time and random error. To verify the feature of the parameter estimation method and the cross-correlation method,Monte-Carlo method was adopted to establish the model of gas / solid two- phase flow and the simulation of velocity by the random signals in this model was taken. The experiment results show the feasibility of the parameter estimation method. The paper also put forward the hardware structure and operating procedures based on parameter estimation method.
In order to solve the leakage problem in living and industrial water supply pipelines, the methods of leakage locating are studied. By using the acoustic emission sensors installed on the water supply pipeline, the signals are acquired, and the time delay between the leakage signal and upstream sensor and downstream sensor are calculated by adopting the adaptive time delay estimation method, and combining the distance between two of the sensors and the propagation velocity of the leakage signal, the distance between leakage point and upstream and downstream sensors are calculated, thus the leakage point is determined. The results of simulation show that the locating method is reliable and with high accuracy, and the method of adaptive time delay estimation can also be used to determine the leakage point of the pipelines.
针对标准BP神经网络中收敛速度慢以及易陷入局部最优解等问题,利用粒子群算法的全局搜索性,将粒子群算法应用到BP神经网络训练中建立了PSO-BP神经网络模型,结果表明改进模型不仅可以克服传统BP网络收敛速度慢和易陷入局部权值的局限问题,而且很大程度地提高了结果精度和BP网络学习能力,将此模型应用到结晶器漏钢预报系统中,并用某钢厂采集到的历史数据对该模型进行训练与测试,与标准BP神经网络测试结果进行分析与比较,实验表明PSO-BP网络模型预报更加实时、准确,具有很好的应用前景。
针对化工生产中气固流化床风帽故障影响流化质量问题,提出一种能够快速准确地检测出风帽故障位置和故障类型的方法;应用声发射技术进行定位测量,通过均匀安装在流化床分布板下方的声发射传感器采集气固流化床内固体颗粒撞击分布板产生的声信号,再对该信号进行多尺度小波包分解,找出特征频段能量值和能量分布差异;对比各检测点声发射信号总能量的强弱可以直观的反应风帽故障位置,观察各尺度能量分率的变化能够有效判断风帽故障类型,从而实现实时在线监测流化床风帽故障情况,并及时进行故障处理,提高流化床流化质量。
The paper proposed a design scheme of control system of continuous casting mould vibration based on LabVIEW , introduced overall design and designs of virtual instrument panel , vibration waveform generation module and displacement data col-lection module .The system used PXI-6143, the synchronous data acquisition device produced by National Instruments , to realize data collection.The data were processed in LabVIEW and the control signals were exported by PXI -6722.Because of using virtual instrument , the whole design is simplied and the integration of the system improves .The testing in laboratory validates the feasibili-ty and practicality of the scheme .
设计了一种基于嵌入式微处理器的连铸结晶器非正弦振动控制器,用整体函数法构造非正弦曲线.硬件设计包括:同步串行接口(SSI)模块、模拟信号输入模块、CAN模块、模拟控制信号输出模块等;其中SSI信号的应用可有效提高振动位移信号采集的精度、速度和抗干扰能力.软件设计提出了一种对非正弦参数进行分步修改的程序设计方法,避免实际生产中在线修改振动参数对系统造成的冲击.该控制器带有CAN总线接口,可独立工作,也可作为智能CAN节点用于构建基于CAN总线的多流连铸机振动控制系统.
