为实现对医院从业者日常出勤情况的严格把控,避免"误签""漏签""代签"等行为对常规人员监管造成的影响,设计了基于BSC评价方法的医院绩效考核软件.在关系网框架中选取固定考核指标,通过分析信息主体适应性的方式,构建外部考核体系.分析部门考核用例图,借助必要的绩效管理模块,连接用于成绩数据存储的数据库结构,完成基于BSC评价方法的医院绩效考核软件设计.对比实验结果表明,与传统医院考核制度相比,应用新型绩效考核软件后,个人出勤信息的记录时长提升至25天,代替打卡行为的出现几率也明显降低,可从根本上解决医院对从业者日常出勤情况把控不严格的问题.
分析测试中心大型仪器的高效开放和共享为高校的教学科研发展提供了有力保障,但安全问题常容易被忽视.在普通实验室安全管理的基础上,根据分析测试中心的特点和安全现状,结合苏州大学分析测试中心的工作,提出逐步完善健全安全管理制度,构建安全测试平台;增大实验室安全投入,逐步消除潜在的安全隐患;制定防范措施和突发事件应急预案,开展专项整治活动;从安全思想源头抓起,提高安全意识,强化安全培训的措施.

医联体建设是我国新医改的重要举措之一,通过医联体模式的不断深入,三级医院的优质医疗资源得以下沉,从而构建了立体的卫生服务体系.但是目前医联体绩效考核制度仍拘泥于原有绩效考核标准,不同医疗机构对统一绩效标准适应性不足.如何构建医联体内合理绩效考核体系任重而道远.
目的:实现多院区间医疗与管理的同质化.方法:通过个案分析,以苏州大学附属第二医院为例,针对其推行的多院区一体化工作的模式及影响,结合资料和访谈对医院内外部情况进行分析.结果:通过一体化管理,解决多院区管理、运营、医疗服务方面面临的难点.结论:通过统一精细运营、深化信息互联、加强学科建设、加快人才培养、实施激励引导等措施,有利于突破一体化进程中的重点难点问题.
以苏州T医院为例,探讨了公立医院绩效改革的重要性与必要性,并具体介绍了绩效考核的指标和做法,旨在促进公立医院的持续发展.
From the three aspects such as the test platform construction, the opening-sharing mode and the future vision, the important role of the material properties laboratory in teaching and research is discussed.The test platform includes the large-scale instruments and equipment such as the thermal analysis system, a BET surface analyzer, a particle size analyzer, a broadband dielectric spectroscopy, TA-FTIR-MS (thermal analysis-infrared-mass spectrometry) hyphenated instrument which will be purchased, etc.Combined with the "Internet+" mode, the test platform introduction, rules and regulations, notifications, users' login, registration, data download and other modules are integrated together so as to further improve the efficiency of the laboratory's opening and sharing.
A consensus remains unsettled yet for basic medical insurance and common protocols on managing patients seeing doctors out of their hometown.This results in such setbacks as difficulty in seeing doctors elsewhere for those covered and in unaffordable financial burden,as well as medical insurance fraud,lack of information sharing among social insurance authorities,and difficulty of supervision.This study described the status quo of seeding doctors elsewhere under China's basic medical insurance system,and analyzed problems found in the management framework.On such basis,authors proposed such recommendations as unified management system for seeding doctors elsewhere,network information sharing for medical insurance information,and networked settlement for medical expenses for basic medical insurance.These measures should be carried out as per general requirements for health reform stage by stage.
OBJECTIVE The aim of the passage was to study the healthy development of nuclear workers, and to provide the basic to make the plan protective plan. METHODS The 340 nuclear workers were followed up from the year of 2007 to study the healthy variance including thyroid, tonsils, liver and so on. RESULTS During the 5 years, the ratio of liver disease (χ2 = 45.43, P﹤0.05), hearing loss (χ2 = 42.23, P﹤0.01) and the index of BMI (F = 3.89, P﹤0.05) increased significantly; lymphocyte percentage (F = 75.92, P﹤0.01), neutrophil percentage (F = 122.09, P﹤0.01), hemoglobin (F = 14.66, P﹤ 0.01) and platelet count (F = 40.24, P﹤0.01) increased evidently. CONCLUSION The healthy protection of nuclear workers is necessary, especially the hearing protection, so as to find the possible problem by the periodic medical examinations.
In the era of rapid development of digital and information,with the deepening of the health reform and in order to promote the development of health China strategy,and promote the process of China's modernization of hospitals construction of becomes a necessity.At present,China has many hospitals and information enterprises that had began to study this issue and have achieved certain effect in improving hospital management and facilitating the medical treatment of patients.But the construction of is not limited to the hardware construction;the human resources should be strengthened as well.Medical treatment services provided by hospital,including the patient's subjective feelings of service,should be part of hospital management.Therefore,humanity is essential in wisdom hospital construction and improved hospital management and modernization.According to the current problems in construction in China,this article offers a few suggestions.
近年来,随着国内城镇化进程的加快,关于中国式“全民医保”的呼声也日益高涨.在我国保障体系中存在多年的“不公平差异”更加快了这种讨论的步伐.借鉴英国的医疗保险模式(NHS),带给我们关于医保“公平”的一些启示.政府需要承担主导责任,以公平理念为基础,探索构建同一的医保制度,进而实现保障体系良性发展.
[Objective]To analyze health status of workers in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant,and provide evidence for the promotion of health management.[Methods]The physical examination data of 3 807 nuclear power plant workers collected from Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from 2007-2011 were analyzed for the changes in 5 years.[Results]The abnormalities rate of hearing tests and eye lens were significantly different from 2007 to 2011(P﹤0.05).BMI index,blood examination,biochemical tests and radiological analysis showed that the means were significantly different in 5 years except for BMI index,TSH(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen the health monitoring and management of workers in nuclear power plant.
Objective:To learn about the present situation of medical risk management and the measures for preventing medical risk in The Second Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University.Methods:Make on-the-spot questionnaire for patients and medical workers,deal quantitatively with data by using various softwares,and make standardized qualitative and quantitative analysis with theories of multiple disciplines of sociology,economics and politics.Results:It is perfect in the aspect of system construction and training for staff members and staff members feel professionally stressed,which,to some degree,increases the occurring rate of medical risk.Conclusion:There is perfect system construction and training system in the hospital.However,it is still necessary to enhance management and popularization,and perfect shortages.

The super-slow oxygen signals and the super-slow oscillation characteristics of brain neurotransmitters have the same characters in parallel and homology.With the near-infrared-probe in 940 nm wavelength to detect and recognize the information transmission of auricular-temporal points is very much helpful for understanding the mechanism of the neurovascular coupling,as well as discovering the new signal characters to support the cognitive brain research.These works include following three parts:① to find the best sensing angles of probes based on the maximum of the output energies;② to calculate the Pearson correlation coefficients with truth versus lie in the software SPSS11.0;③ to extract the ultra-low frequency components,0~100 mHz,by using the FFT function in Agilent54624A for showing the lie-truth ratio.These works further specify the dedicated recognition system of near-infrared auricular signals,which will make a great contribution to SoC.
A novel acrylic anodic electrophoretic coating was developed.The relationship of the proportion of several monomers of acrylic esters,especially that of acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomer,to the anti-corrosive property of the coated metal and the electrophoretic process condition,was discussed emphatically,as well as the effect of different hardening agents upon the performance of the coating.The stability of the coating fluid was also investigated by contrasting the composition of the original coating with that of the coating surface by(~1 HNMR).The results showed the anodic electrophoretic coating presented here is of good quality and practicability.
