As the increase of the complexity of the information warfare,its intervention strategy needs to be designed in an integrated environment.However,the current research always breaks the internal relation between equipment and tactics,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of their integrated analysis.In this paper,the research status quo of the integrated analysis about equipment and tactics is discussed first,some shortages of the current methods are summarized then,and an evolvement mechanism of the integrated analysis for equipment and tactics is given finally.Based on these,a framework of integrated analysis is proposed.This method’s effectiveness is validated by an example.
This paper firstly analyzes the complexity of war system,and proposes 8 factors attributed to the complexity of war system from the view of scenario,cognition,core interest zero-sum gaming,interfering strategies,in-house corresponding,un-repeatability and etc.On this basis,the paper points out the four most important integration problem of all challenges to methodology,method and technology that the war complex system is confronted with in the research of war system,namely Tactics and equipment integration,future scenario and interfering strategies integration,heterogeneity group experts wisdom integration,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis integration.At last,the effective method,war design engineering,to solve this four integration problem is presented.
Operation Process Reengineering is to drastically consider and redesign the operation process,so as to improve the operation strategy.Based on the Business Process Reengineering(BPR),the conception of Operation Process Reengineering(OPR) is presented,the extension of OPR is studied,and the flow to actualize OPR is developed.At last,an example is presented to illustrate the flow of OPR,which shows the feasibility of OPR.
The method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis is the technical foundation of War Design Engineering(WDE).To research how to Actualize Qualitative Analysis to Quantitative Result in the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,bring forward the method of coherence checkout of strategies' quantitative analysis,research the method of actualizing qualitative analysis to quantitative result.Giving an example demonstrating the process of actualizing qualitative analysis to quantitative result,the method is proved feasible.

The model of dilution jamming on the medium-range air-to-air missile is brought forward based on the principle of dilution jamming. And the operational effects of the dilution jamming in typical tactics of missiles and fighter planes are analyzed. Based on these effects, the optimization tactics of missiles dealing with dilution jamming and the fighter planes carrying out dilution jamming are discussed.
Terminal information quality is one of the keys which determine the operational effect of sub-sea missiles.And the information actives of knots from the sensor to the active radar seeker of sub-sea missiles have the effect on the terminal information quality and compose the information chain of information conversion.The model of chain of information transmission is put forward,which describe the information conversion of all knots and can be used to analyze all kinds of information actives' effect on the operational effect on sub-sea missiles.

The war system in information age is a typical open complex giant system.When analyzing the war complex system,different realm experts have their own viewpoints.By integrating the wisdom of five kinds of realm experts to design the future war in war design engineering,the localization of single viewpoint can be reduced effectively,and the integrality of cognition to the war complex system can be ensured.Based on analyzing the process for wisdom meta-synthesis of the realm experts in war design engineering,the effective interaction model among realm experts is established,and the framework on wisdom meta-synthesis of realm experts is presented based on the war design engineering process.In the framework the division and cooperation among each realm expert in war design process have been researched in detail,and the effective wisdom meta-synthesis is insured through the division and cooperation relationship.
Based on analyzing the mechanism of direction finding triangulation location and location accuracy for two-ship passive locating,the acquisition probability model of anti-ship missile terminal guidance radar is presented for two-ship passive locating;and the effects of the key factors to the probability are analyzed,and then the primary factors are pointed out by analyzing the results in different conditions.Finally some ways to solve these problems are given.
For BVR attacking,different shoot methods would have important influence to the catch probability of anti-ship missile.Based on analyzing the mechanism of accuracy on the condition of two different shoot methods,the catch probability models of anti-ship missile terminal guidance radar of two shoot methods for BVR attacking are presented.Based on given parameters,the simulation is carried on and the difference of the two shoot methods is given too.

An elevations selection approach of area target surveillance task using multi-satellites is presented. The approach includes two stages: pretreatment and optimization. In the pretreatment stage, STK is applied to solve the difficult problem of computing access time; in the optimization stage, models and solving method based on genetic algorithm is presented, and a scenario instance proves the validity of the method.

The efficiency optimization of area target observation using earth observation satellites involves several constraints like access window,ground resolution,so it is a very complex problem.Based on the analysis of characteristic of IRS(Imaging Reconnaissance Satellite),this optimization problem is partitioned into two stages: simulation pretreatment and optimization.The simulation stage uses STK software to compute complex constraint like access window.In the optimization stage,enumerative algorithm and genetic algorithm are applied based on the mathematic model.In the end of the article,a scenario instance is presented to prove the validity of the method.
The problem of information overloading with the use of search engine and the temporal efficiency losing of the indexed data has been a great trouble for the further use of the Internet. In this paper, a novel knowledge based initiative topic search engine called Information Assistant is designed and realized. It breaks through the traditional passive service style of the search engine, and solves the problem of topic information collection and downloading from the Internet. Its design based on the knowledge base raises the precision and the recall of the information retrieval. It also probes into the works of the structure and content mining of Web pages. Experiments prove the efficiency of the search engine.
