为探讨金芩蓝口服液对人工诱导和自然发病鸡风热犯肺证的治疗效果,以HgN2 AIV与脂多糖(LPS)为诱导因素人工建立鸡风热犯肺证,通过发病率、死亡率、临床症状等指标进行中兽医辨证来考察模型的建立情况;通过肛温变化、治愈率、有效率和无效率等指标考察金芩蓝口服液对人工诱发鸡风热犯肺证的疗效;将蛋鸡养殖场自然发病的600只200日龄的风热犯肺证患鸡随机分为两组,分别采用金芩蓝口服液与双黄连口服液进行治疗,观察记录采食情况和产蛋率,并计算治愈率、有效率、无效率和死亡率.结果 显示,采用H9N2 AIV与LPS混合感染配合热应激的方式成功建立鸡风热犯肺证的动物模型;金芩蓝高剂量组治愈率和总有效率分别为90%、95%,金芩蓝中剂量组治愈率和总有效率为85%、95%,与模型对照组相比,皆具有极显著的统计学意义(P<0.01);而自然发病的鸡风热犯肺证病鸡,经金芩蓝口服治疗,治愈率达89%,总有效率达96.3%.结果 表明,金芩蓝口服液可有效的治疗鸡风热犯肺证.
为了研究不同添加剂对持续热应激环境下的AA白羽肉鸡生长性能及生理机能的影响,选取126只1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为空白对照组、欣养健组、丹宁健组、复方双黄口服液组、复方党忍口服液组、复方滑连口服液组6个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复7只.试验期间环境温度(31±1)℃,湿度均为70%~90%,试验周期42 d.分别于3日龄、21日龄、42日龄时采集肉鸡血液,测定血液中尿素氮(BUN)、免疫球蛋白(IgA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、皮质醇、甲状腺素含量.剖检42日龄试验鸡,测定脏器指数.结果 显示,5种添加剂均对热应激引起的肉鸡肝脏损伤具有修复保护作用,能够提高肉鸡采食量及降低料肉比,促进机体蛋白代谢及利用;欣养健、丹宁健、复方双黄口服液、复方党忍口服液具有增强机体免疫力的作用;添加欣养健、复方党忍口服液和复方滑连口服液对热应激引起的肌肉损伤有一定改善作用.综上所述,5种添加剂对持续热应激条件下的肉鸡的生长性能及生理机能具有改善作用.
为探讨紫锥菊颗粒对鸡新城疫、禽流感抗体效价、生产性能、生产效益的影响,齐鲁晟华制药有限公司联合某大规模养殖场进行临床试验验证:选取60 000只鸡,分为4组,即空白组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,从4日龄开始服用紫锥菊颗粒,每吨饲料中分别添加紫锥菊颗粒0,2.0,1.0,0.5 kg,连续服用10 d.结果 显示,每吨饲料中添加2.0和1.0 kg紫锥菊颗粒组在提高抗体效价,鸡只成活率以及生产性能方面,与未使用紫锥菊颗粒组比较有显著性差异(P≤0.05),通过计算,平均每只鸡多赚取0.35元.紫锥菊颗粒可以通过刺激机体免疫系统,增强机体对细菌和病毒抗感染的能力,提高肉鸡生产性能.
The present study was conducted to evaluate the effects of NNdimethylglycine sodium salt(Na-DMG) on organ indexes, blood physiobiochemical indices and anti-oxidative performance of broilers. A total of 720 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly allocated into six groups with 6 broilers in each group, and fed with a commercial starter diet supplemented with Na-DMG at 0, 300, 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg, respectively, for 42 days. The results showed that 1) dietary supplementation of Na-DMG at 2 000 mg/kg improved signicantly the spleen index of broilers(P 0.05); 2) compared with the control group, Na-DMG supplementation at 1 000 mg/kg increased signicantly the blood triiodothyronine(T3) leve l of 21-day-old broilers(P 0.05), but had no significant effect on blood physiobiochemical indices of42-day-old broilers(P 0.05); 3) dietary Na-DMG mainly affected the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in blood and liver and at concentrations above 500 mg/kg improved signicantly the blood T-AOC level of 42-day-old broilers(P 0.05), as well as at concentrations above 1 000 mg/kg increased the liver T-AOC level compared with the control group(P 0.05). In conclusion, dietary Na-DMG can promote the development of the pancreas effectively, enhance the immune function and signicantly increase the antioxidant capacity of broilers, especially when supplemented at concentrations at 1 000–2 000 mg/kg.

The antipyretic effect of carbasalate soluble powder on endotoxin induced broiler fever was studied,it was found that oral administration of 40 mg/kg BW(body weight) and 80 mg/kg BW carbasalate soluble powder showed significant antipyretic effect on endotoxin induced broiler fever,which is superior to 40 mg/kg BW aspirin.Considering the cost-profit,the optimum dose of carbasalate soluble powder is 40 mg/kg BW.
本试验研究卡巴匹林钙单剂量静注和口服给药后在艾维茵肉鸡体内的药物动力学过程。鸡口服卡巴匹林钙可溶性粉后,阿司匹林的消除半衰期(T1/2kz)为11.22±8.04h,表观分布容积(Vz_F_0bs)为58.10±13.86L/kg,清除率(C1_F_obs)为3.69±0.35L/h/kg,药时曲线下面积(AUC)为10.9±1.1μghml,生物利用度F为4.07%。水杨酸的消除半衰期为23.65±17.06h,表观分布容积为3.58±2.36L/kg,清除率为0.11±0.01L/h/kg,药时曲线下面积为363.2±27.8μghml,生物利用度为61.74%。
Immune regulatory function of Echinacea purpurea extracts were evaluated. 270 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into nine groups. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected to study the effects of the extracts on humoral immunity, cellularimmunity, and immune organs in broilers. The results showed that the importing Echinacea purpurea extracts and Continent Echinacea purpurea extracts could significantly increase the thymus index, bursal index, Newcastle disease antibody titer, leukocytes amounts, red cells amounts, hematocrit and antioxidant activities in broilers. The total effects of importing Echinacea purpurea extracts and Continent Echinacea purpurea extracts were better than Wan shining and transfer factor. The effects of Echinacea purpurea extracts were better than Cyclophosphamide and Cyclophosphamide + Continent Echinacea purpurea extracts. It is concluded that Echinacea purpurea extract had the significant improving immune regulatory function in broilers, and the effects of importing Echinacea purpurea extracts and Continent Echinacea purpurea extracts were better than domestic Echinacea purpurea extracts, Wan shining, transfer factor and Zizhuiyiduqing .
